Lake Living on the Water -Entire House con molo privato a Lakeport (Clearlake)

Parcheggia la tua barca al molo privato proprio sul ponte della casa. House si trova sul lago con un'isola barbecue e un bar integrati! Ottimo per vacanze in famiglia, fughe romantiche o semplicemente per rilassarsi un po 'di tempo per ricaricarsi. Goditi l'accesso diretto alla pesca, al nuoto e alla fauna selvatica proprio fuori dalle porte scorrevoli posteriori. Goditi la degustazione di vino in oltre 30 aziende vinicole, golf, gite in bicicletta, pesca in mare o nei numerosi tornei, tra le altre cose da fare nella splendida Lake County.

House può ospitare fino a 7 persone al massimo con quasi tutto il necessario per trascorrere un soggiorno rilassante senza stress. Non sono ammessi animali domestici in casa o all'interno della proprietà! Videocamere di sicurezza esterne davanti, ai lati e sul retro della casa.

Le seguenti festività richiedono un soggiorno di 4 notti, Pasqua, 4 luglio, Ringraziamento, Natale e Capodanno. Qualsiasi prenotazione prenotata con un minimo di 4 notti per queste vacanze comporterà la cancellazione.

Per i diportisti: il varo della barca è a solo mezzo miglio di distanza e gratuito da usare. Lega la tua barca sul molo a casa per un facile accesso durante il soggiorno. Clear Lake è ancora il numero 1 quando si tratta di pesca bassista e tiene molti tornei durante tutto l'anno. Una breve gita in barca al casinò e alla marina di Konocti. NON permettiamo animali domestici in casa!

Proiettato in zona patio e un grande ponte con mobili da esterno per godere. Un sacco di spazio in casa per tutti quando hai finito di goderti l'esterno.

Se avete bambini ci sono 2 parchi raggiungibili a piedi. Grande area coperta con spazio per giocare, nuotare direttamente sul molo o in una parte della spiaggia sul lago vicino ai parchi, e alcuni giochi per loro di giocare. Il ponte ha delle inferriate per tenere i bambini lontani dall'acqua. Tuttavia tienili d'occhio in ogni momento.

Giubbotti di salvataggio e canne da pesca sono disponibili per l'uso durante il soggiorno. A volte può essere comune per il canale e il lago ottenere delle alghe verdi durante i successivi mesi estivi.

We had a great time at Eva and Neils place in Corinthian Bay. Their place is very nice and clean with very comfortable amenities. The furniture/ beds are of high quality. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The back yard has the perfect dock to moor my boat away from any winds or waves. The back also has a BBQ /bar area that is perfect for dining! We had dinner out there every night, and it was very comfortable. They also had everything we needed to have an enjoyable visit. It was our second time there, and it won't be our last. Thanks!

Fantastic location!

Wow what a great place to stay! My son especially enjoyed fishing off the dock while I loved cooking in the kitchen that was fully stocked with every pot and pan and cooking accessories you could ever need! The beds were very comfy and the shower was extremely relaxing! Will be back again one day soon!

Great house on the water

My friends and I stayed here for a three night fishing trip. The house was very nicely upgraded and well furnished. We especially enjoyed the outside BBQ area and deck. The host was very quick to reply and answer all my questions. We would definitely stay here again.

The perfect weekend on the lake!

This house was in the perfect location for a week of fishing. The property was clean, beautiful and very well equipped with everything we could ever need. The canal and dock were protected from the wind, and the electrical outlet and outdoor space was perfect. We will definitely be booking this property again! The hosts were very helpful and communication was great!

Our favorite place to stay!

This is our second summer renting this property. It’s by far the cleanest rental house I’ve stayed at. We love it there. It’s in a quiet location and close to the county park launch ramp for boats. Everything is easy to use and convenient. The hosts are very responsive and easy to contact with any questions. Another great summer vacation!

Wonderful Lake House

We spent a week fishing at the lake and had the best time. The house is very clean, well stocked, and has a great lake house decor. Hosts are friendly and easy to communicate with. Location is in a nice quiet neighborhood near the launch ramp. The driveway easily fit our boat trailer and truck which is definitely a plus. Relaxing week at the lake. We will be back again.

beautiful home

We stayed in March and the house was very nice. It had all nice amenities that made the house a perfect place to stay at Clear Lake. My biggest issue was to find a place to keep my bass boat out of the wind, possible bad weather, and in a safe place, and the location so accessible to get in and out on the water. County Park was only 1/2 mile away and made it easy to launch. I would definitely return to this house.

3rd stay at this property. Couldn’t be cleaner or more organized inside and out. Lake is full so boat was docked off the back dock. Power right on the dock for recharging batteries. We have stayed in about 7 different rentals over the last 12 years and this is the best for location, cleanness, convenience….. only thing that could improve it is if it were on the main lake front.

Lovely property

Great communication with the owners. Checkin was a breeze. Nice bottle of wine waiting for us and the house was spotlessly clean. Thank you Eva and Neil for letting us stay in your lake house. We loved watching the pelicans every morning come down the channel and coffee on the back patio was so relaxing. The kids loved the paddle boat and even tried a little fishing from the dock. The house has everything you need and is decorated beautifully. Hope to come again!

Great experience

We’ve stayed at many different places around the lake through the past 7 or 8 years and this one was by far the cleanest and most maintained house we’ve been at. The location was great for access to the water. There was plenty of parking for 2 trucks and 2 boat trailers. The framed in outdoor patio was great for hanging out in the evenings. The beds were comfortable and the check in and check out process were simple. I highly recommend this place as an option for anyone who plans a trip to Clearlake. We will definitely be checking the availability of this house for our next trip.

Great place for quiet getaway

Had an amazing stay here. Spent lots of time outside. Patio furniture comfortable and loved the fire table. Inside was also great! All kitchen appliances and utensils and necessities provided for any kind of cooking you want to do. Master bed was very comfortable. Screened in porch was perfect when the bugs came out late at night. Everything clean and tidy. Short walk to a big park and Clear Lake. Will definitely return.

Great place on the water

We checked into a clean, well maintained house with a slip on the water off the back deck. We enjoyed the large updated back deck with enclosed patio in the evening when the mosquitoes came out. The patio furniture and BBQ where an added perk as most of our time was either on Clear Lake fishing or having family meals on the back deck. The environment was very quite and the slip out back provided protection from the rough water when the north wind came up. We definitely enjoyed our time here and the owners were very responsive with any questions we had. We will be returning in the future for sure.

Great Lake House-Toddler Friendly

We had a great stay at this property. We stayed with our almost 2 year old and appreciated that each room was filled enough to add character, but not so much that we felt our toddler might knock something over! The outside enclosed patio was fantastic to be able to sit outside and know he couldn’t run off. If he was a bit older, the full deck would have been great. Our only downside, which is our own fault for not looking, is there wasn’t a bathroom with a bathtub. The whole house was clean, inviting, and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The park down the street was a great surprise!

Bass Fishing Trip

This Lake House was the perfect spot for our trip to Clear Lake for fishing. We have been to several other properties on different lakes and this was by far the best we have stayed in. The house was very clean and nicely decorated, the kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed and then some. The screened in porch is very private, and the perfect place to unwind after a day on the lake and visit with friends. With current water level, we were able to get our boat, a 19" Tracker combo in and out of the slough. The number of fish that was caught in the slough was incredible! We will definitely try to get this property again when we return. Thanks so much!!!

Beautiful quiet property

A group of 4 of us were looking for a relaxing quiet location to celebrate our friends retirement. The location was perfect, the neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the house had plenty of amenities. Lots of kitchen items for all your needs, and the grill was clean and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the sunporch with coffee in the morning and wine at night. Appreciated the diagrams and pictures on how to operate the door lock, shower, etc. Within a short driving distance to plenty of wineries and great restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Ideal Setup

We really enjoyed staying at this property. We had 2 families, with a total of 4 children, and we were really impressed with the amount of kid toys they had available at at the house. The deck was great for all of us gathering for dinner. My husband did have a hard time with the grill, but was eventually able to make it work. According to him it needs a good cleaning. The layout was perfect for our 10 month old who is crawling everywhere. Since the shower had multiple heads, it was perfect for showering multiple kids at a time. We wanted to try the pedal boat but didn't get a chance due to the air quality. We also were not able to dock our boat at the house due to the low water and algae, but that's ok because launching at Lakeport was a positive experience and there was plenty of parking space in the driveway for the boat when we weren't using it. Kitchen was wonderful, all 4 adults can be in there at the same time. Thank you for letting us stay here!

Lake Living is right on the water so boaters can park their boat on the houses private dock during your stay. House is tucked away so you are not going to deal with busy streets and the sound of traffic. Close enough to the downtown area where there are some shops and restaurants to go to. Perfect place to get away from your normal busy life and enjoy some good relaxation with family, friends or a nice romantic getaway.

You don't need to bring much with you for your stay. House has all the essentials of home. Full kitchen with dishes, pots & pans, and even some basic spices for use. Central Heat & Air throughout the house. Cable TV in the living room and 3 bedrooms. Some board games, outdoor games and a pedal boat (non rainy seasons) to use during your stay. If you plan on swimming you will need to bring your own beach towels!
