Very comfortable experience

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay. The home was very clean, comfortable and well situated. We spent more time than we expected at the community pool which was really fun for our kids. We would stay here again!

House had everything. Nice to have bikes as we hardly ever took the car (note: bike rental folks even showed up a couple of days into our stay to make sure air was in the tires etc). Perfect location too!

Relaxing

Nice house with all the amenities you need. Loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the sunsets. Enjoyed walking to restaurants, beach and renting bikes. We would come back again!

Holiday Away

Enjoyed our family stay. So much room in this home. Kitchen fully equipped, TV for sports watching not to mention the bikes. So much to do n see in this area. We did have a hard time getting into rental but called n received help. Finding the pool office to get wrist band was kind of Hiden! . We will be back.

Great beach home

Great stay overall. The home is well set up, very close to a great pool and the beach. We all had a great time, with plenty of space. We would definitely stay again. Would note that like other reviews, the first floor is dark. Not a problem for us but could be for others. And very limited essentials provided (bring your own salt and pepper).

Easy to accommodate

The 3 levels were perfect. Great for teens or one family to stay on the first level and a second group on the 3rd level. Nice to have buffer living space in between. 3 nice porches. Convenient location. Loved the bikes. Excellent value.

Amazing time. Gorgeous home!

We loved everything about the home. Our family of 5 only used the bottom floor for sleeping which left the 3rd floor for a playroom. Loved having the kitchen on the second floor. Felt like a loft. It is in a quiet location and has the total Tommy Bahama elegant feel of a beach house! We highly recommend it!

Great experience

Really a wonderful stay at this property -- pictures representative of the home, nice layout with plenty of space for everyone, great location with easy access to everything. If I had to be critical, the slight annoyance were the bright lights from the multi-unit building next door, but not a deal breaker by any means and one thing that could be added to the home for future renters is a broom or vacuum available for use. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Fun Thanksgiving

The property is exactly as advertised. Easy check in and check out. Kitchen well stocked. I accidentally set off the smoke detector with an over flowing casserole and I called property management since the alarm triggered the house alarm. They were incredibly easy to work with and very responsive.

Great Stay at "Comfort and Joy"

Our small family had a wonderful stay at the "comfort and joy" house. The house was spacious and comfortable - with lots of seating areas (we loved the two decks and the outside dining table!). The beds were comfy. The kitchen is really well appointed, with high quality cookware, and plenty of place-settings for a large group. Our family is small, but we appreciated all of the options. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet, and easy walking distance to the community pool (really nice, if a bit cold in the winter!), Rosemary Beach commercial area, restaurants, and the beach. The beach access is great -- soft sand, good views, though can get a bit crowded. We visited over winter break, and enjoyed the holiday lights in the nearby towns, and fireworks on the 1st! Thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful, well maintained house

House was very nice and squeaky clean. We are a family of six with 4 older teenagers. Kitchen is well stocked and pretty has anything you need. The only issue for us was the bunk bed areas are really small. I’m sure perfect for little ones but was quick challenging 4 teenagers. I figured they would be small from the pictures, but they were quite small. Other than that, we thought it was great.

Good property with a significant maintenance issue

Stayed at this property 5/14-5/18. Interior living space could use some updating. Couches were very used and cushions looked dingy. Outdoor decks were delightful. The problem we encountered was 0 water output in showers when dishwasher or washing machine were on. We reported this to Real Joy Vacations but no one ever followed up with us. This property has sleeping accommodations for 6 adults, 2 (children/teens) and 2 toddler bunks. The entry way bunks do not have a door and are quite small for a human over the age of 10 years old.

Great location, easy check in/out, good amenities

Overall we had a wonderful experience with this rental. We spent most of our time on the second floor between the kitchen, living room, or main balcony area. The sleeping areas are located either on the first floor right as you walk in or in the third floor, as listed, which does allow privacy for anyone needing sleep to be away from the main common areas. The only (very small) issue is that first floor rooms were a little dark overall, as they don’t get as much natural light unless you’re willing to leave your blinds open and visible to neighboring homes or people passing by. Not a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind if you prefer more sunshine on vacation. Having 4 bikes available at all times was extremely convenient since the area is so bike and walking friendly- definitely a huge plus! Management company was very responsive and easy to work with- even helped drop off a package directly to us that was sent to their office. Super simple check in and pretty standard check out with instructions. The pool area can get busy, but was a great location with lots of pool space and chairs. We would absolutely consider staying again!

The house is nice, you walk in on the bottom floor, and there are 3 bedrooms walk up to second floor and that is the main level, kitchen, living room, laundry, and half bath, go up one more flight and top floor is master bedroom and one more bathroom. The main floor has windows overlooking construction of a house being built. It is a horrible view of a large red dumpster, a trailer where workers hang out, and a pile of mess. This was our view, and of course this was not disclosed to us when renting. It is literally right out our window and the house being built is a step from the window. I wouldn't rent for atleast a year, while this house is being built. We had problems even parking in the entrance, bc of the workers parking their trucks and cars.

Great for friends to gather.

This house was perfect for three couples. The kitchen (well, the whole house) was beautiful and accommodated cooking meals for the group. The living room was large enough to fit all of us for conversation and games. The dining table was large and gave all of us a place to eat together and research our daily plans and play games. If weather permits, the balcony and porch are great too. For additional details that would take it up even another notch: - Provide a few throws for the guests as it got a bit chilly and who doesn't love a throw - Provide something to store left overs, e.g. plastic wrap, foil, zip locks, or plastic containers. When guests are flying in they don't have room for extras. - provide more than one hand towel in the bathrooms. I change mine out every day at home so it seems unsanitary to only have one for 5 days. - Do some light dusting prior to guests arriving. We could write out name on the furniture in our bedroom. Property and location are great! Only complaints were cleanliness and the ceiling leaked during the storm so we had to cut our trip short. Management company was very responsive and helpful!

Beautiful Home

This was a beautiful home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The beds were super comfortable, we spent a lot of time on the deck and there was plenty of space. We would definitely rent this home again

Amazing beach house! Fully stocked kitchen! Easy walk, bike ride, or tram ride to the beach.

We had a wonderful vacation at this beach house! We got groceries delivered and utilized the kitchen to make big family dinners. We used the 4 bikes to get around town. Inlet beach was great and with the provided wristbands you can have access to the pool and the private beach access. We loved our stay here!
