Si tratta di una casa in affitto più popolare che si trova nell'angolo sud-est di Grayton Beach. Vista dalle grandi portici esterni Oriente è della nostra piscina privata, molo privato sul lago, e Grayton Beach State Park. Vista dalle ampie verande ovest comprende il Golfo del Messico e la spiaggia. A soli 150 metri dal famoso Red Bar Resturant e dal nuovo ristorante Chiringo. I recenti miglioramenti sono il nuovo dock, il nuovo riemergere della piscina, le nuove poltroncine per piscina di Frontgate, i riscaldatori di acqua calda senza serbatoio, i nuovi mobili per i sedili posteriori, il nuovo piano cottura, i nuovi corrimani esterni e le nuove vernici esterne. Questa meravigliosa casa è perfetta per famiglie numerose o riunioni. Organizzato per un viaggio di coppia con 6 camere da letto con almeno un letto King in loro. Molte caratteristiche speciali come: 3 master suite con vasca idromassaggio, sala gioco con palla Foos e ping pong, 2 frigoriferi, 2 lavastoviglie e anche 2 lavatrice / asciugatrice, TV / DVD in ogni camera, ci sono anche 3 impianti stereo in casa. A soli 50 ft l'accesso del pubblico e 100 iarde a bordo dell'acqua. piscina per bambini (7x7) e grande piscina (32x19) per gli adulti. Questa piscina può anche essere riscaldata in inverno per un costo aggiuntivo. House ha Keurig 2. 0. Internet ad alta velocità! TV a schermo piatto attraverso. Sabato a Sabato noleggio. Parcheggio per 8 auto. Con ogni prenotazione settimanale tramite Grayton Coast Rentals riceverai un credito "Beach Gear" gratuito di $ 280.

It was a stay for entire family. Adult children, spouses & 7 grandchildren 8 YO & under. The home was great but had a few initial issues but they were addressed.

The most incredible house and experience at Grayton Beach, FL

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is challenging to describe how incredible our stay was at Seaspray. We came here for my bachelorette, and working with Mr. Cole... he made everything so effortless and enjoyable for us. He went out of his way to ensure that our experience was more than worthwhile. The house was extraordinary, fitting 16 people so comfortably. We look back to that trip and say that it was the best vacation yet, and we truthfully believe one of the main reasons was because of how amazing the house was. My family plans to return to Grayton Beach and rent Seaspray because of how much we have been raving about the bachelorette trip and based off the pictures we showed them from the house. There is not one negative thing I can say about my experience with Seaspray, and every single one of my bridesmaids on the trip would agree. We will 100% be returning!!!!!!!!

Our house rental has changed several times as our family grew then grew up. Sea Spray was perfect for us this year and we have reserved for next year already. Grayton is getting a little busy and crowed, but still our favorite family vacation spot!

Second time staying here! An amazing house for a big group of guys. Right on the beach, very spacious, a walk to Red Bar and other restaurants/bars. We will be back!

Overall fantastic

The rental company is fantastic! Communication is excellent. This property is perfectly located and appointed. The main negative thing is that we had WIFI issues immediately and they were communicated by me immediately and was never resolved. This is not a big deal if you don’t require an internet connection. We had 4 dads who needed to work and were unable to do so. That would have been a game changer had we known in advance. Secondly, the layout of the rooms was perfect and the kitchen is amazing with Subzero, Wolf, and fully stocked. Then there was the living room furniture which was actually patio-like furniture and 4 chairs that are just not comfortable. For a house that sleeps 20+ people, it would have been just perfect if there was better/more furniture to sit around in the evenings.

Half of the outlets don’t work, big hole in a door, exterior doors won’t open and close easily etc. overall great house— just thinking that for the price (almost 10 thousand dollars for a week) they’d pay a little extra attention and do things like at least put one roll of TP in each bathroom to start with. We were also there during a major hurricane and didn’t hear a word from the management company asking if we were staying, leaving, okay etc. a house 2 doors down had the doors blown open and the same management company manages it— two days after we called to let them know the third floor doors were STILL open.. they didn’t seem overly concerned but did care enough to have signs posted all over the house about what they would charge you for if damaged. Not very welcoming or relaxing.
