Affascinante, luminoso e pulito cottage con due camere da letto con veranda chiusa. Tutta la lavorazione del legno viene dipinta di fresco prima della stagione di noleggio. I servizi includono condizionatori d'aria finestra in entrambe le camere da letto e cucina, 2 TV, cavo, wifi, lavatrice e asciugatrice. Ampio cortile recintato con patio, tavolo, sedie grill a gas e doccia esterna chiusa. 4/10 di un miglio alla spiaggia di Raycroft. Lavatrice / asciugatrice situata nel seminterrato, solo accesso alla paratia.

Our stay in Dennis Port was amazing, relaxing and much needed. I will be returning.

We rented with out a single problem. The ladies at Martha Murray were very kind and always helpful.The cottage was adorable. My sisters and I loved Dennis Port and the surrounding towns. The house was clean and everything I was told would be provided was there plus more. The outside shower was very relaxing and private. Nice back yard and quiet street. It is my plan to return and to bring my husband to share my wonderful experience with him..

Cute cottage with room for all

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage was lovely and had most everything we needed. Extra sleeping in the sunroom and, spacious backyard (for the Cape) were nice bonuses. There was not a dishwasher though one is listed in the listing. House is an easy walk to a small beach. We had an enjoyable week.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time. The home was in a great location and good size. It does need some updating. There were problems with ants in the bathroom and kitchen. The toaster oven, blender and coffee maker were not clean and not in good working condition.

Very disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was not well-maintained. Just to name a few many lights not working or no bulbs; inside furniture and scatter rugs were dirty and worn, there was dust in kitchen chairs; there was limited and dirty seating outside (no umbrella!); coffee maker broken, outdoor shower drain clogged etc. This property is in dire need of some basic attention.

We had a lovely time but...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always have an amazing time in the Cape. We were trying a new place and although it was SO charming it had not been cleaned properly (ie the bathroom smelled like urine, the counters were sticky, the floors were sandy, cobwebs littered the cellar and the slop sink was fill with water that was not clean). You sent in your cleaning crew in moments of me calling, which was so so so wonderful. However it was still dirty after they left because we didn’t think to look at these next items - The bathtub had hair in the drain, the blankets in the bed hadn’t been cleaned in what feels like years as they almost felt greasy and the furniture outside was covered in sap and bird poop. In spite of all that we did have a wonderful time. The location was great as well.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this property was perfect. A quiet neighborhood not far from the beach and not far from where our family was staying. Martha Murray Vacation Rentals was easy to work with from booking, check-in, calls during the stay and check out. The shower drain was not draining appropriately and the tv was broken. A call was made to MMVR for each issue. The TV was replaced shortly after. Unfortunately, the shower could not be addressed until Monday as the handyman was only “on call for emergencies” on Sundays. This was a downfall in the experience as it lead to us avoiding the inside shower use until it was addressed. If staying at the property again in the future, I would like to see a better clean done prior (removing of cobwebs in corners, cleaned window sills). The water heater should also be turned down. The hot water is dangerously hot.
