Benvenuti in paradiso!!

Questa unità Luxury Ekahi Village a 2 posti letto e 2 bagni è arredata e mantenuta in maniera impeccabile. A partire dall'estate 2019, viene offerto agli ospiti in affitto per la prima volta da oltre 20 anni [e forse per la prima volta in assoluto].

Abbiamo acquistato questa unità angolare al primo piano presso Ekahi Village [34 C] nel 2019. Non vediamo l'ora di goderci molti anni di divertimento in spiaggia, anche per la famiglia, gli amici e gli ospiti. Anche se non abbiamo ancora recensioni per questo condominio, è possibile vedere le recensioni molto positive di noi come proprietari, per quanto riguarda la nostra altra unità a Wailea - 1102 Palms a Wailea - VRBO Codice immobile 123818

Questa unità ha un condizionatore d'aria in ogni stanza.

Il nostro lanai principale fronteggia la bellissima fascia verde spalancata che porta al cancello di accesso alla spiaggia privata di Ekahi e al padiglione della piscina sulla spiaggia. Nota che il padiglione è in fase di ristrutturazione durante il 2019, ma tutte e quattro le piscine e l'accesso alla spiaggia sono aperti.

Dal nostro grande oceano di fronte lanai, si ha una vista diretta sull'oceano, e può camminare direttamente sulla spiaggia allo stesso modo in meno di cinque minuti.

L'accesso alla spiaggia di Ekahi è diretto alla spiaggia di Keawakapu e la spiaggia di Ulua si trova appena a sud se si cammina o si nuota davanti a un grande campo di lava che offre snorkeling e osservazione delle tartarughe eccezionali.

Rimodella cucina di lusso, bagno e camera da letto.

Recente ristrutturazione di pavimenti in sughero, finestre, rivestimenti per finestre e porte scorrevoli.

Ogni camera ha il proprio lanai privato, oltre al lanai principale fuori dal soggiorno.

Durante le festività natalizie [Dic. Dal 16 al 5 gennaio] è richiesto un soggiorno minimo di 10 notti. Durante il periodo del picco invernale [gen. 6 fino al 15 aprile] è richiesto un soggiorno minimo di 7 notti.

We had a great stay at this condo in Wailea. The view from the back patio is great. They had everything you could need and then some in the condo. Highly recommend!

We loved our recent stay. Everything worked, everything was spotless, and the unit had everything we needed for a relaxing, fun stay. The unit was nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, the beachware all worked, and there were lots of interesting books to read on the monkeywood-shaded lanai. The unit looked out on a long grassy expanse easily walkable to the beautiful beach and pool area. Our hosts provided comprehensive directions for making best use of the unit and a local number to call in case of unexpected problems. We look forward to staying there again next year.

We have been spending the holidays at Ekahi Village for years and have stayed in many of the units. The brilliance of this unit is its view of the ocean and particularly the sunset from the lanai.

Fam trip

Took my wife and two little ones (5 year old and 6 month old) to the property and it was perfect! Nice walk to the beach, great pool, stocked with beach supplies, and great communication. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful Getaway

Great condo, great location! Our little home away from home for one week. Lots of space and loved the patio where we could sit and relax daily and enjoy beautiful ocean views. Highly recommend.

Another great stay at Ekahi

This property has amazing views and access to wonderful amenities including the beach. It's one of the rare units to offer two bedrooms with a king in one and a queen in the other. We spent most of our time on the spacious lanai when not enjoying the community amenities and nearby attractions.

The condo is as pictured, really great location and amazing view. We really enjoyed the lanai and spent a lot of time out there. It’s a quick walk down to the beach and the property is very pretty. We loved it!

Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay here! Location was perfect with easy access to the pool, beach, and our daily walk on a walking trail that winds around past the Four Seasons Hotel nearby. The condo was clean and thoughtfully stocked. The lanai was relaxing with spectacular views facing the beach and enjoying beautiful sunsets. We would stay here again and have already recommended it to friends!

Maui Wedding trip

Loved the place. Inside and out, the condo was the best! Plenty of seating to gather comfortably. Wonderful kitchen with appliance/dishes/pots & pans/utensils we could ever need. Everyone slept comfortably. Plenty of towels and linens for all, even to use at the pool.Enjoyed eating inside and outside. Plenty of seating for dining on the lanai. All the comforts of home while vacationing in paradise!

Great stay- Ekahi Village Maui

The unit was wonderful. Amazing view of ocean, short walk to pavilion and beach and accommodations were as described. The AC unit worked great and the property managers were responsive to questions. Beach towels and 4 beach chairs were in the storage box, along with a beach umbrella. We will definitely come back. We had a wonderful stay.

Very nice, clean unit, easy walk to pool pavillon and beach. Very comfy beds. We really enjoyed our stay. Although we didnt turn on the TV until the last night we were there, we found the 3 separate controls somewhat user-unfriendly. Not a big deal, but instructions would have been welcome.A/C sensors temperamental if sliding doors aren't shut tightly. Rental office very responsive to questions/needs. Wonderful place! We will be back!

Always relaxing

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit and we love the owners. They are amazing at communicating and make staying here a dream. The entire Ekahi village team from the gardeners to the repair men work so hard to keep the grounds immaculate and the units in tip top shape. If something needs repairing it is fixed immediately and they are so considerate of your vacation time you don’t see them or hear them. Our hearts go out to all the people of Lahaina and the families on the island who have suffered through this terrible loss. Every person we met was affected in some way. We are so glad we did not cancel our trip and from every person we had a conversation with we were confirmed that our presence was welcomed and needed. People need to keep their jobs, they need to work and they need people to visit the island. This trip more than ever we felt the Aloha spirit of Maui and the deep feeling of Ohana. I don’t think we have ever hugged so many people.

Great Hawaiian Location and Wonderful Condo

This condo’s front door has a keyless entry which was appreciated, so we did not have to keep track of yet another key. It has a spacious & comfortable living room with a large television if you want to kick back and watch it, a well-equipped kitchen where we cooked several meals, two bedrooms with their own patios for privacy if desired, along with another, but larger patio to be shared that looks out on a well- manicured, grassy area with lovely plants & trees surrounding it. The adorable geckos greeted us each morning by hanging out on the patio posts & tree trunks while red-crested cardinals and what I think are Grey Francolin entertained us as they scurried across the grass making a distinct and repeated sound that I had not heard before. The pools are well maintained and the beach access is phenomenal and allows for long, long walks on the beach. My daughter and I have many fond memories of our time on Maui, following being cooped up for so long during the pandemic…it was just the ideal spot. We had a wonderful place to stay, with close by restaurants, great shopping, and many water- sports. We tried the sea scooter snorkeling, such fun and so easy! We saw five manta rays, turtles, and beautiful fish of course during this snorkeling adventure…great memories in and out of this condo!
