Vieni a goderti il nostro aggiornato beach condo Shorebirds al Pajaro Dunes Resort. La nostra casa è nuova per il mercato degli affitti con nuovi fantastici proprietari che amano la spiaggia e non vedono l'ora di condividere la loro casa con te! La nostra casa è splendidamente decorata con incredibili viste sull'oceano. Questo appartamento si sente come a casa, una fuga perfetta spiaggia per coppie, famiglie e amici per divertirsi. Il nostro condominio è completamente attrezzato con mobili nuovi e un camino aggiornato. Siamo in una comunità privata recintata vicino a negozi, golf e miglia di spiaggia da esplorare.

La nostra casa è al terzo livello. Esci dalla porta del patio e ascolta le onde dell'oceano. Ci sono rampe fino al primo e al secondo livello. Per gli appartamenti di terzo livello, ci sono circa 10 gradini fino a casa nostra. C'è un letto King nel master e un letto Queen & Bunk nella camera degli ospiti. Ottimo per una vacanza in famiglia o in coppia!

An adorable hideaway

It was exactly what the doctor ordered - a quiet escape from the noise of everyday life. I was looking for a clean, quiet spot with a view of the ocean and that is exactly what we got. And the property also comes with a gift shop. You can't go wrong if there's a giftshop involved!

Beautiful condo with great ocean views!

The condo was great especially the view Watched dolphins swim by in the morning while we enjoyed our breakfast! The beach access is only a few steps away too. Will rent here again.

Great location to Monterey and Moss Landing. Easy access to beach. Birds on the beach were so fascinating to watch plus spectacular sunsets.

the condo was beautiful, and clean, well stocked with towels, dishes etc. the ocean front views are gorgeous. We splurged as it was our 25th anniversary, but we will go back, and will not wait 25 years, thank you to the owners for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Great Condo with lovely views.

Great condo, front windows were covered in bird droppings which we had to stair at for the time we were there. The step up to get into the show in the hall bathroom is quite high I would recommend a step stool. Add wash cloths to the show towel sets. Overall nice unit.

We’ve been coming to Pajaro Dunes for years. This was the first year that the property was over run with skunks and raccoons. We were so afraid of being sprayed by a skunk. They need to do something about that.

Beautiful views

We loved the condo! The beach was a short walk and felt very private and secluded. The office had everything we needed including boogie boards, tennis rackets and volleyballs. We would love to visit again!

Perfect peaceful place to stay

Everything on the online listing is accurate! Beautiful view of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom. Just a very short walk to the beach where every morning was a treasure hunt of shells and nature! Short distance to surrounding towns and attractions. Would rent again!

Very nice place

We arrived in the dark and it was a little intimidating on the roads. Once we found the gate it was almost impossible to find the building letter and the stairway to our condo. I could use more lighting and better lit building numbers/letters

Enjoyed the stay with few exceptions.

This place had everything we needed for the kitchen. The view and location were amazing. The only takeaways were the dust all over the kitchen when we arrived, ant traps on the counter where the children could reach them, and damp towels left in the dryer. Otherwise, if they do a better job cleaning, then this place is excellent.

Amazing location!

My family and I couldn’t have been happier with our visit. The condo was incredibly clean and the ocean view was amazing. We went fourth of July weekend and the fireworks outside the window was a huge bonus! Beach front property with everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely come back 👍🙂

Owners just purchased this home and it's beautifully decorated and cared for. Recently updated with new linens, plush towels, and personal touches that make it truly feel like a home away from home. Updated kitchen & baths, washer/dryer handily in home; well appointed kitchen, new flat screen TV in the living room and master bedroom; and comfortable beds in every room. This home is definitely going to be a favorite among new & return renters!

Our home is professionally managed by the Pajaro Dunes Resort team. If you need any assistance - from how to operate something, to maid service or supplies, just call! They are at your service 7 days a week, 9-5. We have an After-Hours Answering Service as well should anything come up and you need their assistance!
