Nice house in nice neighborhood

This house was just as advertised. It was cute and served our needs. The owners were responsive to the one minor issue we had with the code, and our kids enjoyed the spacious back yard

Lots of Issues

The property was in a good location and clean, however, it did not have enough towels for the four people who stayed, there is no local tv channels which is not great when there is a World Series going on, plus there was hardly any water pressure in the master shower, was hoping for a better property.

Short Thanksgiving get together

Overall it was a good experience the host answered all my questions, the place is close to restaurants and shopping. Beds where a little uncomfortable and had a problem with the sink downstairs which host is aware. One of the rooms technically doesn't have a door with a lock. You can't change the temperature in the home so some areas of the home stay hot. However they do provide a fan for the rooms and living room. Overall my stay was pleasant.

Served its purpose but owner ended up being a surprise disappointment

The property served its purpose but if you are expecting a quiet and comfortable nights stay this isn’t likely the place. A pretty active road st night with a good bit of noise. That is just the way it is sometimes. Little to no amenities but again not a big need of ours. The most surprising moment came after our stay where we received a msg from vrbo seeking a $150 payment for the replacement of towel sets for them being excessively dirty. No notice or discussion just a claim notice. A bit off putting and not sure it is valid but when reading the ‘rules’ of the house we all joked that a charge of some sort would be claimed and sure thing it happened. I would usually move on and not raise things like this but the way it was handled and the way the ‘welcome’ book is laid out just be aware if this is a property on your radar.

Cute House

Nicely decorated house in a quiet neighborhood. The basketball hoop in the backyard was a big hit with the teenagers and young adults. High end appliances and great amenities throughout the home. The staircase does not have a bannister. The house is close to many retailers and restaurants. There is a good variety from high-end to casual and bargain locations. The check-in process was different than advertised by VRBO, host was responsive to my questions. But our group would have preferred to get the info described. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Stay!

Myself and six of my friends were very graciously accommodated while stay at this property. There was enough space for us to be more than comfortable in a truly “at-home” environment. The property is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood! The neighbors are friendly! The property manager is highly communicative and readily available. The property itself is beautiful, clean, and allots renters the ability to stay Covid safe w/ the amount of space! Couldn’t have asked for a more smooth and comforting stay!

Weekend getaway

Everything was clean, check in and communication was great. The only thing that we didn’t meet our expectations was the heat pump. Heat was set on 71 upon our arrival and that is where it stayed. However it never got above 67. At night it got as low as 61 and the fan was running non stop. The floor was super squeaky upstairs but not a huge issue as we didn’t have any young kids.

Wedding Weekend

This house worked out great for 3 families with little boys--basketball hoop and hill in backyard kept them entertained after the wedding festivities👍
