Phoenix East è uno dei complessi condominiali più rilassanti sulla costa del golfo con una splendida vista sul Passo Perdido e sul Golfo. C'è un motivo per cui più turisti soggiornano in questo condominio rispetto a qualsiasi altro a Orange Beach.

Questo condominio 2BR Phoenix East è uno dei migliori sulla spiaggia! Ideale per una coppia o una famiglia. Ci sono un sacco di attività tra cui una sala pesi, campo da racquetball, sauna, piscina coperta riscaldata, vasche idromassaggio, campi da tennis, campo da basket e piscina all'aperto. C'è anche una bella area gazebo per rilassarsi sotto mentre sei barbecue.

Vieni a rilassarti sul balcone all'11 ° piano con vista mozzafiato sul golfo che si trova perfettamente al di sopra della piscina all'aperto. Il condominio ha un bagno completo fuori dal maestro e la camera da letto principale ha un letto king size. La camera degli ospiti ha due letti full size e un bagno completo, c'è anche un divano letto nel soggiorno per un massimo di 8 persone. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e recentemente rinnovata con ripiani in granito e mobili nuovi. I mobili del salotto e le TV in tutto sono nuovi. C'è un 55 'SMART TV nel soggiorno, 50' nel master e 40 'nella camera degli ospiti. Siamo situati vicino a ristoranti, negozi di alimentari e non lontano dai centri commerciali.

Il nostro appartamento si trova al 11 ° piano, e non a pochi passi dagli ascensori. Inviami una mail e chiedi dei numerosi sconti.

Quick getaway

Loved the condo. Condo location was perfect for what we wanted access too. Master bed was comfortable and layout of condo was perfect and clean. Would stay again!

Family Beach Trip

Single Mom with 2- 18-year-old High School seniors on Spring Break. We loved the condo and the quick access to the beach. We made breakfast in the condo and had LOTS of restaurants to choose from for lunch and dinner very close to the condo.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and fully furnished with everything we needed. My only issue was they didn’t have an after hours contact as I ran into issue of not finding my entry code in an email that was hidden in spam. The front desk was very helpful and called, texted and emailed them multiple times with no response. After a very stressful hour at 9pm we were able to get into the room. Then it was smooth sailing because the condo was perfect.

Nice Fall Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was exactly as described. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Communication before and during our stay was amazing. We had plenty of room in the main bedroom for the pack n play for our 1-year old son to sleep. The chair/umbrella rental onsite was convenient. We would highly recommend this unit to others.

Birthday trip

Enjoyed the soft pillows on the master bed and extra soft blankets. Any issue we had was addressed promptly! This condo was perfect for our needs and the balcony view was beautiful.

Great view from the balcony

Spacious 2 bedroom condo, comfortable and well appointed. Improvements needed were more tissue paper and toilet tissue. There was a smell in the kitchen area might be the dishwasher but only enough dishwasher soap to do one load.

It’s a little pricey for the size of the unit but we also scheduled within a month of our stay. (Not sure if that affects it.) 2300$ for 4 nights. If you are planning to have more than three adults with kids, I would find a bigger unit. We had 3 adults and 3 teens/preteens and I don’t think we could fit another person comfortably.The Phoenix East building was well maintained by staff.

Good response time with communication. Unit needs some personalization.make you feel welcome. There was nothing. No handsome. No dishcloths. Guest room definitely needs better lighting. Especially guest bath very dark over bathtub, and guest room electric outlets are not accessible very difficult to get to. Unit was nicely decorated,kitchen was well stocked with all cooking utensils you would need. Basically just nothing to make you feel welcome.

Overall good experience

Overall the stay was good. The description of the condo was accurate. It was directly on the beach & we had a wonderful view of the ocean. I really liked that the master bedroom has a sliding door that opens onto the balcony for a direct view of the ocean. I had slight difficulty getting that balcony door off the master bedroom to open. Perhaps the latch needs some oil or something. The living room sliding door opened fine. The ceiling fans were perfect for bringing in fresh air. The kitchen seemed well stocked, but we really didn't use much in it. The rolling luggage carts were a bit wonky when trying to move them & could have used hooks at the top for hanging tote bags while stowing luggage on the bottom, but that's just a minor suggestion. Also, I would suggest telling future visitors that, because the units are not carpeted, the noise from moving chairs or tables around is VERY noticeable to downstairs neighbors, so perhaps there should be "quiet hours" where guests are discouraged from moving chairs, including patio/balcony chairs around because we were awakened by people upstairs moving stuff around, & also by someone bouncing a ball on the floor (around 11 p.m.). You never know who is downstairs or when they have to get up the next morning to depart, so please be mindful! Other than that, the stay was very nice! Reservations, check-in, & checkout was very easy. Overall would recommend this condo for booking!

The condo was ideal for the beach getaway my wife and I needed, and the 15-20% off-season occupancy (coupled with excellent weather) provided exactly what we were looking for to begin our stay. Noisy neighbors who showed up midweek left us wondering if these nearby neighbors were shuffling furniture on one side, and parents with a decent # of noisy kids vacationing on the other. Complaining didn’t seem like the right move, we’ll shop more properties (and ask more questions about adjacent room noise reports from prior guests) before booking in the future. We had stayed in a newer Phoenix property (and during summertime) previously, it seemed to offer better privacy by comparison. I’d rate this a 3.5 star overall, based on overall price value (a bit lower pricing would have garnered higher marks)
