We had the best time staying here, plenty of TV's, A/C worked great, comfortable beds, wonderful location, easy access to the beach or the pool, I would highly recommend this property for your beach stay!! The Schrader's!

The quiet end of the beach

This really was a perfect fit for our family trip. It's a very easy walk to the beach, with a crosswalk and beach entrance right there. The property is great and was a quiet place for our vacation.

The little community is adorable around the condo. The location to the beach is great too. The decor and appliances are outdated but kinda nostalgic at the same time. You have everything you need for a great time at the beach!

Beach Getaway

The condo was as stated and shown in the pictures. Not having to pack chairs, toys, etc was a relief. Donna and Scott were quick to respond to questions or concerns. Overall we had a great stay!!

Nice place to stay and description is very accurate

The only thing that could be better is the temperature. It was too hot and couldn’t sleep comfortable. Other than that it was nice.

Just had your review sent to us -we gave you a 5 star guest review in spite of the cleaning service photos and notes-we know things can’t be left perfect- it’s your vacation, and we as hosts don’t require perfection- nothing reported was bad enough that a little extra cleaning didn’t fix 👍 So sorry you didn’t stay as cool as you wanted at night! We have ceiling fans in every room and portable fans to make you more comfortable anywhere needed -we have never had anyone comment before. We also could have had the AC turned down more -If you had called us when you were there, we could have had the tech override the setting -it is set at 74 by the HVAC technicians to stay 20 degrees cooler than the outside air that was 94 degrees -If it is turned cooler it often freezes the unit and it shuts down and can take 24 hours to repair and costs $250+ for the service call, so we try our best to prevent both of those things from happening. We do ask our guests to contact us immediately if they have any issue so we can might it right 😎

If it's available - book it!

The room was exactly as described . Communication from the owners were top notch and much appreciated. Walk to the beach was a mere 5 min (with kids and beach luggage). They have everything you need ! No need to even pack the beach gear! Thank you for having us and we will be back

Wonderful stay!

We had a great time here in Gulf Shores! The condo was just as listed. They provide absolutely everything you need for your entire stay. All things beachy are there for you to enjoy. We have a toddler, the pack-n-play and booster seat were so great to have so we didn’t have to pack those things. The beach is a very short walk from the condo which we LOVED. If you want to have a lovely time with great hosts, stay here. :)

If I Could Complain....

If you're looking for a place to find something wrong just to complain about, this isn't the place for you! The description was more than accurate, the communication response was less than a minute, the location was on point with the beach access, the pool was nice, and the entire property was clean! I will definitely book again, and stay at other properties that they manage. I mean I found zero problems with this place!

Great Birthday Trip

The condo was a block from the beach, which was the major factor in the booking. There were ample beach equipment at the condo to use, which was a great because we forgot most of our beach gear. The heated pool was a relaxing way to end the day. The area felt safe and family-oriented. The family was celebrating my granddaughter's 4th birthday, so the being able to be close to the beach and close to OWA and other attractions was a must, and this condo delivered. The only con is the parking is tight and extremely limited, and people park in the wrong spaces at times, but it wasn't a deal breaker because the other guests were laidback and went with the flow. Overall, this was a wonderful place to spend the weekend.

Winter Getaway

We stayed for 4 nights and found the 3C's to be the most well appointed beach lodging we have ever stayed in. We have been visiting beaches on the NC coast, Fl Panhandle, SC coast and the Gulf Shores area for over 30 years and rank the 3C's at the top for overall comfort, ease of access along the beach drives and access to the various places we wanted to go. The internet access was simple and fast, the furniture was top notch and the cleanliness was better than you would expect given the beach environment. Certainly would stay here again and would have stayed longer but the unit was rented. The owners were very nice when the helped me remember that I had not left the key in the lock box. Completely tactful and helpful.

Fantastic rental with close proximity to the beach

The family enjoyed a great 5 day getaway at this rental spot. The unit is clean, the hosts were great at communicating, and it is super close to the public beach parking and access walkway. They had some beach gear that you could borrow if you didn't bring your own. I've got young kids so I was super glad that there wasn't alot noise coming from neighbors or the outside. I'd highly recommend this place.

Where to begin?

Cleaniness: COVID is a huge concern for our family. We finally took the leap and decided to go on a beach vacation. The owners communicated early on the protocols in place. Upon arrival everything was cleaned and ready for us! Check in: stress free is all I have to say. The owners communicated early on the check in process and we're available if we had trouble, which we didn't thanks to their detailed instructions. Location: beach access right down the street! Our kids had no trouble with the short walk to the beach. It was an ideal spot. Hidden away from the busy road but close enough to walk over at any time. This location is close to not just the beach but a short drive to gas stations, restaurants, activities, and shopping. It made our experience fantastic especially when it thunderstormed. Overall, we had an amazing experience and are thrilled with our choice of houses. We fully intend to use this location next summer!

Girls weekend

I took my daughters on a mini vacay to the beach and this was the perfect place for us to stay! Close enough to the beach to walk , but far enough to be out of the crowd. The pool was never crowded, the condo was so clean and lovely! It was very cozy and the perfect size for my family. I will definitely be returning for another stay soon!!

Very Relaxing!

This property is very nice, quite and the perfect fit for 4 adults. The walk to the beach is short and the location isnot too crowded. Lots of fun things to do within a short drive. Donna was wonderful to work with and we truly enjoyed our time at The Three C's.

They really think of everything

We were just so impressed at this location. Upon arrival we had all of our documents and codes we needed. Walking in the condo smelled great and looked just as clean. Everything worked as it should have. We really felt like we were at home. They have all the utensils, ice maker, they even had extra beach chairs and a cart to roll to the beach. There was even a pack n play in the closet. We didn’t need it but how amazing is that if a parent was flying. Easy walk to the beach, location was great as it wasn’t in the crazy tourist trap section. But close to everything. We would love to stay at this condo in the future. Well done!!
