Thank you for sharing your experience at Blue Mountain Beach. We sincerely apologize for the frustrations you encountered during your stay. It looks like when our maintenance team visited during your stay, they were unable to replicate the dryer issues, and no error codes were displayed during their testing. All of our rental homes have pest control scheduled quarterly; this specific home's last full treatment was on April 17, 2026. Our maintenance team, in collaboration with Florida Pest Control, conducted additional treatment on July 10. The owners of this home chose to install blinds rather than curtains to enhance the view, but we understand this is not everyone's preference. We regret that the broken blind affected your stay. A replacement has been ordered and will be installed as soon as possible. The owners are planning to remodel the backyard, which is currently designed in a hardscape style and surrounded by bushes and plants, as shown on the 360 Blue website. We take your concerns about our customer service response very seriously and hope for the opportunity to restore your confidence in our service.
