We only stayed for a few days!! It was very clean and well stocked with towels and cookware. Lots of games to play. The view was incredible and the beach access was perfect. Sleeping to the sound of the waves was music to our souls. We found lots of sand dollars in the early morning! I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

This property was great. It was the perfect place for my family to enjoy a few days at the beach. The condo was comfortable and the view was amazing. Highly recommend this place to anybody looking to enjoy some time in the Santa Cruz area. 20 mins drive to Santa Cruz. 40 mins to Monterey. We enjoyed both locations while retreating back at this amazing place. Definitely will be back.

The condo has beautiful views, it is well stocked and nicely decorated. Sally is very responsive to any feedback provided which I very much appreciated. The one big ticket item I had concerns with were the beds and pillow comfort. New pillows, mattresses with pillow tops, or a mattress toppers are needed on each. My next stay, I’ll definitely take my own pillows.Thanks Sally for a wonderful stay!

Clean well-equipped condo with a beautiful sunset view, right on the beautiful beach (though it was too cold and windy to make much use of it during our stay). Conveniently located for a Moss Landing-based whale watching trip, which is why we were there, and a 15 minutes-or-so drive to restaurants/stores. The living area, master bedroom & bath are lovely and spacious; sliders to a nice patio offer good ventilation and the luxury of falling asleep to the sound of the waves. The second bedroom has two full-size beds-- which are nicer for adults than twins but make the room a little cramped otherwise, with no bureau, a very small closet, and one small window that does not provide much air circulation. (There's no AC or ceiling fan; there was nowhere to put the box fan other than a narrow window ledge it somehow fell off of at one point.) The room works for small kids or short stays, but adding a ceiling fan would make for a good simple upgrade.

Kitchen was well stocked, but maybe a couple of new skillets would be great.Had trouble with Wifi, not strong enough. Had trouble with connection to TV, router was not connecting. View was spectacular

We had a wonderful time as a family of 2 adults and 2 teens. The ocean view in the main room and master bedroom is absolutely beautiful and being able to hear the ocean waves while sleeping was amazing. The condo is equipped with all supplies needed and is located nearby everything. 10/10 experience !

Host was very attentive and accommodating. The house was cozy for the family and there nothing like walking out the front door straight down your private walk to the beach. We'll be back.

The condo was clean, quiet and safe. We had easy beach access….literally just steps away from a clean and quiet beach. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean Great value for the money. My only advice is the 2nd bedroom is probably best for kids and not adults, as the mattresses were pretty firm. Regardless, we had THE BEST time. Would stay here again! Sally is a great and responsive host :)

This property is very family friendly. We love to cook and the kitchen and beach supplies including towels are well equipped. We enjoyed how quiet it was, easy beach access and spectacular views. We took long walks every day. Condo is on the third floor and is accessible by using the stairs only. Property has a little store and gift shop just in case you forget to bring something, prices aren’t bad. Staff are also friendly. I recommend doing your shopping for food and supplies prior to arriving. Wonderful berry stand across from Starbucks next to Chevron. We purchased fruit there to enjoy during our trip and on our way home. This is the perfect spot if you want an excuse to rest and relax. Don’t forget to do tasting at Martinelli’s down the street. We hope to visit again.
