I visitatori alla ricerca di lusso moderno proprio nel cuore della 30A, a Blue Mountain Beach, si innamoreranno delle viste mozzafiato, dell'accesso privato alla spiaggia, della grande piscina privata e della cucina all'aperto con tanto spazio per intrattenere. Questa casa luminosa e ariosa con due balconi che si affacciano sulla spiaggia sfrutta appieno la facciata della spiaggia, progettata in modo che la maggior parte delle camere abbia una vista spettacolare. Dall'arredamento costiero agli incredibili spazi esterni, questa casa è sicura di stupire. Beautiful house on a gorgeous beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and offered an incredible setting right on the beach. The wall of windows looked out on the deck and pool with views of the gorgeous beach and gulf waters, which was literally just steps away. It was amazing. There were many outstanding amenities, however we were notified of some things in the house that weren't working properly and we reported several more so that was our biggest disappointment, it was unfortunate that a house/location that was perfect in most all of the ways that count needs so many things fixed to make them functional. At the end of the day though the beautiful house and location were unsurpassed.

Heat was not working for most of time we were there during cold spell... Furnace inoperative until we finally got repairman there late in our stay... Furnace set up to show working but was not...

Royal Destinations communicated via text, check in and check out procedures. The location was great. Grocery store was 9 minutes away, many restaurants close by and ice cream shop and bakery within walking distance!

Amazing Family Vacation!

We had an Amazing stay with very minor issues that were fixed …. The House … Kitchen was great for big families to stay in and cook …. The pool , Gulf and location were incredible!

Great house :)

We had a great stay in this beautiful house. We had a couple of hiccups with the Direct TV but the property manager was on top of it each time. Great response time every time. The home and area was beautiful and we would go again tomorrow if we could.

Another week in paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic beachfront home and pool. Group of 10 adults and 2 children had plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Huge outdoor space with nice furniture around pool area plus another huge 2nd floor outdoor balcony area. High end appliances throughout.
