Affascinante vittoriano di Annapolis

Questa è una bellissima proprietà storica a pochi passi dal centro di Annapolis e dal Navy-Marine Corps Stadium. Con sei camere da letto (due letti queen size, tre letti a castello e due gemelli) la casa può ospitare comodamente fino a 12 persone. Ulteriori camere includono una sala da biliardo, sala da pranzo, grande cucina, biblioteca e confortevole camera familiare. Il grande cortile sul retro e il bellissimo portico avvolgente sono perfetti per chi cerca un po 'di tempo all'aria aperta, o per bambini energici!

La convenienza di questa casa non può essere sopravvalutata: solo tre isolati in direzione del centro sono il ristorante irlandese di Fado, il ristorante italiano di Carpaccio, signora. Shirley's Café e l'Annapolis Westin Hotel dove il GRATUITO Circolatore Circolatore di Annapolis ti preleva per portarti in giro per la città. Inoltre, il negozio di alimentari più vicino si trova a solo un miglio e mezzo di distanza, e all'interno di due isolati della casa ci sono un minimarket, un negozio di liquori e "Paul's Homewood Cafe" in West Street! In breve: se ne hai bisogno, puoi camminarci sopra!

Beautiful house group of 10 adults very comfortable for large meals in the dining room. Kitchen well stocked. Bedrooms and bathrooms clean and comfortable. We had a great weekend.

We had a family wedding in Annapolis and the house was perfect for our group of 10. We enjoyed the back deck for meals, played games on the large table in the breakfast nook, and sipped coffee on the front porch. It was a short walk to town and was convenient to anything we needed (Safeway was only a 5 minute drive and Kohl's was about 10 minutes for some last minute clothing items that someone forgot). If we find ourselves in Annapolis again we wouldn't hesitate to rent this house again.

Perfect for our Family

Everything about Denise's property was perfect for my large family to stay together while we were in town for my nephew's wedding. It was home away from home for sure and Denise was so helpful.

Great home in Annapolis for large groups

Homewood is a wonderful location for large groups to get together in Annapolis. Plenty of space for everyone with all the amenities you need. Topped off with great communication from the host, Denise, this place is ideal!

Annapolis charmer!

Super convenient,very close to Stadium,close to the Yard (USNA) also, just far enough out ,to avoid the crowds.Parking was great also.Super market and shopping ,were very close too!

Wonderful wedding weekend !

This home was perfect for our group- plenty of space, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, and the hosts even left us a welcome basket of goodies! The spacious deck and backyard were a real plus- great wiggle ball game area!

Lots of space

This is ideally located for USNA reunions. Walkable to stadium, downtown Annapolis and academy grounds. Quiet neighborhood and lots of common area space for a large group. Second stay in 5 years and still loved it!

If you are planning a trip to Annapolis this is the place to stay. You could not find a better home to stay in in Annapolis. This home is lovingly furnished with anything you would ever need and so much more. It has old world charm with all the modern conveniences and is immaculately furnished and maintained. The memorabilia and the family touches make this home truly one of a kind. We were so impressed by this home and actually felt privileged to be allowed to stay there. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish thanks to the hosts, both in the incredible way they created their home and the very detailed instructions they left to care for it. Nothing was left to chance which was very much appreciated. There aren't enough stars to do this absolute gem of a home justice. We were sad we could only stay a short time and look forward to possibly coming back again some day.

Perfect Family Gathering Place

Three generations stayed together for 4 nights. Everyone had very comfortable sleeping environments. Yard allowed for play for kids and relaxation for adults.

Great Location

Overall, a pleasant stay. It was warm since it was late June, early July, and air conditioner had a hard time keeping up at times. Great location to downtown, the water and the Navy yard. Nice to have a large backyard. The home is huge, has many amenities, great for a large family.

Fantastic Family Stay!

Perfect place for a large group and walking distance to downtown Annapolis. We rented for a family wedding and had 11 people. There was enough space where we never felt cramped. Very clean with nice fresh linens. The kitchen was well stocked and there is a large deck with comfortable furniture to enjoy your morning coffee or a meal.

Denise and Patrick are natives of the Annapolis area. We grew up and went to school here, graduating from the University of Maryland. After 30 years of active duty service in the US Navy, we "retired" back in our hometown! This is our family home and are happy to share it with visitors who would like to come to Annapolis to enjoy our beautiful town.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

We fell in love with this house, built in 1898, at first sight. It is perfectly located withing walking distance between the hustle and bustle of downtown Annapolis and the US Naval Academy - without the parking headaches - and the USNA Stadium. We have been able to enjoy the many events offered both downtown (summer concerts, US Boat Shows, etc.) and at the stadium (Navy football, lacrosse, commissioning, etc.) without the hassle of driving. In recent years, many restaurants and shops have been opened along West St., making the walk to downtown that much more enjoyable. One of our favorite things to do, year round, is to go on a mini pub crawl while making our way to the city dock area!
