Villa Casamare è una villa di lusso di 7.300 piedi quadrati, situata all'interno del Sea Horse Ranch con vista ininterrotta sull'oceano. Goditi i meravigliosi tramonti con vista panoramica dalla tua terrazza o piscina privata. I nostri giardini lussureggianti sono arricchiti con molte diverse specie di piante tropicali, alberi e fiori con colori brillanti e diversi.
A meno di un minuto a piedi dalla terrazza si arriva alla spiaggia privata di sabbia e la villa è a solo un paio di minuti a piedi dal beach club con un ristorante di fronte all'oceano e due piscine aggiuntive e due spiagge di sabbia private aggiuntive.

La Villa dispone di cinque lussuose camere da letto climatizzate ognuna con il proprio bagno privato completo. Quattro delle cinque camere hanno vista sull'oceano. Siamo in grado di ospitare fino a 14 persone. Tre letti king size e tre letti queen size; più due materassi singoli aggiuntivi sono disponibili.

Ricorda di chiamare i primi dibs nella fantastica master suite !! Si raggiunge attraverso un corridoio esterno privato coperto da un pergolato con viti fiorite uniche. Il maestro ha una splendida vista sull'oceano, con un letto king size californiano drappeggiato a baldacchino; e ha una zona relax separata e cabina armadio.
Il bagno padronale unico ti ispirerà. È realizzato in pietra di Corolina e ha una bellissima vasca da bagno separata, una doccia per due, i suoi lavandini su ripiani in travertino anticato, wc e bidet. All'interno della camera da letto principale c'è una doccia esterna privata, tropicale e ben progettata, per due. Immagina una doccia privata all'aperto tra le palme!

Villa Casamare ha sette bagni con porcellana importata e infissi in acciaio inossidabile Grohe con pavimenti e pareti tutti rifiniti in travertino domenicano lucidato a mano e docce in vetro

Per chi ama cucinare, la nostra cucina completamente attrezzata è aperta e luminosa, con vista sull'oceano e ripostiglio. La cucina dispone di elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e ripiani in granito.
Possiamo anche organizzare per chef, camerieri e baristi per servire durante il vostro soggiorno.

Spettacolari viste sull'oceano sono offerti sull'ampia terrazza coperta con una zona salotto e 2 sale da pranzo un tavolo per 12 e un tavolo per la colazione per 4. C'è anche un'altra sala da pranzo all'interno della villa con 6 posti a sedere. Barbecue in acciaio inossidabile è inoltre disponibile.

Goditi il ristorante Beach Club, il centro tennis, le spiagge e il centro ippico situato proprio nel Sea Horse Ranch.

La villa ha appena ricevuto una ristrutturazione completa di due anni ed è come una casa nuova di zecca - quindi puoi essere il primo a soggiornare in questo palazzo e goderti la novità e le finiture di alta qualità. Questa casa è stata una delle prime costruite in questa comunità di lusso e il costruttore ha selezionato il lotto migliore e ora quella casa è stata totalmente aggiornata, quindi hai entrambi la combinazione del lotto principale con la casa più nuova. Paradise

It was a spectacular property to spend our vacation. I normally book all inclusives when I travel to DR but this Villa forever changed the way to vacation for me. The private pool and beach was everything I didn’t know I needed. I especially loved how much security was on the grounds. It was hard to leave! I will be rebooking this property for future vacations.

Beautiful Beach Villa

We stayed at the property as part of a 10 member family group. The location is beautiful, a gated and secure community, with the villa being oceanfront. Amazing views and access to 4 nearly private beaches for swimming and snorkeling. The staff is incredibly helpful, as is the property manager Chantalle. Also recommend using the chef service for at least part of your trip, the meals were delicious. A heads up that all bedrooms have AC, but the kitchen and family area do not, just an FYI for summer travel. We had a wonderful time and would recommend.

Beautiful oceanfront luxury retreat at Seahorse Ranch

Our family spent the week after Christmas at this beautiful oceanfront luxury retreat at Seahorse Ranch in the Dominican Republic. The views are amazing and the proximity to the Seahorse Ranch pools and beach make this the best location within the resort. The daily chef service arranged by the hostess, Alondra, was outstanding. And we also enjoyed several outstanding meals at the Seahorse Ranch Beach Club, including an exciting NYE celebration that included live music and fireworks. Our only complaints are that the home's internet connectivity is very inconsistent, making remote work a significant challenge, and that the family room TV is small and has a damaged screen. I suspect both of these issues can be easily addressed by the owner and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the property to other families seeking a quiet and relaxing luxury retreat in the Dominican Republic.

Outstanding ocean home in great community

This is truly an incredible vacation experience. The house is huge and all newly renovated, so everything is modern and nice quality. It is all on one floor and the covered outside space is perfect for get togethers. However it's the ocean view from almost everywhere that is fantastic; it's like a 180 degree ocean view through gorgeous palms, tropical flowers and trees. The private pool was really big, plus there are two more 'community' pools and three private sandy beaches right off the backyard. There was almost NO other people around while we were there, so it all seemed to be our private oasis. The property manager was fantastic and she co-ordinated all kinds of excursions and tours for us; but I actually most enjoyed just staying right here. Just wish that we could stay longer.

Perfect location

The house and location were amazing. The house is right on the ocean. The pool is very large. There are 2 small and private sandy beaches off the back of the property. The water is rough but swimmable. The house is also a short walk away from the Beach House restaurant which has a fabulous setting. We had a full time chef, Felix, who spoke very good English and the food was excellent. We had a couple of minor issues. The Wi-Fi was spotty and could only support about 4 or 5 users simultaneously. We had a couple nights with very heavy rain and there was minor flooding in one of the bedrooms but the problem was repaired a couple days later. Alondra, the property manager, was very helpful and was quick to respond to our many requests .One improvement that would be nice would be the addition of bicycles since it is a long walk to the tennis and pickleball courts. We would definitely go back again since everyone had a great time.

Incredible property amenities/view

We visited for our sons wedding and had an incredible time. The property is very clean and tidy with great layout for entertaining and socializing. The management very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend getting a chef So convenient and delicious. Also had some massage therapists come to property also highly recommended.

Villa Casamare

The house was spacious and offered a perfect indoor/outdoor experience with views to die for. Lots of outdoor spaces for a family to spread out or come together. It is steps away from what feels like a private beach—something right out of a picture book. The beautiful lagoon pools are right outside the yard and the clubhouse is a quick stroll away—a great place for an afternoon cocktail or bite to eat. The stables are beautifully kept and were a wonderful way to spend a few hours. The staff was superb. They rate A+. I highly recommend hiring Chef Jesus as a personal chef. It truly made our holiday a vacation. The hot water was not consistent and really represented the only problem that we had. But Chantelle, our concierge was responsive and accessible.

Extraordinary Vacation Experience

This is the PERFECT place to help make the PERFECT family vacation or reunion! Extraordinary setting, views, facilities, amenities, and options to keep everyone having a fabulous time. I don’t know of anyplace else where you have massive living space indoors, but also outdoors (under the porches), AND a pool and lawn. The bathrooms and kitchen are terrific, but the 15 of us ate every meal outside on the porch. Everyone, ages 3 to 70 had plenty of room. Some kids would be in the huge pool, others playing badminton on the lawn, others down at the Sea Horse Ranch pools (which you can see), and others at the beach – all within 50 yards of one another. The community is absolutely the quietest I know of in the DR! The views of the ocean, the sounds of the waves crashing on the rocks, and the breezes blowing through the palm trees are memorable. We loved the evening walks on the paths and enjoyed the starry views. The settings were perfect for our family photo shoot which help us keep these memories forever. The table on the porch was large enough for the 15 of us to eat at one place. The maid cooked the best rice and beans, we barbecued on the grill, we walked over to the oceanfront Sea Horse restaurant, and had takeout Mexican food from Gordito’s. Having two refrigerators, a buffet serving area, and massive counter space made the kitchen a hit with the ladies. Those of us from the DR appreciated drinking the filtered water right from the tap! The activities for the family were amazing and all so close! Two miles to the east, we took the family surfing at El Encuentro Beach. The staff there were terrific with the little kids – taking them out on the surfboards and holding them while the road in on their shoulders. We played tennis at Sea Horse Ranch and Ocean Village – both places accommodating and helpful. We went horseback riding on the beach and the kids did pony rides, right in Sea Horse Ranch. In Sosua Bay, the snorkeling was magnificent – especially since they are now preserving the coral reef. One mile away, at Ocean Village, the playground, water park, petting zoo, ziplines, obstacle courses, and fishing were a favorite of the kids. Since the prices of activities are very reasonable, you don’t go broke with a large group! All of family wrote to us and said it was the best place ever – I think you will find this to be true with your visit here!

Fantastic!

This was a fantastic vacation home! The property manager came through to show us how everything worked. It was spotlessly clean and there was a maid to look after us all week. We really felt pampered. The house was even better than the pictures! We had lots of room to spread out and never felt crowded. It was great that each bedroom had its own private bath with a shower. Loved the indoor-outdoor living where we could see the ocean and the beautiful gardens. We spent a lot of time between the beach, the private pool or in the community pool - although we were the only ones there! We enjoyed several good meals at the restaurant within walking distance and tried ones in Cabarette and Sosua. We also cooked in the kitchen with a view! We would highly recommend this home and we would book it again.

Large, relaxing ocean side get-a-way

High quality finishes with lots of space for entire family. Pool was huge plus it’s just steps to two more pools and the ocean. The water temperature was about the same in all. Has a separate TV room, so kids could be there while others could play games or have quiet conversations. Kitchen was like out of a magazine and the master bedroom was a separate suite unlike anything I have ever seen. This place is incredible and well worth the price for a large group or family.

We absolutely loved our time. Plenty of room for all 15 of us. The house is stunning, and the grounds beautiful. We loved exploring the beach, sea caves, and going snorkeling, surfing , and horseback riding nearby. Can't recommend enough!

Relaxing ocean front escape

Wow what a place! It has everything. Private pool plus two more community pools just moments away, so we could choose a different one each day. Ocean sounds and views all day, just steps from sandy beach and incredible look-out points. And the walk-ways through tropical forest areas seems like it's pre-historic - all just minutes from your bedroom. And speaking of the bedroom, we got the master suite that was way beyond expectations. This master with it's 9 pice bathroom including inside and outside showers and ocean view from our pillows is what dreams are made of. Quality throughout with lots of natural stone and mahogany in a bright and open setting, and fully secure with friendly security guards all around, made us feel safe all the time. This place is incredible!!!!

Beautiful location

What a great place to sit on the terrace, watch the ocean, drink my Dominican coffee and read my book every morning!! The kitchen was well equipped but there were also great restaurants nearby. Everyone enjoyed the pool and walking the trails. We also went horseback riding and explored several nearby beaches. Lots of things to do. The house was big with many sitting areas so we could be all together or spend time visiting in smaller groups. Loved the master suite. The sound of the ocean was so soothing every night. Would definitely stay here again!

Pamper yourself with fantastic views!

This luxury property was a fantastic place to relax while watching the ocean or to read a book on the massive terrace. Even the fully equipped chief's kitchen had a pool and ocean view! Fell asleep in the amazing master suite listening to the waves. Lots of room with 5 bedrooms. Spotlessly clean! Easy walk to the beach club and the community pools, when we wanted to try another pool. Lots of walking trails which were fun to explore. Several good restaurants within 10 min. drive. Close to Cabarete and Sousa beaches for all water sports. We also enjoyed bike riding and horse back riding. Full laundry with a maid to take care of things. Close to several grocery stores, or we could have chosen delivery. A great place for a family vacation or reunion! Can't wait to stay again!

Stunning, peaceful view all around!

The house is very clean, bright, and spacious. It has a wonderful kitchen with everything we needed, and an absolutely enormous and yet cozy porch- we lived out there the entire week. The pool was surprisingly large. The entire area is very safe and has great security- tons to do in the area, Highly recommend!

High quality on the ocean, beyond expectations

Top quality stylish finishings all brand new. From the ocean view upon entering the front door, our expectations were exceeded. Home is massive, with room for everyone and it fans out toward the ocean, so you have ocean views from almost everywhere in the home. Lot's of use of natural stone and wood in an open and bright layout provides a relaxing and comfortable beach home. Ocean is right there, with three private little sandy beaches where we could enjoy totally alone. Also lot of walking and bike trails, so through tropical forest-like areas along the ocean - all essentially in the backyard. Private pool is large but a little deep at the far end. Two additional community pools with waterfalls and caves just steps away. Large kitchen and seven clean modern bathrooms, with a blow-your-mind master ensuite! Property manager looked after everything and made us feel at home!
