Phoenix West è uno dei condomini più lussuosi del Golfo! Si può godere di una vista spettacolare sul Golfo dal balcone o attraverso le finestre dal pavimento al soffitto nel soggiorno e ogni camera da letto. Con oltre 2.600 piedi quadrati l'unità è molto spaziosa e ha le migliori viste in Orange Beach !!



L'unità è decorata in modo professionale con elettrodomestici full-size in acciaio inox, mobili personalizzati, wet bar con fabbricatore di ghiaccio, TV a schermo piatto da 70 "SMART in soggiorno con TV a schermo piatto nelle camere da letto, lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Macchina da caffè Keurig in cucina. La camera da letto principale e la seconda camera da letto hanno entrambi letti king size mentre la terza camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e la quarta camera da letto ha due letti matrimoniali. C'è anche un divano letto Queen nel soggiorno per dormire fino a 12.



C'è un fiume lento, scivoli d'acqua, piscina all'aperto con piscina per bambini recintata, piscina interna riscaldata, due jacuzzi, centro fitness all'avanguardia, 4 saune e campi da tennis sul tetto.



C'è un limite di età minima di 25 anni per prenotare l'unità che verrà applicata senza alcun rimborso per violazione.



Parcheggio: è necessario acquistare i pass per il parcheggio all'arrivo, sono una tassa una tantum di $ 35 per veicolo. Qualsiasi unità 4br che noleggi a Phoenix West ti garantisce di acquistare fino a TRE pass per il parcheggio, la reception ti venderà pass aggiuntivi in ​​base all'occupazione del complesso durante il tuo soggiorno ma non ti aspetti di poter acquistare un pass extra durante il stagione estiva.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Exceptional views and very clean. It met our expectations and more. Host was very easy to work with. Some items needed updated. A section of the couch was broken upon arrival. Kitchen has lots of pans but needs more basic sheet pans and cooking utensils. Other than that I would stay here again and again.

Perfect place for the family

Everything was so easy! This place was perfect for our family of 7. The corner view was amazing and we loved being able to open our sliding glass doors to hear the waves crashing. Absolutely perfect!

A few minor issues, but would expect these to be in working order would be the following: Master TV doesn’t work. Living room TV picture quality very poor. There were no baking pans and the couch is on the verge of needing to be replaced. Outside of these issues the place was great and we had a wonderful time.

Not that its a requirement, but have never stayed in one that didn't have something. Definitely the bare minimum with kitchen supplies. The floors could of been cleaner. First night there showered and walked around bare foot was surprised with how black the bottom of our feet were. Overall would definitely book again its a great condo.

Fabulous place!

We loved the amount of space in this condo. We had two families staying together (total of 8 people), and having all the bedrooms and bathrooms was great. The indoor and outdoor pools/lazy river were great as well. Beach access was easy and the beach didn’t seem overly crowded when we were there. The lifetime was fabulous and the large patio was used daily.The unit was clean but the tile floors were dirty. We had to wear our shoes inside or your feet would turn black. The rest of the condo was cleaned very well. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the extra towels and blankets.A few other things that would make this place exceptional: a deck of cards or a few games, a drawer with paper and pens, a couple extra garbage bags, some basic cleaning supplies (to clean countertops), and supplying beach towels. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Spring Break 2025

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful stay. We had plenty of room for 12 people. 15th floor but great, fast elevators made it no problem. There ARE pickleball lines on the tennis court, and a signup sheet in the lobby to reserve the court by the hour. Coffee pot is great, makes a full pot or uses Keurig pods. Ice maker is phenomenal. We’d love to see towel hooks in all rooms, especially for hand towels in the bathrooms. Kitchen shears would be nice. I’d bring indoor shoes or slippers next time for the tile floors. Hot tubs were super hot and awesome. Lazy River was a lot of fun. We’d love to stay here again. Check the Bloom Bike App for free bike rental in Gulf State Park. Love the door lock code so no keys or cards necessary.

Cleanliness needs improved

We absolutely loved this property. The space, location and amenities were exactly what we were looking for. However, as other reviews mention the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The floors left your feet black, this was not just sand but the floors have not been mopped in some time. Also the furniture and fixtures had dust and grime build up. This did take away from the overall experience. A few more provisions provided would be nice as well. Just toilet paper and paper towels would go along way. We flew in so buying all those things was a bit of a hassle.

Nice condo

This condo has a very nice layout and is quite large. There were 6 adults and 2 children and we had plenty of room. There were a few dings on the cabinets but I guess I would expect that in a rental. The location is fabulous. Nice powdery whit sand beach - which if you have ever stayed on a white sand beach, it sticks to everything so be prepared to sweep the floor a couple of time a day. The only reason I gave it a lower score for cleanliness is that there was a fair amount of sand on the floor when we got there so we had to sweep right away. The pool and hot tubs inside were nice and warm, the lazy river was nice and outdoor pool was enjoyable for our grand kids… a little cool for me, but that was the time of year. There are beautiful views from the condo and a wonderful sunrise every morning . I would stay here again for think kind of vacation.

Run and don’t walk to rent condo 1509

My family and I visited Orange Beach for the first time April 3-7 for Spring break. It is so beautiful! However, the highlight of our stay was the condo and the host. We stay at VRBO or other rental platforms at least twice a year. This is by far the best place we’ve rented to date. The ONLY problem we had was that the cord to the smaller king room was damaged by the previous renter. I contacted the host and she delivered and fixed the situation herself. The place was large, spotless, the views were amazing, the beds were comfortable and the 4.5 bathrooms were an added bonus. Our entire family would give this place six out of five if we could. We will definitely be back to condo 1509 when it’s warmer! The hotel staff and security were all nice and answered all questions. I love a place where everyone greets you. There elevators and parking wasn’t bad either…My only regret is that we didn’t book a longer stay.

Our First Family Vacation with my family

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here with my fiancés family (in other units) and I was very excited to show my family how amazing Phoenix Properties are!!!! The location and views are amazing. The only thing we were severely disappointed with was the cleanliness of the property. We have never had this issue with any other unit we have stays in, but this unit was, with lack of better words gross. After the 1st night I had to wash the bedding cause it did not smell clean, everyone’s feet were BLACK when you walked barefoot or socks were stained black. On the last day when doing our walk through we found previous renters stuff under the beds (like used water bottles). The couches felt gross. This was a huge disappointment. I felt bad for my family as this was their first time staying here. I reassured them it has never been this bad.

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.

The living room, dining room and kitchen area are surrounded by big windows overlooking the beach. Even the bedrooms had amazing views! The unit itself is wonderful! The balcony was a great place to drink your morning coffee or enjoy a good book while enjoying the sound of the ocean waves. We loved the lazy river! The location was great. We were close to restaurants, arcades, shopping and a grocery store; it was easy to zip over to Mobile or Pensacola to enjoy museums. The down side.... The mattresses were horrible! Our bed frame in the master bedroom was broken, every bed had sand in it and one bed had sheets with nasty stains. The sheets are as cheap as you could get. The floor was covered in sand. Sand on the floor was bad enough but if you walked across the floor in your bare feet your feet were black within minutes. I question weather the floors had been mopped in months. The kitchen cutlery and plates were a mishmash of odds and ends and very poor quality. I could have found nicer sets at my local thrift store. The TV remote in the living room controlled the tv but the remote to switch to streaming was missing. There was a second remote but it was not the correct remote. If the owner would invest a little money towards better quality mattresses, sheets, kitchen supplies and cleaned the floor and sheets better I’d give the place top ratings.

Loved the size of the unit!

This condo is a wonderful size when entertaining family! We had Thanksgiving for 12 and had plenty of seating/dining room. The view is amazing and the amenities are first rate. The floors were not as clean as I had hoped… needed a thorough mopping and the refrigerator did not cool well. The refrigerator ice maker was not working but the bar had an ice maker and we used it.
