Great for family golf trip

We had a great stay! The house was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, communication with the owner (David) was clear and timely throughout and we really enjoyed the pool with the view of the course/mountains. Everything was smooth and easy—would definitely stay here again!

WONDERFUL!

My whole family really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The pool was amazing, beds were comfortable and the layout of the house is perfect.

Our 4 night stay at this property was perfect. Our host David was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. There were 6 adults and the home felt spacious and roomy. Kitchen was especially well equipped, ( plus a large BBQ available ), beds were comfortable and closet space was more than adequate. Home was extremely well maintained and clean. This home is set against back drop of gorgeous mountains and greenery. Having use of the spa and pool was such a beautiful bonus, and we took advantage it everyday. We were gifted a gorgeous, nearly fool moon each night, which added a bit of magic to the end of our long fun days in La Quinta area. We plan on re-booking.

Great stay in golf heaven

We had a wonderful stay at this property with picturesque backdrop of PGA west.course and majestic mountains. The propery is well appointed, updated, and well laid out. The backyard/pool and BBQ center were utilized throughout our brief stay..the community is very clean, well maintained, with friendly residents. The property host was easily accessible and accomodating. Will definitely consider staying here again..

Birthday fun

We had a wonderful time during our stay in the desert. The house was well appointed and in immaculate condition. David was very proactive and informative. We especially enjoyed the view of the mountains and the sheep grazing. We would absolutely stay here again.

The property was very clean and well stocked with all of your kitchen needs. David’s description was very accurate. I had a few tv ques and he promptly answered. I would definitely stay there again.

Great Stay in La Quinta

Beautiful home with a modern kitchen, a great layout, and a fantastic pool and back yard. We enjoyed watching the sheep, and the golfers navigating the sheep on the green! The view of the mountains was fantastic and the neighborhood is great for long walks. David and Lori were very responsive to any question we had. We look forward to staying here again for our next visit to La Quinta.

Beautiful home on PGA West

Beautiful property. Everything was as described. The view of the mountain from the pool area was magnificent. We were golfing all day so did not get to spend too much time at the house, but it's a perfect spot as a home base to golf around PGA West and very close to La Quinta. Host was super responsive. Would highly recommend!

La Quinta Mod home

Property is in a very beautiful golf community with amazing views of the mountains. Was so fun to see local big horn sheep. Overall the stay was very nice. We did have some problems with the hot tub not heating which was disappointing. David was responsive having pool people out several times and finally worked our last evening there. I would stay again! Beautiful area

Our annual mother daughter trip was unforgettable thanks to this extremely comfortable, clean and organized home!! We already miss the desert and that breathtaking golf course view that we enjoyed over coffee each morning and drinks in the evening.After our stay, the host David went above and beyond when my mom left her cherished necklace at the house. He tracked it down with the cleaners and personally mailed it to her. Highly recommend this gem!

Gorgeous house and great location!

We absolutely loved our visit here and can’t wait to go back! The location is absolutely stunning and the second we left, we were missing our mountain, golf course and pool views! The house has been impeccably remodeled. But what impressed me the most was how clean everything was - we are total clean freaks/germaphobes and did not feel even slightly uncomfortable in this house! The owner was incredibly responsive for any questions we had, and we absolutely cannot wait to visit again! Thank you David, for sharing your gorgeous house with us!

Beautiful home

I do a fair amount of Vrbo. Often they are oversold by photos and descriptions - you find the interior is subpar quality and all the “recent renovations “ are very cheaply done. That is not the case with this home!! It’s better than the pictures and description. David was awesome to work with. Great location

Fabulous connection to the outdoors

We loved this house, it had such a lovely proximity to the mountains. The bighorn sheep were often wondering about, and even came up close to the pool one day. The home itself had a very nice, clean and modern appeal, with great art on the walls. There was nothing we were lacking. It was really nice to have a pantry with extra staples, and not feel like we need to buy olive oil or salt and pepper, etc. Special thanks to Lori and David for giving us lots of help on check-in, questions about the house, local advice. Very appreciated responsive help!

A night under the stars

The property I recently visited with my family was amazing. Upon arrival, we were informed of how to enter the house. The house is equipped with three bedrooms and three full and one half bathroom. Each room was in excellent condition, I was please to see that the bathrooms had all the necessary supplies, such as shampoo, towels, soap, hair dryer, etc. The bedrooms were also very clean. no clutter at all. There were extra sheets just incase the weather got a bit chilly. The house also included to individual beds, for anyone who preferred to sleep alone. The kitchen, was beautiful. It had all the kitchen supplies. All the electronics were in working conditions. The home was also equipped with TVs in each room. The TV was easy to control if you follow the instructions on how to use it. The outside of the house was exactly what the picture provides. Ample space to just relax. The pool and jacuzzi were very clean and gave no problem during our stay. I will highly recommend this house.

Wonderful Ladies Weekend

We stayed there for Stagecoach in April and it was an amazing house! The house is light and airy and very clean! We really enjoyed the pool and lounges! It was a great place to relax during the day before the concerts!

Amazing Getaway

I can’t say enough about our recent stay at the Hip Mid-Century Modern Golf & Festival Retreat. The house is set in a beautiful location with a spectacular view of the mountains. Each morning the big horn sheep would come down to graze. We looked forward to it everyday. The pool and spa area was so relaxing and tranquil. Plenty of room to sunbathe and lounge by the pool. The house was so well appointed and had everything we needed. There are three en-suite bedrooms that allowed everyone to have their own space and privacy. The living room was extremely comfortable and had ample seating to watch tv or play games. The kitchen opens to a dining area with a large table for meal time gathering. Lori, the property manager was such a pleasure to deal with and answered any questions we had in a very timely fashion. We are looking to returning next year for another fabulous vacation. I highly recommend this wonderful house for an amazing getaway in sunny La Quinta.

Beautiful, modern, clean and well-stocked!

We stayed for almost 5 weeks. The house was the best equipped home we have ever rented. The 3 separate bedrooms with en-suite baths made for a ton of privacy within the house when we had our family visit. Super nice to have TVs in all bedrooms, the den and the living room. Kitchen has double ovens, which was nice when we got fancy with a big meal. The property manager was very prompt in addressing any question/issue. Home was very clean. There are great views of the mountains, which have a nice glowing light at night and the big-horn sheep roam past every day. Super peaceful and quiet. We loved it.

Perfect home for your stay in Palm Desert!

I recently stayed at this home with my husband and our close friends for a long weekend getaway. The home was just as advertised - absolutely gorgeous view, clean and comfortable! We had an amazing experience working with the property manager, she was extremely helpful and answered any questions we had. We would definitely recommend staying here to others and will looking to come back and stay again soon! This is the perfect spot for a nice relaxing time in the sun!
