Ci sforziamo di soddisfare i più alti standard per il comfort dei nostri ospiti e di soddisfare tutte le vostre aspettative di vacanza soggiornando nella casa privata di lusso con vista sull'oceano della nostra famiglia sull'isola.

Questa è di gran lunga la più moderna e unica casa dal design unico, lussuosa e finemente arredata e decorata con vista sull'oceano. È l'ultimo rifugio per famiglie con una gloriosa vista sul Golfo su South Padre Island. Per una vista sull'oceano, rilassati nella parte anteriore o passeggia a poppa e goditi lo spazio di vita all'aperto coperto che accoglie comodamente tutti e conduce alla piscina privata sul cortile tropicale paesaggistico e alla spa jacuzzi riscaldata con barbecue all'aperto coperto - zona pranzo. La cucina da buongustaio ruota attorno a un tavolo unico, incastonato sul posto, con piano in cemento per 12 cucine, cucina a gas Vulcan e grandi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Lo spazio abitativo all'aperto abbonda sul ponte sul lungomare brasiliano, e sul ponte di osservazione di 2 ° livello con mobile bar. Completa l'esperienza sul patio sul tetto con vista sull'oceano con wet bar (ottimo per visualizzare i fuochi d'artificio della baia ogni venerdì sera durante l'estate). 45 minuti di auto da 2 aree per lo shopping e le visite turistiche al confine con il Messico.

Goditi il miglior tempo dell'anno qui a South Padre Island durante i mesi di settembre, ottobre, novembre e dicembre. L'acqua è molto più chiara e blu acqua, con sabbia e aria frizzante e pulita. There is so much to say about this property. Clean, convenient to everything, beds are so comfy, very clean, sooo close to beach, owners are amazing. Oh… the pool, it was enjoyed by all. Suites for all couples & enough bunk beds for all grands. Lots of room to spread out & not be on top on each other. Lots of stairs but my legs now feel stronger ha. I didn’t want or need for anything the entire trip, except more time there. Please trust me, you have to check it out. I don’t have enough time to write all that was perfect & NO negatives. I promise you will not be disappointed.

We loved this property!!! Great views of the beach and plenty of breezy outdoor spaces to choose from! We especially appreciated the cleanliness of the property as well! Excellent communication with the owners. Property is directly across from a public access point so access to the beach is quick and easy. Downstairs: one king size bedroom with private bathroom along with the kid’s room with plenty of bunk beds and an additional shared bathroom. Pool is smaller than shown in the listing pictures, but very clean and private and we appreciated having it on the property. 2nd floor: Fully equipped kitchen, living room with wonderful beach view, one king size bedroom with private bathroom along with a second queen bedroom with a shared bathroom and a wraparound porch. 3rd floor: Wet bar and outdoor deck. Other: Owners also provided access to their beach accessories: beach wagon, boogie boards, beach chairs which is very helpful.

Wonderful Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is equipped really well and is in a very convenient location. Our kids really enjoyed the pool as well as all of the provided beach toys.

Dos Suenos exceeded our expectations! We had a lovely stay and the house was perfect for our family. We had 3 grandbabies under 3 and being so close to the beach access was awesome and we could come right back, rinse off and jump in the pool. We have previously stayed in condos along the beach but with our growing family this worked out so much better for us. We will book again!!

South Padre Vacation

This property was perfect for us. We took a family of 12 and this residence was perfect. Ages from 2-67!Location was absolutely perfect right across from beach. No transportation needed. Property had everything we needed to include a private swimming pool. Of special mention the huge kitchen table that offered a great talking space that bought the family together. Would definitely rent again.

Simply amazing!

My family booked a last-minute getaway to South Padre Island over New Years and this house, and hosts were simply amazing! The house is beautifully decorated and setup with everything a group needs to be happy. The location is directly across the street from beach access, so getting to and from the beach is super easy. We've already asked to stay again next year!

Good for large gatherings

We had a nice time with friends and family. The bunk bed room works great for kids. The location is right across from the beach, and I especially appreciated the reverse osmosis water filter, making the tap water taste great.

Plenty of room and beautiful ocean views. The owner is very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. The house was immaculately clean and had so many wonderful amenities that made our visit worry free. We stayed over a busy holiday week and really enjoyed the privacy of the shaded pool and back yard during busy beach times. Our kids ages 9 and 12 loved swimming in the pool and enjoyed all the beach toys and boogie boards. The adults loved the easy beach access and lovely balconies with views. The house had great space for everyone to spread out and have privacy. We loved cooking in the kitchen for most of our meals and the ice maker and extra beverage fridge were added bonuses. Bill and Linda were very attentive throughout the booking process and helpful with a few questions we had during our stay. We will definitely return here on our next visit to SPI!
