Good house plan, rooms were nice. Kitchen was good with appliances needed (temp microwave). AC worked well, kids enjoyed the putt putt areaHouse needs some updates ie microwave unit outo of order, leak in ceiling form bathroom above, wall under window in dining area has water damage, My biggest complaint, garage doors were low preventing the use of a nice garage space.If you drive an SUV with luggage bars on top, you cant get in. We had 3 Ford expeditions that could not go in the garage, Any pickup with any sort os lift wont go.You can get 4 cars in the driveway if theyre sedans.

The built-in microwave has a repair scheduled, and in the meantime, we provided a countertop microwave for guests to use. We also investigated the ceiling leak but were unable to recreate the issue and have not experienced any further problems since your stay. My family and I were very pleased with the property as it was exactly what was advertise and even more. There was plenty of space and we especially enjoyed the very well stocked kitchen being a cooking family. We were blessed with wonderful weather that allowed us to enjoy both the pool and beach. It was a very relaxing and quiet retreat for us and one we look forward to doing again. Thank you!

A wonderful location and a great house for multiple generations and multiple families! The kitchen is well stocked and there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved staying at 6 Collier Beach!

Family Christmas

The home was perfect for a family Christmas. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a good supply of bath towels.The house was clean, the elevator an added extra and the family had a good time playing billiards. The view is wonderful and it was nice walking the beach. I would highly recommend this rental.

Nice place on the beach

Close to the beach - that’s what we wanted. House was as described. Coffee filters would have been nice. Fairly clean.

We are very pleased with the house. The lighting in the bathrooms could be better and wish we could turn the air down cooler than 70 degrees - but overall, very satisfied.

We ask that renters do not set the thermostat below 70 degrees otherwise it will cause the unit to freeze. If the unit freezes we will then have to shut it off to thaw which will leave renters with no A/C at all which we'd like to avoid. Family vacation

Property location was fantastic! Well equipped kitchen as well as beach chairs, bogie boards, etc. It is advertised as sleeping 21. We originally were to have 20, but because of the virus we only had 15. We were very comfortable, but it would have been crowded with 20.

November 2021 Stay

All 18 of us had a wonderful experience… "We have a had the typical busy, stressful life due to COVID-19 and were looking at taking our missed Family Vacation time that we use to spend together as a family but hadn’t because of COVID-19. This wad our second trip book at Hilton Head Island and we would recommend them to our friends and family..We plan to meet next weekend to set up our next SUMMER Family Vacation at the same spot.. for 2022!! Again we all had a blast!

There were 8 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of room in the kitchen and ample everything. The bedrooms were large and most of the beds were comfortable. We had a few issues - minor ones, but they were handled within the day. I want to thank the staff for a great experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great. The only issues we had were we could not turn the thermostats lower than about 70 so it was hot at times and the ice maker in the refrig was frozen so we had no ice. But management brought us a bag of ice.

We ask that guest do not set thermostat below 70 degrees because it cause the unit to freeze and then we would have to turn the unit off completely to allow it to thaw. Very Good

In the downstairs master there are two sinks but only two towel racks,one for one bath towel and only one for a hand towel.In my opinion there should be two of each.

October 2015 Stay

Great location!! Fantastic ocean sunrises. Home needs some serious general maintenance for the werkly rate charged. The home has been well used. The hot tub outside will now stay heated, jet tubs in 2 bathrooms do not work, cleaning in showers poor, outside needs a good power washing with some cosmetic repair a new deck to beach. Room sizes were great for our family of 12. The four toddler age children loved the pool and awesome beach. Bring you buckets and shovels and habe fun!
