Questa è la nostra casa di famiglia situata a Montgomery Estates nei pressi di Pioneer Trail. Ha un grande cortile che circonda la casa, perfetto per giocare, mangiare e divertirsi fuori. La casa è 2200 piedi quadrati con la zona giorno principale al piano di sotto e le camere da letto al piano di sopra. Ci sono 3 bagni completi (1 al piano di sotto e 2 al piano di sopra). La casa ha un ampio garage e un sacco di parcheggio in loco.
Ci sono tutti i tipi di escursioni, piste ciclabili e da jogging direttamente da casa. L'accesso a Trout Creek è di 2 case in fondo alla collina. È possibile raggiungere la rotta Columbine / Powerline andando a sinistra e le piste dell'Orso d'oro / Aeroporto andando a destra (attraversando Pioneer Trail). C'è anche un sentiero dal retro della casa che attraversa Marshall Trail e che ti porterà alla scuola elementare Sierra House. La nostra casa è perfetta per le famiglie che visitano il lago Tahoe, questo non è un weekend da scapolo o una festa.

Heavenly Ski Resort e Impianto di risalita Heavenly sono due tappe fondamentali per chi ama le attività. Winter Getaway at South Lake Tahoe
Ryan’s home was the perfect spot for my friend group’s annual winter getaway at South Lake Tahoe! The location in proximity to everything that SLT had to offer was amazing. Our group had a great time hopping over to Heavenly for ski/snowboard or exploring SLT. The home had everything we needed to cook group meals and sleep everyone comfortably. The assortment of books in the house was fun to look through and the smart TV was all we needed for getting some tunes on. Having three full bathrooms was a great feature as well. We had 5 cars and were able to use the garage to park one without any issue, so we were all able to fit. The backyard looked super nice as well, though we did not use it much. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. The only comment/improvement I have is if the hot tub was working during our stay, that would have been awesome. However it was not a big deal and we still had an amazing time.

Family vacation
The property/house was perfect for our family size. During one night over our nearly week long stay there were 13 of us and we fit comfortably. The house was very clean, it had everything you would want in a kitchen and a big tv room. It’s bigger in person. We played games at the large table and bbq’d a few dinners. We all had such a good time we hope this will become an annual event. Thank you Ryan for sharing your home with us.

Cozy Home
My family and friends stayed here. It was an easy check in process, and Ryan was readily available for any questions we had. The house was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed and was spacious for everyone who stayed there. This was by far one of the best houses we have stayed at. We will definitely be staying here again. It is in a perfect spot and is close to everything. We loved the creek that was 2 houses over and down the hill. The neighborhood was nice and quiet as well.

Great place, Great location
We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful home for which the pictures did not do it justice. Everything was provided and the only thing we needed to bring was a large fan because of the warm evenings. Otherwise we were all very comfortable and it was a perfect location surrounded by woods and hiking trails.

Great Stay in South Lake Tahoe
I’ve been vacationing in Tahoe since I was a kid and have now been bringing my family to Tahoe every summer. We had a wonderful week long stay at this property. The location is very convenient for marina access, shopping, Stateline, Heavenly, trails for biking or hiking, restaurants. The home is located in a small community off Pioneer Trail. Our family really enjoyed the home and the home looks even better in person. I think the family room TV was updated since the pictures were taken, it’s a big, smart tv. The property owner was very communicative to ensure we had a good stay and was quick to reply. Our family of four and grandma would stay here again!

We have lived in Tahoe for 10 years and have lived in this house for 8 of them. We are both UC Davis grads and have 2 sons ages 14 and 12. Tahoe is a great playground for all of our interests including running, mountain biking, hiking, skiing, xc skiing, kayaking, hockey and soccer. We moved to Davis recently, but love to come back here. This is our home. We want to help make your stay here as enjoyable as possible.

We bought this home because of its curb appeal and because of its location.
Tahoe has always been a great home for our outdoor adventures. This house is a perfect home to rent for your family. It is large enough where everyone can have their own space, but small enough where you won't feel disconnected from the rest of your family. This property is located close to nature trails and is in a quiet environment. The yard is great for entertaining, kicking a soccer ball around or playing catch.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Hardwood floors throughout the downstairs area. Wood burning stove helps keep the downstairs area warm in the winter. The kitchen is a great spot for entertaining as well as being included on all the events taking place in the family room. The back patio area is a great area for eating outside.
