Exceeded expectations!!

Comfortable, convenient, clean. The patio looking out on the beautiful lake was perfect. Plenty of trails around all of the lakes to walk and watch the ducks, geese, doves, hummingbirds, blue heron. We will be booking this wonderful place again!

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!

A lot of thought has been given to making the accommodations feel just like home. The kitchen is very well stocked with spices, oils, foil, storage bags and even a blender and slow cooker. There are plenty of linens with extra pillows and blankets. It is very quiet with a nice view. The location is near many well-known restaurants. We will definitely be staying there again.

Superstition Springs Condo

This condo was in a great area, central to the venue and event we were attending. The photos provided represented the property well and it was well equipped to suit our needs. We did note that for the elderly or disabled the toilets are very low and this could create a problem. Other than that we were happy with the rental and would use again if in the area.

The floors could use a deep cleaning. S[nce the toilets are low profile it would be nice to have a grab bar to assist us older guys getting up. We had a very good stay otherwise.

Great location

Great location and amenities with everything you need to enjoy your time there. Lots of additional items for your use, lawn chairs, a cooler, sunscreen if you need in a pinch. The only suggestion would be to replace the very flat pillows and let people know the fridge can be adjusted but is set to the coldest setting, we lost all my premade salads to frost. I would return and recommend.

As advertised this condo is in prime first floor location facing morning sun. The place was immaculately cleaned and stocked. Absolutely zero complaints…you will love it here! We had 4 adults and spent a very relaxing 6 nights..would definitely come back to this unit!

Attractive and Conveniently Located

This was a great location for our visit to Mesa to see friends. It was easy to get to all the places we needed to be. The condo was attractive, clean, and we loved being able to walk around the small ponds in the evenings. We have booked it again for our trip to Mesa next year!

Great Convenient Location

2nd time renting this property. Really nice place. Clean, well appointed and comfortable. Pool and walking path are added nice touches. Key pad entry makes it so easy to check in and out. Definitely on my repeat list when I come to visit family.

Great place and good location. Close to family which was the objective. Could have been cleaner (floors), but who can keep anything clean in Mesa where you are surrounded by cement, rocks, sand, dust ... Cleaning supplies would have been helpful so we could keep it clean for the 2 weeks we were there.

Really nice place but the floors are disgusting

Great value, location was OK, check in process was excellent and this condo had everything we needed. My only complaint is that the floors were absolutely disgusting. Sticky and I don't imagine they have been washed for a long time. My dad was wearing white socks for about 20 minutes and they were literally black. We reported the issue and got a response immediately that someone will be coming to clean them the next day. The cleaners did not show up we contacted them once again and they said will get somebody there today. At this point I didn't wanna have to deal with anyone coming in so we just left our shoes on.

The condo was clean and well taken care of. The ponds and path in the back were fun for the children. There were geese, ducks, turtles, etc. Pool was great in the heat of Arizona.

Great condo, great community.

We appreciate that the owners welcomed us to stay at their home. The community of people are great, surrounding is relaxing. Housekeeping on the other hand...for Vacasa requiring a huge cleaning fee....we spent the first day cleaning the place ourselves. Before we left we washed the bedding, all the towels and dishes. Day one, we mopped the floors as they were disgusting. The washing machine vent needed a real good scrubbing. The surface of everything was clean so it appears a quick dusting is done and a wipe down of the bathroom counters and sinks. The counter in the kitchen needed a good scrub as well. We cleaned the patio set and swept the patio. That we realize because it is outside may be out of their control somewhat. I would recommend the owners question this. Would we stay there again...you bet. Just hope the housekeeping earns their money next time.

The Home was amazing, the grounds and ponds were amazing. The only problem we ran into was the HOA that keeps an eye on things for that community we’re not educated about the state of federal laws regarding having a service dog. We were asked to leave the community pool area. Service dogs are allowed on the pool deck but not in the pool. We were assured that education would take place amongst the HOA/property management.
