Perfettamente pulito, affascinante unità duplex completamente rinnovato! Affitta un lato per la tua famiglia di 4 o entrambi i lati e dormi con la tua famiglia di 8 per meno di $ 2000 a settimana! 3 miglia a Sea St Beach.
Nuova cucina, elettrodomestici, bagno, pavimenti in legno, lucernario e soffitti a cattedrale. Portico anteriore e un ponte posteriore 6'x7 '. Include TV via cavo, WiFi, forno a microonde, tostapane, caffettiera, ferro da stiro, aspirapolvere, stendibiancheria, grill a gas, sedie a sdraio e un tavolo da picnic. It was cute, super clean and only a 10 minute walk to the beach and our favorite breakfast spot, The Wee Packet. We loved the front screened in porch and the back deck. Hope to go back next year. Window AC in one of the bedrooms and living room but not in second bedroom. Had everything as far as kitchen items and many paper items graciously left by other renters. Excellent stay. Awesome Cape Cod Summer Vacation Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had another wonderful vacation in good old Cape Cod! Our two bedroom duplex was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed coffee in the closed in porch and star gazing on the back deck. The location is great and within walking distance to Sea Street Beach, the Wee Packet, the Ocean Bar, The Sailing Cow (our favorite), The Doghouse, Wolfie’s, and many other great hot spots. We’ve been renting with Martha Murray Real Estate for years now, and they are always so efficient, helpful, and organized making renting in the Cape a breeze. We’re looking forward to our stay next year! Thank you!

Dennis Port stay

Upon arrival the owner happily greeted us. The house was clean, well appointed and comfortable. I chose this property mainly because it has 2 bedrooms and air conditioning. I was not disappointed. You're within walking distance of Sundae School (a must stop) and lovely beaches.
