3rd stay, it is perfect for us!

We have booked this condo three times now and as usual it is perfect for us and what we need. As advertised, views amazing, location is great, proximity to the beach you can't beat. We'll be back and recommend to book this location. The water pressure in the shower is the only thing that leaves me wanting something more.

Really beautiful spot! We would stay here again.

Really beautiful spot! The pictures were very accurate. It is a very large place and so nice to be able to walk straight out to the beach. The kitchen was very well equipped. The bathrooms were clean and fully supplied. We would stay here again. Thank you

We spent 3 night in this property and our overall stay was great, we do recommend this house.The highlights are:• closeness and beach access • rooms, halls, bathrooms are very spacious• it is a fairly renewed property• love the fact that is has a pool and hot tub• nice big kitchen and plenty of chairs inside and outside• two car garage and you can park two other vehicles outside.Things that can be improved and already shared with the owner:• there are no locks in the bathrooms, it will be also great to have locks in the bedrooms• some bathrooms doors slide and have hooks that are supposed to attach to another hook but none of them matched• it will be easier to have a garage remote that way no one has to stay behind while taking the cars out so that this person can close the garage from the inside and then exit to the main door.• some bathroom floors start showing mild mold.And that is all

Great staff, responsive and helpful service

The staff was great. They responded to all of are needs with a smile. The maintenance staff took care of all concerns. I would recommend SPI to anyone.

After being bumped from the townhouse we originally rented, the host, SPI Rentals, did a good job of scrambling to find us something nice but a little step down. Host was very responsive to each & every need.

Loved staying here!

My family and I loved staying at this property! Easy access to the beach, beach bar, and so spacious. We will be booking at this property in the future. Side note: my mom loved how stocked the kitchen was, great plus.

The house was perfectly situated with beach access and was close to many destinations that made it convenient. It was clean and beautiful with all the amenities that we enjoyed. We definitely would stay here again.

This was a great place to stay with kids.

We had a nice stay here with our family. It is in a great location and right in the beach. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids. It had all the amenities we needed and was very spacious.

Beautiful home! Clean and spacious. Wonderful pool and great access to the beach. Everything was way better than the website photos. When we needed more propane for the grill, SPI Rentals came out and replaced it right away. It was easy with check-in/out and they responded instantly with answers to our questions. Our family had the best vacation here and will be returning!

Nice house

This property is in a great location. It’s close to the Wanna Wanna bar which is great to walk to and have lunch and a drink. It’s also close to Jim’s beach rental

Great Stay

No complaints- we had a great family vacation at the house. The convenience of being right on the beach, walking out enjoying yourself and then back to the house was a blessing! The house has a great layout, comfortable beds and furnishings.

Great location and property!

The property was large and was in a great location. We walked to lots of restaurants from the property -- both on the beach and on the street. The pool and hot tub were well-maintained and the beachfront location and access were wonderful. I highly recommend this property!
