Villa a 5 stelle, lussuosa, pulita e decorata in modo professionale con giardini lussureggianti, un agrumeto e una piscina / jacuzzi riscaldata all'avanguardia con acqua salata. Il patio privato completamente recintato può ospitare 12 persone più 3 lettini, grill a gas a infrarossi, Egg Smoker e pozzo del fuoco.

Ampia vista sulle montagne di fronte al parco cittadino, al museo e al vecchio villaggio.

La Quinta Resort si trova a pochi passi da Eisenhower dalla casa ed è perfetto per gli ospiti che partecipano a matrimoni ed eventi lì.

La posizione dice tutto. Questa posizione è speciale e unica per la sua pedonabilità al La Quinta Resort, al City Park e al parco giochi e ai ristoranti e boutique di classe mondiale dell'OldTown Village. Entrando nello storico La Quinta Cove, dove negli anni '30 fu costruito il primo campo da golf nell'intera area di Palm Springs, si scorgono le maestose montagne di Santa Rosa che circondano la baia. Mentre ti avvicini alla tua oasi nel deserto con un lussureggiante paesaggio di cactus, la vista delle montagne diventa mozzafiato perché sei così vicino a loro. Quindi si entra nel cancello del proprio resort privato con un cortile completamente recintato e patio. Noti la piscina di acqua salata di recente costruzione con una cascata rilassante e una zona barbecue.

Se sei un appassionato di outdoor, golf, polo / cavallo da salto, frequentatore di festival o se vuoi pranzare in ristoranti di classe mondiale, questo è il posto che fa per te. Fai un'escursione, cammina, pedala, pattini e goditi il deserto con splendidi fondali montani. Minuti al Coachella o Stagecoach Music Festival presso il Polo Grounds si trova a meno di 4 miglia di distanza. Cammina o pedala fino al villaggio della Città Vecchia sul sentiero dove scoprirai alcuni dei migliori ristoranti della zona. Oltre al Coachella Music Fest siamo vicini ai campi di polo, H. I.T. S. Terme, Riverside County Date Festival Indio, La Quinta Arts Festival e Indian Wells Tennis Gardens.

Incredible property & hosts! The pictures don’t do it justice - it’s the perfect desert getaway.By far, one of the cleanest and well-maintained properties I’ve ever booked. Pool & patio are amazing - but indoor games and activities made our weekend complete.Close to restaurants, walking paths and more if you want to leave the property (although I’m not sure WHY you would!!!)Hosts are incredibly organized, friendly and responsive. Check-in, communications, and check-out were all easy & efficient.Can only give 5* - but would give 10 if we could!

This house has everything! And, it's even prettier than in the pictures! It has lots of well thought out amenities. Very comfortable and roomy. This was our second time staying at this property. You can't beat the location! We love walking to Old Town La Quinta and having access to the bike trails. Everything you need is at this home. The beds are comfortable too! Waking up to the sounds of birds and watching them at the feeder was also a highlight. We will be back!!

Very well-equipped and well-provisioned with lots of pool towels, all sorts of kitchen ware and appliances, coffee, tea, pool toys, etc. Probably the best provisioned rental we have ever stayed in. Clean, spacious and comfortable with all king beds! The hosts were very responsive to all messages and kindly accommodated our request for early check-in, and allowed our dog. Great location. We especially appreciated the park and fitness center right across the street and made good use of it. The 5 day use fee was well worth it.

This home was immaculately clean, well furnished, and surprisingly cool through our second week of an unseasonably hot, heat wave. The pool table, dartboard, pool and hot tub were all enjoyed. We contacted our host Skip, a handful of times throughout our stay and he always responded quickly, taking care of our needs. We like to hike/walk with the trails nearby, making this location convenient. We highly recommend the Bear Creek Trail and Cove Trailhead. Thank you Skip and Monica for our enjoyable stay!

My wife, sister, and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The place is very comfortable and attractively decorated. It is well equipped-- the kitchen was great, etc.We really enjoyed being close to La Quinta Old Town, and the host was very responsive and helpful.

beautiful property with lots to do for entertainment. Swimming, pool, darts, board games. Loved the fruit trees and that the home was fully stocked with necessities. Will come again!

Great stay close to Old Town!

Great property - one of the cleanest and best set up properties we have ever rented. The kitchen has anything you could ever need and the rest of the home was perfect for our needs. Great communication with hosts!
