Sconti rimanenti delle settimane estive !!! Goditi il nostro lussuoso condominio al 12 ° piano sulla spiaggia situato nell'estremità occidentale della spiaggia di Panama City con un enorme balcone (il più grande a Panama City Beach) e viste fantastiche!

SONO MOLTO PREOCCUPATO, MA IL NOSTRO HOA NON CI AFFREDERÀ A QUALUNQUE SINGOLO SOTTO I 25 ANNI - NESSUNA ECCEZIONE.

Quando entri nella nostra unità splendidamente decorata, sarai colpito dalla magnifica vista sul Golfo del Messico! Il layout aperto del nostro condominio ti permette di avere una spettacolare vista sull'oceano da quasi ogni spazio abitativo. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutti i comfort di casa, insieme a splendidi ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e nuovi mobili. Puoi accedere direttamente al nostro ampio balcone 10 "x 28" tramite la zona giorno e anche la camera da letto principale. Il nostro balcone è il luogo perfetto per gustare la colazione, trascorrere pomeriggi rilassanti e vedere tramonti favolosi ascoltando i suoni pacifici delle onde dell'oceano!

La nostra unità è senza fumo. 2 camere da letto / 2 bagni condominio può ospitare comodamente otto persone con un letto matrimoniale nella camera matrimoniale, due letti full size nella camera degli ospiti e un letto matrimoniale nella zona giorno.

Durante il tuo soggiorno, goditi il servizio gratuito di ombrelloni con 2 sedie a sdraio imbottite dal 15 marzo al 31 ottobre. Sedie extra sono nel condominio per il vostro uso, nonché teli mare e giocattoli da spiaggia.

I enjoyed everything about my stay. Great spot, great location, the other people i met in the building were very nice. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna onsite. Decor and amenities in the unit were everything we needed. We would definitely stay again. I absolutely loved it. Parking deck is a bit tight but otherwise its perfect.

Overall the condo was great. Well stocked kitchen, lots of towels. The condo was very, very clean. The host was great. Responded to our call immediately. Loved being close to the elevator. The balcony was just perfect! Loved all the table and chairs. View can't be beat. Saw dolphins and even a manatee! The beach chairs are a plus for sure!The only thing I would recommend is some new furniture. The sofa is pretty saggy and could also use a new mattress in the primary bedroom.

Great vacation

Condo was great. Perfect for our needs. Property manager was extremely helpful and accommodating as well. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

We were looking for a beachfront property we could use as a weekend getaway or to spend the winter months. Tropic Winds satisfied both requirements. We are both still working and aren’t able to enjoy our condo nearly as much as we would like. We made the decision to rent our condo out when available and hope we can provide a great vacation experience to our guests.

We’ve traveled to beaches around the world and found that the clean emerald water and soft white sand of Panama City Beach provided one of the best beach experiences we’ve had. We chose Tropic Winds because of it desirable Oceanfront location on the West end of the beach. It is one of the newest in all of PCB. The Oceanfront views from both the master bedroom and living areas are unmatched.

Tropic Winds offers some of the largest Oceanfront balconies in all of PCB. The layout of the condo was extremely functional, offering a great use of space and spectacular views. The reserved, covered parking just steps from the elevator made the decision all that much easier. The location is close to Pier Park and has easy access to both Front Beach and Back Beach Road. The building has a sauna, fitness center, indoor/outdoor pool, sun deck and a huge hot tub. Gas and charcoal grills are provided for shared use on the ocean side.
