Il luogo perfetto per le tue vacanze in famiglia! Goditi questa bellissima casa, a pochi passi dalle spiagge mozzafiato di Hilton Head Island. 14 Bittern si trova lungo North Forest Beach, a pochi passi dai negozi, dai ristoranti e dai divertimenti di Coligny Plaza. Goditi il portico con schermo frontale al mattino per un caffè o la sera per un bicchiere di vino. Il grande ponte posteriore si affaccia sulla piscina di 23 x 12 'sottostante. C'è una griglia di propano e posti a sedere sul ponte posteriore per almeno 8. Trascorri del tempo rilassandoti al sole sul ponte della piscina appena ampliato. Appena fuori dal ponte della piscina, si può godere della sala giochi climatizzata con tavolo da ping-pong e posti a sedere.

Quando entri in casa, ti imbatterai nell'ampio soggiorno con TV a schermo piatto, mobili aggiornati e soffitti a volta alta. A sinistra è la suite matrimoniale con un letto matrimoniale e accesso al portico dello schermo anteriore. C'è anche un bagno privato con vasca e doccia separate nel master. A destra del soggiorno è la prima camera degli ospiti con un letto matrimoniale e accesso alla veranda. La camera degli ospiti ha una stanza di polvere privata. La camera da letto sul retro ha anche un letto matrimoniale e accesso al ponte posteriore. Questa camera ha anche una stanza di polvere privata. Entrambe queste camere da letto matrimoniali sono collegate con una vasca / doccia in comune. Al piano superiore ci sono 2 camere da letto aggiuntive, ciascuna con 2 letti singoli. Anche al piano superiore è un bagno per gli ospiti con una combinazione vasca / doccia. Appena fuori dal soggiorno c'è un mobile bar mentre entri in cucina e sala da pranzo. La cucina e la sala da pranzo hanno accesso al ponte posteriore che rende facile grigliare i tuoi cibi preferiti. La cucina in stile cucina è completamente attrezzata e la sala da pranzo può ospitare almeno 8 persone. Al largo della sala da pranzo, troverete una lavatrice e asciugatrice di dimensioni standard. C'è anche un parcheggio coperto e scoperto a casa, con molto spazio per un massimo di 5 veicoli.

Great location

House was beautiful. Clean and plenty of room for all of us. Great location! Would recommend heating the pool if you come this early in spring.

Great location. Bathroom and kitchen have been updated and that made for a comfortable stay. Enjoyed the pool and easy beach access.

This house was perfect for our family vacation!

We loved staying at this property! It is so close to the beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants! The pool was a lot of fun too!! Perfect house for our family!

Great Location

Had a wonderful time staying at this house with my family. It has a great location close to both the beach and Coligny Plaza. We played lots of ping pong and enjoyed the pool every day.

Great House

Good size home. Lots of amenities. Would stay again but maybe later summer. Pool has a lot of trees surrounding. But great,easy walk to beach.

A great getaway

Clean and close to everything. Very well managed property. Not for the five star luxury crowd, but for my family and my sisters’ with young kids, it was the perfect location at a good price with great service and amenities. We would choose this property again!

Wonderful trip

Location was perfect! House was clean, well stocked. Pool was nice, ping pong room was a big hit! We went with another family, 6 kids total from 11-17yrs old. Nice to be close to all the restaurants, beach was super close. Highly recommend and would stay again in this home!!

Wonderful!!

The location was closer to the beach than I imagined, just about 4 houses away. Also, just steps from the shops and restaurants at coligny center. Wonderful space!! Exceeded all expectations.

Great location to Coligny & Beach

Every year we rent a home near Coligny. This being the first that is so close and it was nice. The home itself had everything we needed. New appliances which were nice. The furnishings were good, it's a rental so nothing is perfect. Loved the screened in porch off master bedroom. The pool area is nice but sadly I didn't think we needed to pay for heating since it was end of Sept. Didn't realize it doesn't get much sun at all and the water was too cold. That will probably keep us from renting this home again since the pool is nice in the evenings for the kids to swim and burn off energy.

Spring Fling 2018!!

Awesome house! Relaxing to the Max. So close to beach and shopping center. All the right amenities. Very nice and well laid out kitchen. Pool was such a plus. Can't wait to stay here again next year. Afternoon Sun directly onto back of house made afternoon sunbathing so perfect.

PERFECT LOCATION and great space!

The location was perfect - super close to beach and shops/restaurants. The space was really great, with a great, spacious deck and super fun pool. I cannot say enough great things about this property! My only complaint is that a few of the beds are in pretty bad shape as in big dips in the mattress. We ended up leaving a day early as our lower backs were really hurting.

Awesome stay in HHI

The location of this property can't be beat. It's a few hundred feet to both the beach and Coligny plaza so the accessibility to everything you may need during a stay is amazing. The house itself was really nice, plenty of space for my wife and I, two kids, and a set of grandparents. The pool on property was cleaned twice during our visit and we had it heated which was well worth it. The rental staff was very attentive, helping us with questions that came up and even getting the internet up and running after an outage. I would 100% stay here again and would 100% recommend this property.

Best Place Ever

3 bedrooms downstairs for 6 adults and 2 bedroom upstairs - 8 and 6 yr old girls in one and 4 yr old boy in another. It worked great. Very large atrium/living room space. Nice deck off kitchen/dining room. Great pool downstairs and another shaded spot under deck by the pool. And, within short walk to the beach and Coligny Square shopping. We will be back - probably in 2 years. And what's not to like about Hilton Head? The bike paths are all over the island and mostly off the roads.

The outdoor area/decks and pool area were all dirty. Improved after cleaning on Wednesday. No internet for more than 1/2 the time. No TV. Floors dirty/made feet dirty. We thought it was a full week/really only 5 full days. Noisy and filled with people. Early morning lawn care was nosiy. Difficult to drive around. We like a more layed back atmosphere.

The layout of this house was perfect for our family of 10. Everyday, we enjoyed the front screened in porch for breakfast and in the evening when the kids were in bed. The pool was great however it was difficult to keep clean because of the trees. Also, there is no fencing in one area so we looked at the neighbor's trash cans. The game room was a mess. The air-conditioner didn't work and the TV was sitting on the floor. The dining room had only 7 chairs so 3 of us sat on coolers. I asked the management company for folding chairs but never received them. In the living room, the couch and throw pillows were very stained. There were holes in the arms of the rattan chairs and a torn cushion on one of other chairs. Despite these issues, our family enjoyed their Hilton Head vacation.

Enjoyed our stay!

The house was as described and perfect for our family. Pool was cleaned twice during our stay and house was clean. Bedrooms were perfect for our family. Property is truly less than a minute from the beach and 2 minutes to Coligny Plaza. Only hesitation is the front steps are steep going down - the backyard steps have been redone and are better - especially when you’re carry stuff down for the beach. This was minor for us and we would have no hesitation staying here again.

Fabulous location

Well-appointed home that is very close to the beach and Coligny shopping. Kids loved the ping pong table and the beach wagon was really helpful. Beds were comfortable and the screen porch was nice.

Great location

My family along with some friends stayed for about a week. I thought the location was perfect, food, shops, coffee, and groceries are all within a few hundred feet. And of course the beach is at the end of the block. The house was obviously in the process of being upgraded but in good condition. The only complaint we have is the tiny shower in the master bath. We really enjoyed the deck and screen porch as well. They even had an extra propane tank for the grill incase we ran out. We don't plan on vacationing to HH again but I feel like I got my money's worth with this rental.
