Ocean Front - Spettacolare casa - 2 letti king size, 5 letti queen size e 6 letti matrimoniali - Letti per potenzialmente 26, ma il limite della casa è di 18 persone.

Questa casa di lusso con 6 camere da letto con vista sull'oceano è un capolavoro con più servizi di ogni altra cosa sull'isola, attrezzata per il divertimento.

Sul lato ovest dell'isola, a circa 1,6 km dal centro dell'isola, il 365 W. 1st ha una posizione meravigliosa. Si trova a breve distanza a piedi dal ristorante Isles. Anche se ha una piscina privata, i 365 West First ospiti hanno privilegi nel grande complesso di piscine per le Islander Villas. Questa casa è grande a circa 3600 piedi quadrati più lo spettacolare portico coperto sul lato dell'oceano si affaccia sulla piscina con molti posti a sedere e tavolo e sedie per godersi la meravigliosa vista sull'oceano.

La planimetria è aperta in cucina, sala da pranzo e soggiorno. C'è una grande cucina completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici di fascia alta. Al piano superiore c'è un'altra dinette di vetro che può ospitare 4 persone. La zona giorno è grande con un tavolo da biliardo da 8 'con topper da ping pong o topper da air hockey, oltre a 2 divani di grandi dimensioni in pelle e altre comode poltrone. Molti posti a sedere.

Il 365W1st può ospitare comodamente 18 ospiti (letti effettivi fino a 24 per gestire una varietà di tipi e miscele di gruppi) con 6 ampie camere da letto tutte con bagno privato con 6 bagni completi e un ulteriore mezzo bagno al livello principale. Ci sono 2 camere da letto al piano principale, una lato oceano e una strada. Fun Family Time Making Memories

Our family had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. We were able to all stay together in one place and still have separate quarters. It is truly a great place to slow down and enjoy family.

This property is very well equipped for anyone that might be staying there. The furniture is comfortable. The beds are plentiful and the recreation equipment is very handy.

Making memories

It is a great location being just a short walk on your private boardwalk. On site pool was enjoyed by adults as well as the kids. Very roomy interior and outdoor kitchen was an added plus so that we could still enjoy the family in the pool while preparing dinner. They elevator was a must have for our elderly Grandparent. A great time was had by all.

A Lot of House and Fun

Most important to us is the six bedrooms many beds. We were able to accommodate 15 people with only spouses sharing beds. Great beach access and a great pool. Living spaces are pretty cluttered by games, tables, arcades, and activities for all ages. There is needed renovation going on that amy help relieve the tired look and feel of the house.

Awesome trip!

Our family has been coming to OIB for 40 years. Labor Day weekend is one of our favorite trips. This year, we loved all of the amenities this house offered. The pool and grill area was perfect for a break from the sand. The pool and shuffleboard tables were a hit while getting ready for dinner or hanging out in the morning. The porch was the best we have ever had on the island! This house was just awesome. The property manager was easy to work with and very responsive. Everyone in our party asked me to line this property up for our next trip.

Great property, but wish we had been informed of the beach rules (no canopies) . Minor repairs needed in bathrooms (hot water faucet valve needs replaced in Master bedroom, guides for shower doors missing in two bathrooms. Many light bulbs need to be replaced.

Not for toddlers

If you are looking for a stay in place with a great pool and nice hard packed beach at your back door this is a good place. But not many close by restaurants or little children activities. Also the house is super crowded with all kinds of things that really don’t add to the property. We found it difficult with our little ones. Many broken items in the house and lots of dust too.

Perfect Home

We arrived on Monday 9/12 and departed on Friday 9/16. This home was spectacular; our group of 10 enjoyed many of the amenities this home provided; everything from our own swimming pool, the walkway to the beach front; which was literally right there. The game room was a hit. Plenty of space for everyone. My favorite space was the rocking chairs on the deck overlooking the ocean and pool area. There were a few incidentals not worth mentioning; but were promptly addressed. We loved this home and all the amenities and plan on coming back again.

Overall it was a good house in a good location. It was not the cleanest as there were some dead and alive cockroaches around the house. We were not able to get sheets for all of the beds from the property manager and never communicated the total price of the sheets we received until showing up unexpectedly on Saturday requesting payment. No outside TV available that was mentioned and outdoor grill area was not clean. The house is in a good location on the beach and not far from grocery stores!

Tired

We spent a lot on the week at this house. We expected pristine for that price, and got tired and worn instead. On arrival, a number of things were obviously not up to par. The general cleanliness was kind of poor. The pool walls were kind of green, one son-in-law found several inches of grease in a grill grease trap, in general things were in kind of disarray. A couple of daughters said the carpet in their bedrooms were not too clean. A glass-top table on the porch was held together at the corners by duct tape. The porch chairs to that table had peeling black paint that stuck to your arms every time you sat there. There was a large cold-air return intake quite visible from the main living area that was covered in black dust-bunnies. Kind of gross. The property manager was quite responsive to our request and pleasant to work with, but there were way too many problems. The first night, the electric grill (with all of the grease) quit working after 15 - 20 minutes of use. (Fixed later) There is no ice maker off the pool area as indicated on the website. There is one up on the main floor, but it never worked. (They did bring us 5 bags of ice.) An email said there was a trash compactor. Nope. The garage is supposed to house up to 3 cars. Only room for one. Mid-week, the garage door open somehow became disconnected from the door. (Fixed later) We had trouble with the clothes washer at the beginning of the week. It finally died on Thursday. A maintenance man came an d reset something and declared it fixed. I kind of doubt it was really fixed, but we didn't try using it again, so I'm not sure. The dishwasher died on Wednesday night. Maintenance men came and reset something, but it didn't fix it. We had no dishwasher for the last two days. A maintenance man told one of my daughters that the extreme wobble in her bedroom ceiling fan was normal. It's not - it was just way out of balance. The house has plenty of potential. The large porch overlooking the ocean was my favorite part of the house (less the furniture). It is oriented so that it is mostly shaded throughout the day - a great place to appreciate the ocean without the sun. Overall, a very disappointing week. It certainly was not worth the money we paid for it. Now, this is probably picky, but representative of the week. The website shows 6 while rocking chairs on the porch, and that would have been nice, but there were only two. And those two had the armrests mounted wrong.

Outdoor Paradise

There were so many good things about the house like location, great pool area, plenty of seating indoors and outdoors, and the pool table and games upstairs were a huge hit with all 15 of us, but the house was way too cluttered! The main thing we were disappointed in as soon as we arrived was that the refrigerator was almost full and the little bit of pantry space designated for the renters was full, so we had to clean all that out to make room for our food as soon as we got there! The bedroom closets were very full and very disorganized! We’ve owned 2 homes at OIB, and rented them both and realize the importance of clutter-free space and requiring renters to clear all their food and personal stuff out for the next renters! The elevator only worked 2 days while we were there, which I failed to report to the owner, and we were without a washing machine for almost 3 days, but it was replaced with a new one while we were there! I think the house has a great layout and good bones, just needs some decluttering and some organizing! Get rid of all the fake plants and flowers! All that to say, it was a great week!

Great Getaway!

We had a 6 couple mini vacation, and we had a blast. The property was clean and comfortable. When we arrived, the A/C was broken upstairs, but the owner and Tony the property manager arranged to have some window units brought over, which helped tremendously! We enjoyed the pool and deck area, and all the walkways look to be brand new trex. We lacked nothing on our trip. Extra beach chairs, cornhole, floats for the pool were an excellent bonus. The home is next to a public access, so get your chairs out to the beach early to claim your spot. We had no issues with that. The biggest plus for us was the indoor ice maker that had no trouble keeping up with our demand. Really, the only downside was the air conditioning, but that is a spring time issue usually that is out of anyone's control. Highly recommend!

Mid-Winter Break

The house provided a wonderful backdrop for our multi-family vacation. The heated pool was by far at the top of the list...as well as shuffleboard and playing pool inside. Beach walks and little excursions were the icing on the cake. Victor was very helpful and responsive. Perfect weather.....thank God!

August Family Vacation

The house was absolutely beautiful and accommodations were great. Big beautiful back porch that my mom who is 93 enjoyed. Bonus, house had elevator which my mom used whenever we went down to the pool. House was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Hosts are superb! Great communication and very helpful when needed. Thank you.

Wonderful weather. Disappointed in the shape of the cottage.

When I stayed here many years ago it saddened me that this beautiful place had not been kept up or updated. So much stuff needs to be cleaned out because of the clutter & rust of the furniture. The inside was ok but needs painting. The kitchen drawers are overflowing with too many utensils. Great location & the pool & spa were wonderful. So were the lounge chairs & umbrellas. The den furniture was obsolete. No cushion on the leather couches due to age & over use. We had a great time but we will not be back to this cottage.

None of these things are commonly included with a beach house, and to have them all at one house makes this truly unique.
