Morning sunrise over the beach and evening sunset over the bay!! These two views are yours to enjoy while being our guest at our beach front home located in sunny South Padre Island. Our condo is located on the 3rd floor of the pristine ocean front tower named Ocean Vista Tower. Let the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico greet you as you open the door to our condo. Relax and admire the wall to wall ocean views from the open concept living room or from the king size bed in the master bedroom. Enjoy the ocean breeze and the soothing sounds of ocean waves from the private ocean front 12 foot balcony. Relax in our newly remodeled condo featuring a modern beach chic style. The master bedroom suite features a king size bed and a flat screen television. Enjoy an attached private master bathroom suite. . The second bedroom has two queen size beds, a flat screen tv and bookcase with kids games.The second bedroom has private access to the guest bathroom. Our condo features a spacious and fully supplied kitchen with stainless steal appliances, quartz counter tops, and pantry loaded with kitchen essentials. We also have a full-size washer and dryer and flat screen television in the living room. Numerous in room amenities are included such as free wireless internet and cable tv. Included property amenities include a hot tub, 2 pools, boardwalk to the beach, exercise room, palapa area, children's playscape, tennis court, basketball ring and gated private parking have been provided for your enjoyment.

Return customer for this unit two years now. Still the best condo experience hands down. Tons of amenities provided. So much convenience in one place. Great location. No commute Walk out to the beach. Feels like a home not just a place to stay. Host is very thoughtful with what is provided. If unit is available we will return again.

We loved staying at Ocean Vista Towers. Our room was perfect! Clean, great location, wonderful pool, everything we could possible need was available to us. The IGA grocery store was within walking distance and it was great. Next time I will take less food and go shopping there. Prices were great. I would definitely book this same condo again.

This Ocean Vista condo was very well located and easily accessible to everything in South Padre. The view and access to the beach were awesome! The condo itself was well furnished, comfortable and had everything you could possibly want or need. The outdoor porch could use a little maintenance and the sliding glass doors could be cleaner but saltwater and humidity are unforgiving so I know it’s hard to maintain. The unit is on the third floor and overlooks the pool which was very nice and convenient. It could occasionally be a little noisy when children or groups were swimming at night but it didn’t bother us . Overall it was a great stay and we would highly recommend this condo!

The location was excellent, offering beautiful ocean views and convenient access to both the pool and the beach. The property was clean and well maintained, and the additional beach chairs were a thoughtful and useful touch. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo, a lot of small details, little things that made our stay excellent. For example, door hinges don't squeak. Lived the location, accessible to everything on foot: Karma offer and books, island amusement park, etc. Fantastic views from the windows and the balcony. Super easy to get to the Beach.

This was our second stay at this condo. It was just as great as our first experience. The location is excellent and the staff are wonderful. The extras like the beach chairs and the umbrella were great.

The place was nice and easy to get into, no waiting. It didn’t feel like the floors were swept before we got there. There was a small pile of sand in the master bedroom. When having questions or issues the owner was very quick with response.

We enjoyed the beach and the view from the balcony. Loved every minute we were there. Only fly in the ointment was the ice maker didn’t work.

Thank You Kathy for your review, We are glad that you had a wonderful time. We would have rectified the ice maker issue, had we know that it wasn't working, but it was never reported to us, the few times we spoke, after you checked in. The settings have to be set a certain way for the freezer section to work correctly, it was probably changed by a prior renter.
