On a personal note, the sunsets here are my favorite. There's something truly special about watching the colors change across the ocean at the end of the day, and I'm glad you were able to enjoy the natural beauty that makes this area so memorable. There is truly nothing quite like being just steps away from the sand and surf. At the same time, we sincerely apologize that the cleanliness and overall condition of the condo did not meet your expectations. The issues you described, including the hairs in the shower, the odor from the bathroom rug, stains in the carpet, and debris left in the couch cushions, are not reflective of the standards we strive to provide. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, and we have shared your comments with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so they can address them promptly. Your feedback regarding the supplies provided in the home is also appreciated and will be reviewed as we continue looking for ways to improve our guests' experience.
