O prendi il sole sul nostro nuovo ponte al secondo piano che si affaccia sulla vasta distesa di cielo e oceano. Questa casa sulla spiaggia è stata progettata per le famiglie con salotti al piano superiore e al piano inferiore, oltre a terrazza e veranda protetta con ampio spazio per tutti a spargersi e divertirsi.

Questa spaziosa casa al mare per famiglie è stata appena rinnovata nel 2012. Tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici, ripiani in granito in cucina, nuovi bagni e un enorme ponte del secondo piano con vista "da morire!" Ocean Dream si trova al 3002 Palm Blvd. sulla spiaggia di fronte all'Isola delle Palme. Un sacco di sole, sabbia, vento e acqua. Perfetto per beachcombers, osservatori di tartarughe, aquiloni e costruttori di castelli di sabbia di tutte le età. Niente più oggetti da spiaggia trascinanti su strade trafficate e sabbia calda per raggiungere l'oceano. Splendida vista sull'acqua da un lungo portico schermato, soggiorno al piano superiore e due delle sei camere da letto. Collegamento RV per camper singolo, 50 amp, acqua e fognature.

Veranda protetta, due camere matrimoniali, due camere doppie, una matrimoniale e una camera con due letti matrimoniali. TV satellitare al piano superiore e inferiore con 4 TV. Griglia a gas sotto casa con tavoli da picnic. Cento metri dalle spiagge di sabbia bianca. Tanto spazio per intrattenere amici e parenti. Ampio spazio abitativo su entrambi i piani. Due docce esterne sotto casa.

I cannot say enough about this wonderful beach front home. My family has been coming here for over 10 years and have so many wonderful memories there. It is perfect for multiple families, especially families with kids. It is a wonderful location and a beautiful beach front on IOP. We are thankful Bo and Stanley continue to open this house for others to enjoy!

Loved staying here! Perfect for a big group. Could walk to the beach or hang out in the spacious lawn or porch areas. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to land in Charleston!

We loved the location - in relation to the beautiful beaches of Isle of Palms and also the ease of getting into downtown Charleston. This is a lovely place to enjoy all this area has to offer!

We had a wonderful ladies weekend at Isle of Palms! The house was exactly as pictured & very comfortably accommodated our large group. We all commented that we’d like to rent the place again together or with our families! Owner was also very responsive when we had to get in touch for last minute questions.

we planned for 18 months our family vacation to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary with our children and grandchildren. The house was great is every way. The weather was perfect and we had the holiday we will never forget!Thank you!

My mother and father walked the beach on the Isle of Palms when my father was on leave from the European theater in WWII. They found the prettiest spot on the island and marked in with a giant X in the sand. Then they went directly to the Beach Company and bought it...I think they paid $5,000 for it which was an enormous sum at the time. After the war they built what came to be known as a "J.C. Long House." It was a small cinder block house--3 bedrooms, 1 bath, side porch but it suited our young family just fine.

This property has been in our family since the 1040's. If you've a mind, you can read all about the history of the house in a small volume I wrote entitled, THE ISLAND THEN AND NOW. Amazon has it or you can read the house copy when you arrive.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Spectacular location, views and amenities. Upstairs and downstairs living rooms, wonderful screened porch and upper deck. Plenty of room to spread out for a multi-generational group.

Just added a new bathroom this year and a boardwalk over the dunes for easy access to the beach.
