Great home with private bathrooms and TV's in each room. The property was clean and the location was close to stores and shopping. Be aware that you must pay to heat the pool and rent beach chairs and umbrellas. In addition, bikes weren't available, so you must also rent these if you are interested in early morning rides.The views are great, and the beaches were very clean, but these additional expenses can add up to approximately 500-1,500.00 for 6 days of vacation time. Keep in mind everything is closed around 10:00 p.m. Therefore, shop and eat early.Great place for quiet getaways.

Hosted a company retreat here and everyone was blown away by the property itself, the cleanliness, the views and the hospitality provided by the staff at Vacation Homes! I can't wait to come back with my family. Highly recommend to anyone looking to come to HHI.

This beautiful home was perfect for our family. It was spotlessly clean and the view was spectacular. It was easy to get back and forth to the beach and the kids loved the pool. Speaking of the kids, my six granddaughters loved the bunk room and the day the weather wasn’t great, they cozied up on the couch and watched movies. I hope we can come again.

Family Trip

The Perfect Place

Absolutely Amazing!!

21 Singleton Beach

This is an amazing home. Brought my family and they loved it. We have stayed in 3 different homes in this community. Love the community and 21 Singleton is an awesome home. Also Andi with the property management group is the best in the business. Highly recommend the property and the property management group.

Amazing House!

We loved our stay at this Hilton Head home! It is a beachfront property with amazing views of the ocean and the marsh. The house was spacious and beautifully decorated. We truly loved our time there and hope to return in the future.

Overall we had an excellent stay there. It was the perfect size for our eight person party. The view of the beach was excellent. The interior of the house was nicer than advertised in the pictures, especially the bathrooms and bedrooms.One minor issue was there were not enough trash bags, cleaners, and dishwasher pods. They expect you to clean before you leave yet don't provide the products. Also basica such as salt, coffee filters, and a spice rack should be in the kitchen in light of the hefty rental price.

10 Years and counting!

This is our 10th year renting through Vacation homes of Hilton Head and our 8th year staying in this same house. Our tennis team comes here annually before our season kicks off and we will be returning again next year. The house is perfect for our large group and the location couldn't be better. The private beach, beautiful deck and gorgeous view make it all beyond perfect. The home is clean, the kitchen is well stocked with necessities and the sleeping arrangements will suit any large group. The staff at Vacation Homes of Hilton Head is always very responsive to us for any minor issues that have occurred. I highly recommend this property and Vacation Homes of Hilton Head.

Annual Family Vacation

Our family of 12 enjoys being under one roof. This house was perfect with plenty of room for gathering together and bedrooms with baths for all to have their privacy. The close walk to beach and view of the ocean from the kitchen and living area created a peaceful view.

Spectacular Beach Front ome

This home is located right on a beautiful stretch of beach in Hilton Head. The home is immaculate and well stocked with dishes, cookware, linens, etc. The property managers are responsive and easy to get in touch with if needed. We have been staying here annually for 9 years and plan to keep returning as long as we can!! I highly recommend this location.
