Beautiful view of the ocean and beach. Walkable to the beach and town. It was a comfortable house with decks and a hot tub. Great communication with the host.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for a getaway weekend. We enjoyed the views, the proximity to town and the tilework in the bathroom. The bed we slept in was very comfortable, and it was super quiet at night.

Our family of 6 spent 4 fun nights at the home. Highlights were the proximity to the beach and tide pools, enjoying the outside patio and hot tub, and dinners overlooking beach. Access to the beach requires a short walk across the outlet of the yachats river but it’s easy to cross in lower tides. We also drove a couple minutes to the opposite side of the beach where you can just walk to the beach without crossing the river. The town had lots of options for food and fun. We enjoyed evening walks to the tide pools and watching the sunsets. Highly recommend this home for its location.

We had a wonderful visit at this property. Great kitchen with everything you’ll need. The views are spectacular. Spent lots of time sitting on the lounge in the front window enjoying it. Evenings in the hot tub listening to the waves and watching the stars was heavenly. We’ll be back.

PERFECT!

We will definitely stay here the next time we are Yachats! It's the best...location, comfort, cleanliness, convenience...and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Watching the tides, hikes, great food and beers, etc....the best!

Beautiful and spacious!

House is right on the water, Ocean Drive. Walking distance to best restaurants and great ocean views. 3 spacious rooms. Hot tub!

People literally drove by slowly and waved at us from their car as we sat on the deck, drinking wine, and enjoying the view.

Gem in Yachats

Fantastic spot. Great location, beautiful view. Walking distance to everything in town. Great amenities and extras that helped keep the whole gang entertained and relaxed. Family had a great time. Will definitely come back.

I stayed at the property with my two kids grown ups now and my 3 grandkids. It couldn't be more more beautiful!! The kids loved taking short walks and returning to the cabin was always special. Eating our meals while planning our next day was fantastic. We all loved the location,!

Wonderful stormy stay

This house was in a great location-walkable to everything. Beautiful views and unique/timeless home. We appreciated the views. The basement game room entertained nieces and nephews during stormy, windy weather. Cozy warm for an older home. Great kitchen, eating area and living area with great light and views. Hope to stay here again.

Property Manager is really good with communication prior to and during stay. The sun umbrella for front porch was a great addition! Kitchen pretty well stocked, most seasonings and basic coffee (only 1-2 days of coffee so bring extra Kcups). For groups it's good idea to bring 2-3 rolls of extra TP and extra roll of paper towels.

Great location

Walk to town. Walk to tide pools. Walk to grocery store. Tremendous views from both levels. The house is clean and nicely decorated. All the furnishings were comfortable. This is a well planned vacation rental. And the hot tub with fabulous view was clean and just the perfect temperature.

Needs some work

We’ve stayed here for several years & have loved it in the past. The property now needs some freshening up and definitely new beds! All three of the beds were uncomfortable, there are several area rugs that are curling and are definite safety hazards, piles of debris on deck etc.
