I visitatori alla ricerca di lusso moderno proprio nel cuore della 30A, a Blue Mountain Beach, si innamoreranno delle viste mozzafiato, dell'accesso privato alla spiaggia, della grande piscina privata e della cucina all'aperto con tanto spazio per intrattenere. Questa casa luminosa e ariosa con due balconi che si affacciano sulla spiaggia sfrutta appieno la facciata della spiaggia, progettata in modo che la maggior parte delle camere abbia una vista spettacolare. Dall'arredamento costiero agli incredibili spazi esterni, questa casa è sicura di stupire. Rilassati e osserva il tramonto sul Golfo del Messico sulla veranda del secondo piano o fai un tuffo nella piscina privata che si affaccia sulle bianche spiagge incontaminate della Costa Smeralda.

Upscale Beach House, top-notch experience

We spent a week at 408 Blue Mountain, with six adults, two kids (6/9). This is a top-notch, ultra-luxurious beach house. Two kitchens, one on each floor. Loved having a 2nd kitchen on the upper floor. Bedrooms were nice and roomy, the kids loved their bunkrooms. Plenty of room for all. The outside/deck is nice, we ate out there several times. It is beachfront, a 30 second walk and you're on the sand. Yes, the beach can get crowded, but never to the point it bothered us. It's a big beach, and even with a lot of people, it never felt packed. The property manager is Royal Destinations, and they went out of their way to make sure our stay was wonderful. And it was. Can not recommend this house enough.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is beautiful, perfect size for an extended family. Kitchen is well-stocked. RD communicated well before and throughout the visit. One of the ovens didn't work (there are 3, so it didn't affect our stay). Bikes were provided, along with 1 beach set (though a house this big should justify additional sets complimentary). We rented our own sets from La Dolce Vita. The beach is beautiful, but very close to public access, so it was significantly more crowded than we are accustomed to. We were surprised at the quality (lack of quality) of the items that Royal Destinations provided --- cheap towels, cheap toilet paper, cheap paper towels, 1 cheap dish towel. For a luxury house, it put a bad taste in our mouth. The pool needs to be cleaned more often (it was only cleaned the day before we checked out). We called mid-week to see when it was scheduled to be cleaned and were told it would happen the following day, but it didn't.

House looked just like the web photos and not like some other properties we have stayed at. It was very clean on arrival. Customer service was attentive to our needs and responded quickly. I have already recommended this property to some clise friends. We’re beach people, so that’s where we were every day and most nights too.

Amazing Family Vacation!

We had an Amazing stay with very minor issues that were fixed …. The House … Kitchen was great for big families to stay in and cook …. The pool , Gulf and location were incredible!

Beautiful, clean, modern, well furnished, right on the beach. The pool was a big hit and we used it every day. The people at Royal Destinations were so easy to work with. It was a perfect vacation!

Great house and location

This house is fantastic in terms of the amenities, the location, and the space. There are multiple laundry rooms, multiple kitchens, a commercial sized ice maker, and tons of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and beach towels. There were a few hiccups though - the elevator didn't work, the downstairs AC was clogged (and was fixed the first night we were there), and almost none of the door handles to go outside to the beach worked. However, the house was very enjoyable and we were given a gift card to a local restaurant for our inconvenience.

Great house. 9 days over Christmas.

We had a wonderful experience. Beautiful heated pool right on the beach in Blue Mountain Beach. Stocked and furnished well. Very comfy beds. Only thing we wanted for was beach chairs.

Great area, family of 12.. quiet time of year at Santa Rosa Beach.. perfect weather! loved this house. No reason to leave the property for an entire week. Pool great.. your family will thank you!
