POSIZIONE, POSIZIONE, POSIZIONE ... ATTRAVERSO LA STRADA DAL GLASSE PRATO PISCINA E COMPLESSO SPORTIVO, ANCORA MOLTO TRANQUILLO E PRIVATO SU 2 1/2 ACR !!! Uno dei più grandi lotti e migliori posizioni in tutto il Black Butte Ranch !! Questo 3000 SQ. FT. La casa in stile Northwest Contemporary lodge con 2 Master Suite è perfetta per riunioni di famiglia, gruppi di golf (7 letti singoli), weekend per ragazze e perfetta per una vacanza rilassante. Abbiamo gli stessi ospiti che ritornano ogni anno !!!

Il lungo vialetto privato conduce a questa casa in stile contemporaneo nord-occidentale. Ci sono diversi posti auto per ospitare amici e parenti. Questa casa è molto aperta e spaziosa, con ampie stanze. La Great Room ha soffitti molto alti con un camino in pietra, aperto alla sala da pranzo e cucina. Il mazzo è molto grande, perfetto per intrattenere!

La 1 ° camera da letto principale (letto king size) si trova al livello principale e si apre sul lato privato del ponte. Ha un bagno ristrutturato con vasca idromassaggio e doccia separata. Ha anche una grande cabina armadio.

La seconda camera da letto è al livello principale vicino alla camera da letto principale e ha anche un letto king size. Un bagno completo è adiacente a questa camera da letto.

La 2 ° Master Suite (un letto matrimoniale) si trova al piano superiore con la sua area loft privata. Ha anche un letto matrimoniale nascosto in una nicchia, perfetto per i bambini piccoli! Il bagno principale ha una vasca e doccia separata. Questa 2a Master suite al 3 ° livello è considerata la terza camera da letto.

Il seminterrato al piano di sotto è la nostra nuova aggiunta. Abbiamo aggiunto una nuova camera da letto con 2 letti singoli e un letto a castello (4 posti letto singoli). La stanza del "cowboy" è fuori dalla sala giochi e ha un bagno
vicino a. La sala giochi è stata rinnovata di recente. Abbiamo aggiunto un caminetto, un nuovo tappeto e una porta scorrevole sul grande patio. Questa camera è perfetta per i bambini; giochi, TV, ecc; Un luogo ideale per i bambini di uscire quando i genitori sono al piano di sopra socializzare :)

The Den può essere utilizzato come una stanza a castello per gli adolescenti in quanto si trova al largo della voce di stanza del fango. Questa è una stanza più piccola che può ospitare comodamente 2 bambini. Questa è considerata la quinta camera da letto.

The home is absolutely beautiful and located on such an expansive property! The nature there is so special with deer running through the yard. We also loved the proximity to the glaze meadow recreation center! Our host was so very communicative and helpful as we created the perfect retreat space for 11 women who gathered together.

Great house for a large group

This house was perfect for our large family including kids and grandkids. It was spacious, clean, well-stocked and in a great location. The hosts were very responsive and made sure all our needs were met. We are looking forward to staying there again in 2026!

Amazing Getaway at Deluxe Black Butte Ranch Home

This property was a perfect retreat for our family! The home was spacious, clean, and exactly as described online. The check-in process was smooth, and the property manager was incredibly responsive. The location is beautiful, surrounded by great scenery, making it ideal for a special family time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable stay!

We had 8 adults and 8 children, 10 and under. The home is well laid out for large groups. There is an extra refrigerator and clothes dryer in the garage. There are two sets of silverware. The downstairs is a great place for the kids to play, with the foosball, games and the TV. The hosts were very responsive. They had decorated the house for Christmas before our arrival - much appreciated!

We had a sibling get-together (with spouses). The main level was very open and spacious, which was perfect for gathering. We were all very comfortable. The place is clean and well-equipped. The surroundings are beautiful. The host, Dean, is very friendly and responsive.

41st Family vacation at Black Butte

Tis was an excellent propery for our family. It was close to the Glaze Meadow pool and pickle ball courts. The kitchen was very well stocked and there were plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. My only suggestion would be a larger BBQ.

So many things to love about this place - spacious, comfortable, good location in BBR (a short walk to pool, a short drive to BBR store, welcome, center, pond, and lodge dining options). Great division of spaces for gathering or for privacy. Basement rec area was a big hit with 17-5 year-old family members. Nicely appointed baths (with lovely scented soaps and large jetted tub in master), washer and TWO dryers, two fridges. Kitchen well-stocked with useful electric appliances (TWO coffee makers - loved that!). Best of all, communication, help, and support from our host owner was just excellent. Kind, thoughtful, and generous. Made the whole experience that much more rewarding!

Fabulous home in Black Butte

Our family had a wonderful stay at this home. Nicely stocked kitchen, plenty of linens and towels for a week, lots of space to spread out, great deck space, and very easy to communicate with owners. Already planning our next trip back!

Beautiful and comfortable week at Black Butte.

We enjoyed the location of the house. We were close to the pool and the playground for the kids and we took advantage of the tennis and pickle ball courts. The kitchen was great for large family meals.

Spacious, Clean, Well Equipped in a Great Setting!

Our 3 generation family group enjoyed our stay! The proximity to Glaze Meadow rec area is a real plus. The house has a/c and window treatments for the hot afternoon sun. The foosball table was a hit!

Wonderful family week

This lovely home is in a great location. It has lots of beds and sleeping options. The kitchen is well- stocked with any items needed for meal prep for a large group. Great deck and outdoor seating.

Great Family Retreat

A perfect setting for our family with a location across the street from the Glaze Meadow Pool complex a big plus! Plenty of room, a well equipped kitchen, and a spacious deck for evening meals. We’ve been coming to the ranch for many years and this home ranks near the top for us. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Family Reunion

Great property in a convenient central location with plenty of room for our family. Lots of privacy, love the large deck and well supplied kitchen. The owner Dean always responded quickly when we had questions. We are repeat renters and have already booked for next summer!

We have been having family vacations at BBR (almost annually) for 48 years, and this, by far, is the best house that we have rented. It is spacious, ideally located (near Glaze Meadow pool and pickleball courts), and it is also secluded. When we arrived it was clean and neat; the kitchen is large and has everything needed to prepare meals. The new deck is stupendous for big family meals. The TV is Smart and the wifi worked perfectly. Dean and Annmarie are also the consummate hosts. And this 3-point buck greeted us almost every day. We will be back!

Perfect house for multiple families, center Ranch

The house was perfect for our families. It feels like a private oasis despite being near the GMRC, and the golf course. Plenty of room for everybody to have their space and the kitchen was well appointed. The pantry was a really nice feature. Overall would highly recommend this home.

Perfect location

This house was perfect for our family and the location was ideal. It is so close to Glaze Meadow pools, tennis and pickleball courts, golf course, and easy access to bike paths. The house is very well equipped to handle large families. The owners are great and responded promptly each time I contacted them. Black Butte Ranch is such a family friendly resort area and this house was perfect for our family.

Wonderful family-oriented vacation home

This home was well equipped and sized for our large family. It facilitated family meals inside or outside and great interactions with kids, teens and adults. The living room and game room were big hits! We loved that it was close to the community pool and recreation center too! Our host was easy to communicate as questions arose. This was a welcome and memorable vacation. Very enjoyable.

Great House!

My family of 11 enjoyed this very large, spacious house during our vacation. It feels very secluded despite being located minutes from the Glaze Meadow Rec Center. The “kids room” adjacent to the bunk room was fantastic for giving the kids a place to play and be loud, separate from the adults. We enjoyed watching the deer in the evening from the large deck. I definitely recommend this house to bigger families looking for a place to vacation together.

Big Lot

This property is situated on a 2 1/2 acre lot, which provides much privacy. House was well-stocked with basic items. The house had 2 refrigerators, which is a BIG plus. (The owner needs to mention this in the write-up of the property). Also handy that there were 2 clothes dryers.

Excellent Black Butte rental

Excellent large house that worked well for our 6 adults and 5 kids with plenty of room for spreading out. Well stocked with many extras including firewood for the great living area fireplace; lots of dishes, silverware, pots and pans and utensils; games and puzzles; many staples in the pantry; great soaps in the bathrooms. The hosts called us a couple of days prior to our stay to check in and give us some additional information and answer any questions we had which was very helpful. The house is located on a large lot and doesn't look out at any other houses so it feels very secluded. We had a wonderful time and it was a great place to have a fun family getaway and forget about Covid for a few days! We would definitely rent this property again.

We started going to Black Butte Ranch several years ago really fell in love with it! We have stayed in a number of resorts elsewhere but none of those gave us the warm, family feeling like BBR! The amenities are first class yet the staff, the neighbors and guests are very down to earth!

We had always wanted a place that could comfortably handle the 8 adults and 7 children of our extended family. This home easily accommodates everyone with room to spare. The two gathering areas make it possible for separate activities while the large deck make it possible for the entire group to be together.

The location of our home just across the street from the Glaze Meadow recreation complex with its unique compliment of activities make it a one of a kind property.
