Il divano letto nel soggiorno è anche un letto matrimoniale con materasso Memory più Chase Lounge completo. Cucina completamente fornita. TV a schermo piatto Roku in vita con accesso Netflix gratuito e sistema audio Amazon Echo Voice Command. Master dispone di schermo piatto con lettore DVD. Extended Stay in Palm Springs

We booked 4 weeks here. I was working remotely at the time. Great location, quiet area, very close to downtown and in a very quiet, well kept complex. Condo had everything we needed. Internet was very good which is critical for working remote. Kris was very helpful with a key issue we had and resolved it quickly. Would stay here again.

Amazing stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our 5 week stay and would highly recommend to others. The grounds and complex are meticulously maintained with abundant fruit trees as well. Easy to get on the tennis courts and enjoyed the pools and hot tubs. Bed was extremely comfortable, and the host is very responsive.

Wonderful Stay

So comfortable and well decorated, the space was exactly as advertised. The host is generous providing all the amenities to make this feel like home. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and all pantry basics. The balcony is a cozy private oasis. Loved our stay. Would absolutely recommend!

Location Can’t Be Beat

This complex was by far the favorite place we have stayed in Palm Springs. The grounds are meticulously taken care of and all of the pools, facilities are great. The unit itself was EXTREMELY well equipped, clean and overall great, as was the communication with Kris. The only suggestion would be more comfortable outdoor patio furniture!

Wonderful desert condo

This condo is situated in a beautiful complex and lovely area of Palm Springs. The condo had all the necessities we needed to make our stay comfortable. From the comfy beds, well appointed kitchen, tv’s, tons of linens, and lovely decor, we felt right at home. Kristopher was always available to answer any questions we had. We will look forward to returning here again.

Great location!

We had a fun stay in Palm Springs. The location of the condo is perfect, close to Smoke tree shopping area, downtown, and some amazing hiking trails. The complex is very well maintained, lots of fruit trees, and Palm trees. There is a hot tub and laundry just steps from the condo. Everyone in the complex was friendly. The condo is as described, and had everything we needed. It is pet friendly also. Kris was great to communicate with, and was always very quick to respond to text, or emails.

Perfect condo in Palm Springs

This condo was excellent! Clean and well supplied. Spacious and tastefully decorated, comfortable LR furniture and bed. The location was very close to hiking, it was easy to get into town, and it’s accessible to get up to Joshua Tree NP (<1hr). The complex has beautiful tennis and pickleball courts and a lovely pool and hot tubs. Kris was very responsive to the couple of questions I had, and he let us extend our stay when we had to change our plans unexpectedly. I’d highly recommend this condo. We hope to stay here next year.

Absolutely stunning appartment

I stayed one month in this amazing condo. It is a very comfortable, large and elegant appartment, located in a super fancy semi gated resort like community. I couldn’t expect a better place to stay in Palm Springs. Close to everything, a 5 minute drive to downtown yet so close to nature, the mountains and the many possible hikes. The 3 pools are all amazing and heated. You feel safe and happy from morning to night. I recommand this place without any doubt being the best rental I have ever stayed in Palm Springs. Kris, the owner, is the nicest guy. He is very responsive and makes you feel at home. He takes his guests very seriously and will make sure the place is as perfect as you need it to be. The bed is amazing, oversized bedroom, very cute balcony overlooking orange trees, perfect kitchen and living room, as comfy as can be. Really, go without thinking twice!

Canyon Corridor Gem

This condo is a little piece of paradise set in a complex that has beautiful grounds. The entire complex is meticulously maintained and the location can't be beat. The condo had everything we needed for our one month stay. Nice decor and comfortable furniture and bed. Pools were fantastic. The owner Kris was easy to communicate with and very prompt in answering our questions. The neighbors in the complex are all very friendly. We highly recommend. Liked it so much, we've already booked our next stay!

Lovely Stay

I stayed at this rental for about a month. It was exactly as pictured in a really realxing, quaint and quiet complex. About the outside- the parking is easy, the pools are really well-kempt (and hardly anyone is there, it felt super private), the laundry facility is really clean. The place is walkable to a lot of cool modernist homes, a couple minutes to downtown and also just minutes from a great hike, the Indian Canyon trails which I had my morning coffee at almost every morning. Location is amazing. About the inside- the kitchen was great- its comes fully furnished with a bunch of plates, silveware, knives, cooking utensils, basically everything you need. The patio is so cute, has a great view of the mountains and lots of plants. The living room is spacious, the couch is nice and big, and the selection of TV options is great. The bedroom is nice and big with a TV also. Bathroom is great as well and lots of room to layout your toiletries. It was a very comfortable stay especially for a long period of time. I highly recommend.

Great complex

Lovely grounds with loads of fruit trees and beautiful landscaping. Immaculate pools and hot tubs. Cute unit with nice furnishings. Laundry facility is tricky.

Perfect Place to Stay

I enjoyed staying at the condo. It was comfortable and cosy. It is close to downtown and the supermarkets. However, I recommend renting a car during your stay. It was tastefully furnished and very clean. The king size bed was comfortable. All appliances were up to date and in working order. His only request was to water the plants on the balcony. so the next guest can enjoy them.

Fantastic Stay

The house is well decorated and comfortable. The apartment is filled with great decoratives, comfortable bedding, cooking supplies, great coffee and a large smart TV. The neighborhood comes with an indoor gym, laundry, 3 separate pools and friendly neighbors. I didn’t have a pet with me, but my understanding is that the apartment is also pet friendly. The stay is highly recommended!

The perfect escape

We stayed at Kris' place for a month to escape the cold east coast winter. The condo is incredibly comfortable, clean and fully equipped with everything you may need. The amenities like the pools, hottubs and tennis courts and the beautiful neighborhood make this an all-around perfect place to relax and unwind.

Perfect Getaway

Great condo in a nice quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed and were able to walk to several coffee shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

South Palm Springs condo

Well decorated, comfortable condo in quiet location, pet friendly host, relaxing jacuzzi, multiple pools to swim in, great hiking trails close by. Huge Calif King bed had a Tempur-Pedic adjustable mattress. Kris was very communicative and easy to work with.

Totally comfortable with new furnishings, amazing California King bed, incredible views from every window. Pick the oranges and grapefruit from the fruit trees right outside the condo. Very quiet, well maintained grounds with lovely pools & hot tubs. Tennis courts are professional grade and perfectly maintained. Nice little gym and big club house with pool tables. Close to the best parts of Palm Springs!
