This was just perfect! Great location. We needed 2 separate bedrooms and this just couldn’t have been better. Clean, charming, and felt like Charleston. Community from host was very quick when needed. Highly recommend!

Right in the middle of great shopping and too many restaurants to choose from. The check-in process seems confusing at first, but when you get there you see that they described it in perfect detail. The place was bigger than expected. For parking, we were able to squeeze two pickup trucks in our parking spot. Host was very responsive and proactive.

Fantastic location with true Charleston charm. The rental is an easy walk to the Historic Market, restaurants, and shops. It was clean and matched the photos perfectly. We had a little trouble with the main door, but the owner responded quickly and let us use the porch keypad entry, which made access simple. We are frequent visitors to Charleston and would definitely rent this beautiful home again.

The check in was super simple. There are two doors you can enter, each with a unique code. The living room and upstairs rooms are very spacious, perfect for hanging out. The location cannot be beat - right in the middle of shops, restaurants, cafes, etc. The host replied quickly to messages/questions we had and was very helpful.We had an awesome experience!

We really enjoyed our stay here! A perfect location for exploring Charleston shops and restaurants. Conveniently near College of Charleston as well. Would definitely stay again if I am in the area. Communication was quick and easy with the host. And I loved that there was parking.

Great location in Charleston!!! Close to everything!! Great host when we arrived we had trouble finding the parking area for our car and the host immediately came and showed us where to park. The place was clean and met all our needs for the time we stayed in Charleston. During our stay we had a difficult time using the main door; it wouldn’t unlock from the outside so we used the side balcony door with the keypad for the entire time we were there. We stayed parked the entire stay and walked everywhere and it was close to everything we wanted to do and see. Thank you for a great time in Charleston!!

Host was excellent and responsive! Arrived to a clean historic Charleston gem with unique quirks and charm. Such an ideal location for shopping and enjoying the city. Bring ear plugs for sleeping - there’s a popular dive bar next door that’s also worth a visit! Parking is great! Kitchen had everything we needed. The charm of the property comes with a one of a kind slanted floor, few trip hazards with stairs, so watch prep any grandparents :) guests of all ages enjoyed and appreciated the wonderful communal space!

Great communication and the place was very cute and clean. Beds were all very comfortable and sheets and towels smelled fresh. We appreciated all of the many places to sit and gather. Per the other reviews, the bar next store is too loud to sleep in the first floor bedroom (no matter how much white noise). So I slept on the couch until the bar closed at 2am, and that worked because the couches are large and comfy.

Ideal Location

We couldn't have picked a more ideal location right in the heart of King street. While the weekend nights are happening, the daytime convenience to shopping and great food was perfect.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was just as it is described and pictured. Plenty of space. It was right on King Street so it was an ideal location. Walking distance to many of Charleston’s places to see. The manager was great at checking in to see if there was anything that we need.

great location cool property

Historic property with an odd layout with one room downstairs and one very large room upstairs with multiple beds but it works. Location is great just between King and Meeting

Great Weekend in Charleston

We met some friends in Charleston and had a great weekend at this property. The location can't be beat if you want something in the middle of King Street but with the ability to step away from the hustle and bustle easily. We walked to dinner every night and had tons of shopping all around us. Great location!
