The condo was great, but the bathroom had some mold spots and rust. Beds were comfortable and we loved the pool and easy access to the beach. I do wish there were cleaning supplies like a multi purpose cleaner and hand soap provided. Elevators were fast, and never felt overcrowded at the beach or pool because it was so big! We had an FANTASTIC view and loved spending time on the balcony. Overall we had a great trip and would return. There were just a few things that need some attention!

The view was amazing, as I would expect everything on the gulf to be. The room was fairly clean. The refrigerator was probably from the mis 90s and rusted on all sides. I had to empty the water from the bottom of it daily, or it would leak out on the floor, where the tile is already stained. There is what seems to be mold on the ceiling in the shower, short shower I might add. The bed was so so. There was no privacy on the balcony, due the building design. We were unable to use the shared facilities due to the crowds. If I were 21, on spring break in Panama City, this place would have been fine. It was disappointing.

Adequate

Condo was adequate, however, extremely dated. Refrigerator is quite ancient and rusted. Minimal supplies. For example, it would have been nice to have at least a pair of scissors with which to cut open packets. Bed was fairly comfortable, however, you could feel every move from the other person. Shower had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The only comfy chairs were the 2 recliners, which are also very dated and worn in spots. The balcony chairs were extremely uncomfortable. The condo was clean, though. Of note, we are on the go when we visit the beach. We don't spend a great deal of time in condos, so if this was noteworthy for us, it would be particularly annoying to anyone spending more time indoors. The complex amenities are wonderful. The indoor pool and hot tubs are great and access to the beach is great.

Fabulous vacation!

The place was immaculate and gorgeous! Loves having a kitchen and washer and dryer. The view was beautiful! Beachball properties were so informative and kind. We will definitely be returning again in the future. It was a great place to make memories.

We had a wonderful vacation with our family. Our room size was perfect. However, the appliances were very old and outdated. The refrigerator was rusted and obviously not very clean. The fridge handle was sticky. I went to use the skillet and it still had old egg in it. There was some hair in the bathroom sink. We had maintenance guys show up because of a potential pipe leak in the ceiling. It had a lot of potential just didn’t seem to have much care and attention.

We love Orange Beach!! Beach was awesome. Shops and restaurants are near. Great area for families as well.

nice family stay

Stay was good, kids had a good time. The room could have had more supplies for making food, but bed was very comfortable, slept like a gem. would highly recommend this unit.

Perfect place!!

This was our favorite place we’ve ever stayed on a vacation. We will definitely be back. Every part of this place was perfect for our family, super clean, and enjoyable. Amazing balconies, pool areas, and all around great place.

Spring Break trip

This place was great. Great location, great amenities, and my family had an great time. Wish there was more information about other amenities offered. All in all great place and view was amazing. Super quiet and enough room for family.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! The view was great and check-in went smoothly. We loved the kid area with the splash pad for our two year old. The pool area and access to the beach was very convenient. Definitely will be back in our future!

Home away from home

We had a wonderful time staying here for the week. The ability to walk to the beach multiple times a day and have access to a pool and splash pad met the expectations of all my kids ranging from 3 to 15. The condo was spacious and clean, we enjoyed having the use of a full kitchen.
