Phoenix East è uno dei complessi condominiali più rilassanti sulla costa del golfo con una splendida vista sul Passo Perdido e sul Golfo. C'è un motivo per cui più turisti soggiornano in questo condominio rispetto a qualsiasi altro a Orange Beach.



Questo condominio 2BR Phoenix East è uno dei migliori sulla spiaggia! Ideale per una coppia o una famiglia. Ci sono un sacco di attività tra cui una sala pesi, campo da racquetball, sauna, piscina coperta riscaldata, vasche idromassaggio, campi da tennis, campo da basket e piscina all'aperto. C'è anche una bella area gazebo per rilassarsi sotto mentre sei barbecue.



Vieni a rilassarti sul balcone all'11 ° piano con vista mozzafiato sul golfo che si trova perfettamente al di sopra della piscina all'aperto. Il condominio ha un bagno completo fuori dal maestro e la camera da letto principale ha un letto king size. La camera degli ospiti ha due letti full size e un bagno completo, c'è anche un divano letto nel soggiorno per un massimo di 8 persone. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e recentemente rinnovata con ripiani in granito e mobili nuovi. I mobili del salotto e le TV in tutto sono nuovi. C'è un 55 'SMART TV nel soggiorno, 50' nel master e 40 'nella camera degli ospiti. Siamo situati vicino a ristoranti, negozi di alimentari e non lontano dai centri commerciali.



Il nostro appartamento si trova al 11 ° piano, e non a pochi passi dagli ascensori. Inviami una mail e chiedi dei numerosi sconti.

Can’t check in until 4:30 is ridiculous. Broke bifold door for washer/dryer combo. Fridge leaks water. Pulled out a knife and it looked like somebody cut a piece of meat and stuck it back in there. Multiple utensils were dirty and had to be washed. Couch was awful. Besides all that it was a nice condo.

Condo was nice. Would stay again but I did not see, way down in the listing, where it said there was work being done on the building. Had an 8oclock wake up call by the Jack hammers.

Loved the condo. Condo location was perfect for what we wanted access too. Master bed was comfortable and layout of condo was perfect and clean. Would stay again!

Family Beach Trip

Single Mom with 2- 18-year-old High School seniors on Spring Break. We loved the condo and the quick access to the beach. We made breakfast in the condo and had LOTS of restaurants to choose from for lunch and dinner very close to the condo.

My only issue was they didn’t have an after hours contact as I ran into issue of not finding my entry code in an email that was hidden in spam. The front desk was very helpful and called, texted and emailed them multiple times with no response. After a very stressful hour at 9pm we were able to get into the room. Then it was smooth sailing because the condo was perfect.

Nice Fall Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was exactly as described. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Communication before and during our stay was amazing. We had plenty of room in the main bedroom for the pack n play for our 1-year old son to sleep. The chair/umbrella rental onsite was convenient. We would highly recommend this unit to others.

Enjoyed the soft pillows on the master bed and extra soft blankets. Any issue we had was addressed promptly! This condo was perfect for our needs and the balcony view was beautiful.

Great view from the balcony

Spacious 2 bedroom condo, comfortable and well appointed. Improvements needed were more tissue paper and toilet tissue. There was a smell in the kitchen area might be the dishwasher but only enough dishwasher soap to do one load.

It’s a little pricey for the size of the unit but we also scheduled within a month of our stay. (Not sure if that affects it.) 2300$ for 4 nights. If you are planning to have more than three adults with kids, I would find a bigger unit. We had 3 adults and 3 teens/preteens and I don’t think we could fit another person comfortably.The Phoenix East building was well maintained by staff.

Unit was nicely decorated,kitchen was well stocked with all cooking utensils you would need. Basically just nothing to make you feel welcome.
