The Flop Flop Inn was fabulous! Everything about the description and photos were absolutely accurate. The house was spotless and everything about it was comfortable. The beach access was only a few steps away, and the beach was not crowded. The hosts were fabulous and were very communicative. Unfortunately our trip was cut short by two days due to Hurricane Isaias, but we still had a great time!

Host’s communication throughout the process was excellent.The house was clean upon arrival and we didn’t experience any issues with the property or the host during our stay.This house was a pretty good value and is only a few hundred feet from the beach. The property is pet friendly and allows large dogs which allowed us the opportunity to bring our fur kids to the beach for the 1st time.We’d absolutely rent this house again or recommend to anyone.

Wonderful place to stay. This was my sixth trip to the area, and this was my favorite place so far - planning to return next year. Clean, comfortable, just the right size, steps to the beach, and great views.

This was the perfect home to enjoy our week at the beach with all the family even the fur babies!Everything we need was there to make it a great vacation without any worries! Affordable Great views of the ocean Pet friendly Host super friendly & responsive If your looking for a great place to spend a few day or weeks this is it!!!!!! Book it!!!!

House was just as described and perfect for our beach days. The beach cart and being able to walk to the beach was a plus! Loved being able to have our dog there with us and the kitchen had everything we needed.

This cute and cozy beach house had a wonderful view of the gulf, a well stocked kitchen, and everything we could possibly need for our stay! My family and our fur babies will definitely be booking again. Also, the hosts were super friendly, helpful and very easy to get in touch with.

Flip Flop Inn exceeded our expectations. Lovely gulf view and great location. Beach view without the price! Comfortable, clean, equipped kitchen. The host, Sarah, was amazing!

House was very clean when we arrived. Beach views were terrific. Beach access was easy and close to the house. Owners were excellent and very communicative! My family enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!

We loved the proximity to the beach the amazing view from the balcony. We loved the fact that our dog was welcomed and there were no limits on weight and breed.The Kitchen was well stocked and the special treats were very much appreciated!! We will not hesitate to book the Flip-Flop Inn again!

This trip was the second time we made to this beach house, and there’s good reason why. A house doesn’t feel more like home than this one. It had everything we could’ve possibly needed and then some. The location is incredible with an outstanding view of the beach. The hosts have been amazing every time we chatted, both trips. If you are on the fence about booking this house for your next beach trip, then jump off the fence and and book your trip. You won’t regret it. But fair warning, don’t hesitate because this house books up fast all the time. That in and of itself should tell you what an incredible vacation you can have at Flip Flop Inn.I have no doubt my family will return to Flip Flop Inn in the future. Thank you for allowing my family to enjoy your beach house.

We had an awesome stay!! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The host was great and the Beach Location and Views were perfect. The beach cart was very helpful and a great addition to the beach trip. We loved the rental and plan to book again next year.

Great place to stay

The views are incredible. Our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out. The proximity to the beach can't be beat. We loved our stay.

The beach and gulf view from the master bedroom was awesome. Balcony was very nice and peaceful. Very open floor plan and plenty of room. We loved that it was pet friendly because of our baby boxer.

We love the location of this house. Such a relaxing place for us to spread out and right on the water. The views are amazing.
