La cucina è completamente rinnovata con ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e posti a sedere per cinque al bar per la colazione.

Il soggiorno offre un ampio divano e ottomana, tre sedie e una TV a schermo piatto montata.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, TV a schermo piatto montata e bagno annesso. Il bagno principale ha un doppio lavabo e una doccia e una vasca separate.

La camera degli ospiti ha anche un letto king size, TV a schermo piatto montato e bagno annesso. Il bagno per gli ospiti ha un doppio lavabo e doccia.

Great Trip

The property was wonderful and in a perfect location! My only issue was with check-in….having to physically stop at another location was inconvenient. The front desk was not helpful and moved slowly but once we were at the property everything was great.

Girls get away

Location was great, refrigerator didn’t work and we had sugar ants in the kitchen which got into some of our food.

Great Location

Had a great time staying in this unit. Cant beat the location if you want to be right on the Wharf. The balcony area was great! If i had a complaint (very small one) it is that appliances and water heater could use updating. Group had to take quick showers but really not a big deal because we liked unit. Guest Service was a pleasure. Very friendly, courteous, and accomodating.

Great location! Beautiful!

Perfect location! Close enough to all the action and also a great balcony to people watch. Had a New Orleans feel. Our only issue that really needs to be fixed is the locks on the sliding bathroom doors. When you have multiple people staying, you def need that privacy. Had a great time!

Ice Maker not working

We had a great time. We have stayed at this property several times over the years. Only complaint I have this year is the stand alone ice maker and the ice maker in the freezer did not work, thus we had to make a few trips to store to get ice. Somewhat of an inconvenience.

Perfect location and convenient to everything

Perfect location for Baytowne Wharf. Concerts and fireworks and nightly entertainment! Shuttle around the property is convenient. Had to call Sandestin administration to deal with palmetto bugs in the condo. Housekeeping left dirty rags in the property. They dealt with both issues promptly. Access to public parking can be difficult. No access to private parking garage. Washing machine did not work properly. Guest bathroom sliding door did not securely shut--.so privacy issues for anyone using it. Overall its a great place to stay.

Wonderful location

We thoroughly enjoyed this home! The location is fabulous. The listing matches the actual apartment. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends. There were 2 things that we were unhappy with. 1. We NEVER were able to access the secure garage parking. We tried 4 times to get the correct access from the concierge and never received it. We had to use the public garage. 2. We feel strongly that the host should provide more than 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. They should also provide hand soap, dish soap, and paper towels.

Poor service

We checked in to an unclean condo and was told cleaning service couldn’t be done until the morning. Later during our stay the bathroom ceiling leaked. The location was perfect but since it is now under vacation rental agency the service unfortunately was horrible. Very disappointing.

Great Location!

Enjoyed our couple days! Fantastic location, perfect space for a quick stay. Check-in process was a bit cumbersome for this day and age. Had to go to Visitor Center and wait in line for passcodes, etc.

Wonderful Baytowne Wharf

Fabulous location! In the middle of all the action at Baytowne Wharf. Very lovely accommodations, I do recommend a spatula for the kitchen and another set of tv remotes for the second master. (Be sure to take your own paper-towels, laundry and dishwasher detergents) Overall this place was greater than expected!

Great Location

We loved this rental! Very clean and beautiful. Really enjoyed sitting in the balcony for many relaxing hours. Baytowne Wharf was such a fun place for the whole family, our 4 children ages 10-17. Restaurants were very good and the convenience of walking everywhere was priceless. Loved the free kayak rental. Great fishing docks and my boys caught lot of big fish. Nightly free entertainment at the resort was fantastic. Only problem we had is that the bunk beds had no blankets, only sheets. We could not find extra blankets in the condo and had to go purchase blankets. We hope to return to this unit in the future!!

Baytowne Wharf vacation review

Baytowne Wharf is a very neat place with restaurants and shops making it a nice getaway. Our room 242 was a nice layout in a great location, with a balcony right over the main village street. The only cons I have are, the pocket doors in the bathrooms don't latch, creating significant privacy issues, our room wasn't ready to check-in until just after 4 and the trash and linens from previous renters was piled outside our door, and noone at the golf shop or check in center knew anything about the daily round of golf that was supposed to be included, which cost me 200 dollars since I had to pay out of pocket. I would stay here again, but would verify these issues had been addressed before renting.

Everything very nice. Headboards on bed need to be dusted. TVs in bedrooms need to be programmed.

Neither TV in bedrooms were working. Shower head in guest bathroom couldn't change. No chairs to stand in to change. Other than that everything was very nice.
