What a great stay! Hosts are truly amazing and we so appreciated their kind communication; as well as the contact and communication with their local contact. The home was perfectly appointed and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed it so much we are already scheduled to return.

Mission Hills paradise

John & Ann were excellent hosts, along with their property manager-always available if we had a question. Villa was very clean & well appointed…..felt like home! Their hospitality was exceptional & we hope to return sometime in the future. Anyone would enjoy staying in this lovely villa.

March 2025 Rental Experience

We rated excellent for every category and this is not exaggerated. We have stayed at other rentals in Palm Springs and this by far was the best.First of all the hosts John and Ann were very easy to work this as well as Garrett their contact in Palm Springs .Any questions throughout the month were answered promptlyand they never let us feel we were bothering themThe property itself is immaculate and including the amenities was just as advertised.Mission Hills is a beautiful, quiet area and we felt most relaxed staying there.Would highly recommend this property to anyone who is considering it.Thanks again John, Ann and Garrett for a wonderful experience.Jim and Kathy..

Lovely Villa at Mission Hills CC -Outstanding Hosts

My husband and I had the pleasure of renting this lovely two bedroom tennis villa at Mission Hills Country Club for the winter. Its location, within the gates of the very beautiful, private Mission Hills CC, gave us everything our hearts could desire. We joined the golf membership and played golf every day- and never tired of repetitiveness because we had three different golf courses to choose from. My personal favorite was The Pete Dye course, because it was set among the gorgeous homes of Legacy. But all three courses were meticulously maintained and each offered something unique and challenging. In addition to golf, we utilized the fitness center daily, played pickleball 2-3 times a week, and lounged at the heated pools and spa. We were so happy and active here, in part due to the long stretches of perfect, warm, sunny weather, that we didn’t have much time to miss home. But, the most amazing thing of all was who we rented from. Homeowners John and Ann Greene were the most wonderful hosts. Not only did they fully outfit their home with every possible need- they also left us a stocked bar, a stocked kitchen, luxury towels, soaps, etc. Additionally, they purchased new appliances for the kitchen, a new BBQ grill and a beautiful fire pit for the outside. And, to top it all off, the unit came with its own personal golf cart- perfect for just tooling around Mission Hills, even though this unit was within walking distance to the gym, clubhouse, and tennis courts- but very convenient and essential for us golfers. We kept our clubs on the cart, parked it in the garage and zipped to and from the golf courses and practice facilities with ease without having to stop at the cart shed. Renting from John and Ann was what made this year’s experience of vacationing in the beautiful desert of Rancho Mirage, CA, even more memorable. They were the most caring, accommodating, and attentive hosts that we’ve ever come across, and we have rented many vacation homes over the years. Even my emails and texts were immediately responded to and always with a favorable outcome. We even called upon their handyman, Garett, who was fantastic and always prompt to tend to our needs. I believe that John and Ann pride themselves on being outstanding hosts who have not only staged their home with every conceivable item necessary to ensure their guests the most comfortable experience, but by making their guests feel truly catered to and loved.

Winter vacation 2022

We had a wonderful stay at John and Anne’s condo. The location was great and the outdoor patios were perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with all that was needed to cook at home. Communication with John was excellent through out our planning and stay. Looking forward to a return visit.
