Many steps, but that is common in the area for most locations, great easy access to the beach many places close to get groceries. Gas etc. Lots of things to see nearby, beautiful area.

Property was exceptionally clean with beach access in a matter of steps (no crossing of roads). Adequately equpiied with appliances, conveniences, and beach gear. Made it easy for a family of four. Add to request a few things from property owner to facilitate check in, but responses were nearly immediate.

This is a beautiful condo! Spacious and comfortable, with quick easy access to the beach! Loved having beach gear readily available to us. We appreciated the little thoughtful things like the candies on the bed trays, and the coffee bar.We thought we had done our homework in researching the area to see if we should rent a car -- we should have. Indian Rocks Beach does indeed have shops, cafes, restaurants, etc; but this condo is in a residential section. Other than the Greek restaurant across the street, everything else was a long walk away. There were some minor things, but I addressed with the host and he was quick to respond.Lovely rental!

What a wonderful beachfront property! The home was in immaculate condition, and nearly everything appeared fresh and new.Our host thought of almost every need a guest would have in staying in a home away from home. There was a wonderful selection of coffees, sundry items, and everything one would need in a kitchen.The master bedroom was beautiful, and from the deck of both the master and the living room, we had a nice view of the beach and Gulf. The beds were not only comfortable, but well appointed. The entire home was even better than the pictures in the listing. Wi-Fi was excellent both for streaming on the TVs and our devices.Our host was both welcoming and communicative throughout our stay, though we only needed assistance with a couple of items, he was quick to respond and very helpful. There is a large and fully covered parking space for at least one vehicle, and even two modestly sized cars, which is fantastic in the Florida sun.It was truly a wonderful visit that we were able to enjoy through this well appointed home. And the beach is no more than 100 steps away from your front door, with is no road to cross. It is always refreshing to come into a property which smells so fresh and clean, and is pet friendly.Stop your hunting! Go ahead and book this retreat for your family trip!

Great beach house and location

My family and I loved this townhome for our beach getaway! It’s just one house back from the beach, but there are two balconies that give you a beach water view. There was covered parking for at least two cars. The beach was a very short walk away. The townhome was clean and included pretty much everything you need for your stay, including extra towels and four beach chairs. Indian rocks beach is gorgeous and there are no big hotels around; so it has a more relaxed, residential vibe to it. Close to lots of restaurants. The only minor glitch we had was that we didn’t receive our check-in info prior to arriving, so we had to reach out to the host for the door access code. Ricardo responded immediately and took care of it. He also responded promptly to any questions we had before arrival. There are two flights of stairs… one to the main floor with a pullout bed and the kitchen area, and a second going to the bedrooms upstairs. We really loved having three bathrooms. I highly recommend and plan to come back in the future.
