Bellissima proprietà! Immagina di sederti nella vasca idromassaggio privata dopo una giornata piena di avventure, guardando il tramonto sul Monte Royal e sul Monte Victoria, mentre sorseggi il tuo cocktail preferito. Questa casa ha davvero tutto! Costruito nel 1998, 4 camere da letto, 3 bagni, casa privata situata in una tranquilla strada nella Riserva di Frisco con una facile passeggiata per avventurarsi ed esplorare. Come puoi vedere dalle foto, questa casa è lussuosa e spaziosa, con belle finiture di fascia alta. Offre splendide viste sul Monte Royal dal soggiorno. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con splendidi ripiani in granito, una griglia a gas sul ponte e i nostri bagni includono docce a vapore. La nostra casa comprende due letti Queen regolabili, 1 letto King, un altro letto Queen con letti a castello Triple Twin nella quarta camera da letto. Include anche un altro letto Queen Murphy per tutti i tuoi ospiti. Abbiamo anche un ampio garage per due auto. Licenza STR # BCA-80153

Great house!

Great property, close to town and close to the highway for ski resort access. Was a great set up for two young families with one taking the king and bunk room and the other taking the upstairs two rooms.

Beautiful views in this private, large and well-equipped home

Our extended family enjoyed a lovely long Easter weekend together. Our kids are local to Frisco and we all agreed this is a terrific, quiet and spacious home for several couples to enjoy. The photos are accurate and the views are abundant!

Great place. Plenty of space. Nice amenities (especially the bath with steam option on the main floor and the hot tub) for those post hike body aches. Simple check-in and check-out process. Only thing I found strange was no trash bags around that we could find. Overall a great experience. Definitely will be at the top of my list for booking next year.

Nice and Roomy

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home that fits 12 people quite well. There are 2 living room spaces that worked well, especially if there are teens in your group. The hot tub was a hit and was enjoyed even in the summer. The location is great! We walked to downtown Frisco, visited Lake Dillion, drove a short distance to Breckenridge, Good Time Adventures (Husky Farm and ride), ATV location and another hour to our rafting trip. I wouldn't mind going back in the winter!

Exceeds all Expectations

This experience in Frisco exceeded our expectations! The property was pristine and well stocked. The location was phenomenal - easy to get to town and easy to get to ski resorts in under 15 minutes. The property management was responsive, friendly, patient and wildly helpful. The overall experience was just amazing for all eight of us! Thanks so much for taking such good care of us!

Ski vacation!

Heat in the ground level bedroom was scorching the first two nights but management company had someone there to repair it in a reasonable amount of time considering it was Christmas. Only thing I would have like on Christmas eve morning (first morning there) - coffee filters - otherwise it accommodated the 12 of us nicely. I've stayed at lots of VRBO homes and never thought I needed to bring coffee filters.

Great space for a large family

Great place, but we cooked for 10 people every night and the exhaust fan over the stovetop was not functioning. The oven did not work well and kept setting off the “natural gas” alarm that was behind a locked box. Smoke alarms were removed from certain rooms - so apparently this has happened before. Also not a lot of amenities that a family would need, like salt and pepper, dish soap, hand soap, etc. More like luxury camping - pack it in, pack it out.

Hi Kathy, Thank you for your review although we would have appreciated it if you had told the truth. First, the exhaust fan over the oven is functioning. We tested it after you left and found it in working order. Second, the oven works fine, we even had an appliance repair company check it out after your departure and found everything in working order. Third, no smoke alarms have ever been removed from any rooms, your comment that they were is a flat out lie. Fourth, the house is stocked for a "normal" stay in terms of unit supplies. Some people use some of it and some people use all of it, no matter who you are, all you have to do is call the office and we'll bring you more of whatever you need. Last, I just want to say how disappointing this review is. It's one thing if you just didn't like the place, but to get the facts so wrong and tell lies about it is just downright sad. Big house but could use some TLC

How was a great size for our large group. Walking distance to town. Main bedroom upstairs had a huge bathroom but only a queen bed. Main bedroom downstairs has a king bed with shared bathroom that is shared with the bunk room. Closets in every room had shelves that were falling out of the walls. CO detector went off in laundry room because the gas dryer emits gasses apparently. It would be nice if some items could be left in the kitchen (plastic wrap, tin foil, baggies etc. ) The kitchen is well stocked but some basic items are missing. No containers to put leftovers in. Grill on porch caught on fire because it was so dirty. Overall we enjoyed the house, but could use a few more comfort items.

Hi Stacey, Thank you for your review, we are glad you enjoyed your stay. We have checked on the closet shelves and the grill and are working on the dryer. The dryer does not emit gasses (nor carbon monoxide) and is perfectly safe. Typically the properties we manage are stocked with plastic wrap, foil, baggies, etc but sometimes a group will use them all up so please call us during your stay and we will bring you more. Relaxing Retreat

Great location for skiing and town/groceries. Super peaceful neighborhood with awesome views on the second floor. Very nice decor throughout the house as well. Second floor bathrooms are top notch.

Thanksgiving stay

This house is beautiful and has all the amenities you would expect in a luxury home. The layout would be great for 2 families. There is plenty of space, and the views are spectacular. The photos don't do this place justice. We can't wait to come back.
