Questa casa condominiale splendidamente arredata si trova sul campo da stadio a PGA West con splendida vista sul lago e doppia vista sul fairway! Rilassati su un ampio patio che si affaccia sulla nona buca del campo dello stadio, osserva il laghetto brulicante di uccelli o cammina 20 gradini fino a una grande piscina circondata da palme e una jacuzzi con le splendide montagne di Santa Rosa sullo sfondo!

Questa unità ha tutto ... relax tranquillo insieme a servizi aggiornati come internet ad alta velocità e una nuova TV a schermo piatto. L'arredamento è di design rifinito con un'atmosfera elegante rinnovata che è anche confortevole. Cammina o pedala per miglia lungo uno dei campi più belli di PGA o goditi un barbecue proprio nel patio con vista sul panorama mozzafiato.

Questo lussuoso condominio di 1330 piedi quadrati dispone di due ampie camere da letto e due bagni. Il soggiorno e la camera da letto principale guardano il campo da golf ben curato. Tutti i servizi sono forniti tra cui lenzuola di alta qualità, letti paradisiaci per il massimo comfort, TV a grande schermo, videoregistratore / DVD, lettore stereo / CD, cucina completamente attrezzata, barbecue a gas, due terrazze private (una sul lato vista e una privata nel cortile), designer arredato con persiane e soffitti a volta. Cucina e bagno padronale sono aggiornati con lastre di granito.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Janet and Steve were excellent hosts and responded promptly to the few questions we had. The property itself was perfect, beautiful setting, quiet and relaxing and close to our favourite restaurants. If we return to the Palm Springs area, this property would be our first choice.

Always a Joy

This is the second year we have stayed at this location, and we absolutely love it. Master bath was remodeled recently and new mattresses! We tried to book again but was already reserved. Hostess is great and always responded when questions asked. Would stay here again!

Happy Place

This property provides peace and beauty. We enjoyed the view off the back patio - the beautiful sunrise made each day perfect. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. We also enjoyed front row seats to the American Express golf tournament. We have already booked our stay for next year. Would 100% recommend this property.

Great location!

The PGA West Stadium Course Condo was a wonderful place to stay! It’s proximity to the community pool was great and it was so nice to sit and watch the golfers go by in the morning while drinking a cup of coffee on the back patio. The property manager was very responsive and helpful!

This property has the potential to be nice. Unfortunately, the house was infested with crickets and it was filthy. I stayed for 51 days (only because of the NO cancellation policy). I was unable to sleep or use any kitchen items (due to so many crickets in the house). A very expensive and disappointing experience.

Perfect rental for us

We came to golf and watch golf and this was the perfect place to stay. The unit was well equipped and upgraded with comfortable furnishings. The owner was extremely fast in responding to our inquiries.

Great stay

We loved staying at Janet’s place in PGA West! Great location, great view of the lake and golf course. Nice kitchen and bar b que for cooking meals at home, which we did since CA was on lockdown, due to Covid mid way through our trip ! Janet was very responsive to any questions or concerns! Looking forward to staying again in the future!

Nice little condo on Stadium course

We had a wonderful time at this nicely appointed condo. The view of the lagoon at the 11th hole of the Stadium course was gorgeous and the sunrise each morning was magnificent. The pool and spa were readily accessible and we pretty much had it all to ourselves the whole time. The condo had all we needed. For the most part it was quiet until the neighbors came in later in the week and on either side we could listen in on conversations and their music; something that is expected in a condo. Overall a nice place.

Relaxing Desert Get-away

The condo is spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The view onto the golf course and lagoon is very serene. Best of all, the pool is very close and we typically had it all to ourselves. We couldn't have asked for a better property for a relaxing long weekend!

Lovely Stay in La Quinta

Enjoyed a relaxing few days in the very nice condo in La Quinta. It was very well furnished, had a lovely view and the weather was perfect! Communication with the owner was easy too. Would definitely rent again.

Very efficient arrival and departure system. The unit is beautiful and spotless. The very comfortable patio has an eastern exposure with view of fairway/green/pond. Very comfortable king bed, quiet at night. Closest grocery: Ralphs on Jefferson. Owner promptly responsive to a single question. This is a very fine choice of a place to stay at PGA West. gm

Wonderful, Peaceful Place

Great property and location. Close to the hot tub and pool and a lovely, restful look at the Stadium course. The best view in our estimation. Condo was very well maintained and all the amenities one could ask for, including coffee maker, toaster etc. Liked the small courtyard in the center (between the garage and condo) for afternoon sun. Would highly recommend this rental.

Everything we were looking for!

The property was everything we were looking for. Clean, roomy, nicely finished and conveniently located on the 10th green of the PGA West. Janet was great to work with and responded quickly to inquiries. Would definitely stay here again on future visits to the Palm Springs area.

Modern and beautiful Condo!

I fell in love with this condo! It had not only sweeping views of the course, lake and mountains but had a gorgeous interior. The clean white and blue decor with abstract paintings and new furnishing was fabulous. We enjoyed all the amenities and well stocked kitchen. Being close to the pool was also a nice perk. We will definitely come back again.

Loved This Beautiful Condo!

I was so pleased to see such a beautiful condo that had a contemporary feeling. The view was gorgeous with the huge fairway and lake setting. I spent many hours having meals and relaxing on the patio, swimming in the huge pool and going into the jacuzzi at night. The place was well decked out with quality items and furnishings and was very clean. A perfect stay!

Perfect vacation

I absolutely loved my stay at this beautiful condo. It looks professionally decorated- current but comfortable. We loved the location, we ate brechfast each morning looking at the beautiful lake and fairway. Every thing we needed was there, we felt right at home. We love to golf and this was like Golf Heaven with all of the amazing holes and hitting ranges. We also enjoyed the pool/spa which was only a few feet away and usually we had it all to ourselves! We have been coming back several times and each time is better than the last. We love it here and hope to come back next year!

Great vacation!

Upon our arrival, we were impressed with the nice furnishings and how very clean the place was. The location could not have been better for us; the perfect mix of being close (but not next to) the community pool/spa, and on a double fairway with lake stocked with large catfish so we did not look across to some other building or worry about golf balls as most tried to steer clear of the water hazard. The unit was well stocked and has a nice outdoor BBQ in its large private patio area. The owners are very accommodating and easy to work with, even supplying us with a roll-away cot when asked for our guest. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful resort condo and will definitely come back again!
