We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and in a great location with easy beach access. The host was friendly, responsive, and excellent to communicate with. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

The ocean view could not have been better! Easy access to the beach was great. Condo was open and spacious. Loved the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. Host was a great communicator and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again for our amazing family trip!

We have been visiting Garden City for years and have always stayed at One Ocean Place. This by far has been the nicest condo we have stayed in!

Wonderful location. Beautiful beach and great pool. Kitchen stocked with everything you would need. Plenty of space for all of us to gather or head off to their own space in the 3 bedrooms. Nicely decorated. Easy check in. Wonderful host. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay!

This is the second time I have stayed at this condo with my family. We had another wonderful stay! Condo is excellent. We really enjoyed sitting out on the huge balcony and watching the ocean. The owner is great to work with. Book the condo, you won't be disappointed!

Great beach condo!

We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. Tony was responsive and provided all the amenities listed. The condo looked just as it did in the photos. The beach access was very good and the views were amazing! We hope to return!

Family beach week

The property is amazing. It was perfect for our family. Good central spot to head to Myrtle or Murrells Inlet. We pretty much spent most of our days enjoying the beach or pool at the property. Also, it was so nice that the owner rents a umbrella and two chairs daily for his guests. Would highly recommend this property.

The condominium is really perfect. Very spacious and beautiful accommodations. Great information from property owner and very timely response. Highly recommend this property. Everything you could want for a family beach vacation.

2023 family vacation

This was a great property for a family vacation! Easy access to the beach and pool, clean property and the owner was quick to communicate. Good golf and perfect beach. They had beach chairs and some other equipment there as well, so don't pack those! We would totally recommend!

Perfect Vacation!

We've stayed at a few condos at One Ocean Place and this unit was by far the most beautiful, recently remodeled unit. We've enjoyed the property so much we'd love to come again and make it a family tradition. The condo was beautiful with its amazing views, clean, and stocked well with ideal items for use to make it feel like home for the week! Thank you for a great vacation and we hope to see you again!

this place is an absolute gem. Breathtaking views❣️ Sleeping in the master wake up and go to bed to the sound of the waves. This place has all the amenities you’re looking for and more. How does it feel? I have found my vacation spot for Somers to.come❣️

Fantastic beach property

The location and property was fantastic. The property is very well maintained, secured and accessible. The condo was exceptional and Tony was very responsive to our questions. The unit included an assigned beach umbrella and chairs everyday - such a nice amenity! The beach even had lifeguards. Great place for families to visit. Lots of restaurants nearby. Quiet in the evenings. We loved it!
