The house has everything you need to enjoy your time there. The kitchen is loaded and the beds are comfy. We loved all the different gathering spaces throughout the home. Having our own pickleball court and pool was a huge hit!

The pool was ok not completely full and hot tub not completely full. Did get a hold of host and it was corrected and kids enjoyed! Other than those bumps. A great weekend for all of us. Definitely would recommend this spacious place.

This rental was perfect for our large family of 25, including grandchildren age 1 through 18. High on our list of favorite features was the huge, open main floor kitchen/living/dining area with three large tables and seating for all of us together. In ten years of annual rentals of vacation places for our family, we have never yet found a place where we can all sit down together in one room. We also were thrilled to have nine ensuite rooms with their own bathrooms, which gave provided private and rest time for the introverted among us. The private pool and in ground spa were a huge hit, particularly with the grandchildren. Also, there are so many smaller conversation areas, both inside and outside. The host team was great to work with and so responsive to all requests. We love this place and recommend it highly.

Best House In Ivins

We will be staying here again!!9 king beds with private baths2 bunk bed rooms that sleep so many. Pickleball, pool, hot tub for a win. Very clean, great neighborhood. Close to Black Desert, Harmons and Swig!!

Wonderful vacation spot

We had an amazing time at this house!! After long days of hiking, the kids loved all the amenities it had to offer (and the adults loved that it kept them busy). Would 100% recommend!!

Activities were great. Over half of the chairs and lights did not work in the theater room. The fabric furniture inside and out was very dirty. The bedding quality was not good for the price of the rental. Especially the pillows. The pickle ball court and pool were the highlights. Also, the bedroom suites were lovely ( bedding excluded)

Amazing house

We were so pleased with our stay at this house. It was so nice having a pool, hot tub, and pickleball right at the house. There were 25 of us and we had plenty of room. Highly recommend this house

The house was beautiful and all the bedrooms with their own bathrooms were perfect for our family. We loved the large kitchen and dinning/family area. We also really enjoyed the pool and the outdoor area but felt like it would be better with some shade around the pool. There was an issue getting the hot tub working which wouldn’t have been a big deal if we had been told how to fix it with the other check in instructions . We did have a few other issues as well. The tv and remote situation was difficult to figure out. So many remotes that either work the channels or the volume was frustrating. The foosball table was broken and there was a broken towel rack in one the bunk room bathrooms. There was also no extra toilet paper anywhere in the house so we had to buy our own. I did send a message about this but didn’t receive any response. We had some real problems with the theater room and getting the projector/wifi to work. James from maintenance came out to help with this and had to spend quite a bit of time to get it working. He was awesome to help and made sure to get it working for our family to enjoy it. The entertainment system instructions need to updated to match the equipment though. We did have to figure out how to plug in the recliners to get them working as well. There were also a few things that weren’t clean, like the microwave, the vents by the back door going into the garage and some of the outdoor furniture cushions were pretty dirty. Overall It was good.

Reunion

27 of us; 17 adults stayed comfortably in this 6k sq. ft home. Indoor and outdoor amenities were as advertised. Nice neighborhood, clean and safe. We had a great time.

Perfect week!

The property could not have been more perfect! There was PLENTY of room, several gathering areas, a well-equipped kitchen, a pool warmed to perfection, lots of parking space, nice beds, perfect location for little ones to get to the pool, beautiful landscaping, privacy and on and on. It was heaven for a large family gathering!

Very nice property. The only disappointment was the spa was not cleaned when we arrived but the problem was solved the next morning

Beautiful. Spacious. Great Location

I traveled with my competition dance team and chaperones. Everyone had a wonderful time, thoroughly enjoyed the home and its amenities. The only thing anyone was disappointed in was that we didn't stay an extra day to relax and take advantage of everything the property and resort had to offer.
