Ottima posizione vicino a campi da golf, negozi e molti ottimi ristoranti. Mezz'ora dall'aeroporto di Clearwater. 2br, 2 bagni, facciata diretta sul Golfo del Messico. Cucina completamente attrezzata e tutta la biancheria fornita. Master br ha un letto matrimoniale, 2 ° br ha 2 doppie. Wifi gratuito incluso.

È garantito solo 1 posto auto. Parcheggio aggiuntivo sulla strada.

Nuovo divano del soggiorno, divano letto con materasso premium e nuova vernice a gennaio 2018, camere da letto ridecorate nel 2016 con il nuovo letto king size nel master. Nuova cabina doccia nel 2015.

Le settimane festive hanno un prezzo premium, le settimane regolari e di picco sono di minimo 7 notti da sabato a sabato .. Sconti last minute, informarsi per il prezzo.

Beautiful condo! Has everything you could possibly need. Views of the beach and sunsets are spectacular! Dolphins and manatees daily. Pool is beautiful. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great place! Was perfect my husband and myself. View is very nice. Pool was not available for our stay but that’s not the owners fault. Would stay again!

I will definitely book again in the future - the only thing I would have changed was the weather I wasn’t lucky with that - it unfortunately wasn’t the typical FL weather I am used to but I for sure got lucky finding this property

Beautiful location!

We had a great stay at this beautiful condo! The only bad thing was that our fishing this time was not productive. But the location, the super soft, flour-like sand, the sunsets, the channel behind the condo and the beach in front of it, the things to do in town- these all led to a great stay here! Ron is super responsive to questions and communication which was very helpful! Thanks for sharing your beautiful place with us!

Beautiful beach views

We enjoyed a very relaxing week in this condo. Owner was very prompt with communication. The condo is exactly as described in pictures. The view from balcony is breathtaking. We saw dolphins swim by on our first day. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. The pool was heated to perfect temp. Beds were comfortable. My only suggestion is the area rugs in the bedrooms could use a good cleaning or replacement.

Excellent view from the property

Enjoyed our stay. View from the balcony is beautiful. Saw dolphins few times. Watched sunset from the balcony. Beach is accessible as soon as you come down. Overall facility is good. There were no kitchen trash bags and we had to buy them. We were four adults. It would have been good to have 4-5 rolls of toilet paper. We were provided 3.

Week in Paradise

Exactly as pictured. Great place to stay! Million dollar views. Everything you need is supplied in the condo. My only complaint, got there on Saturday, someone was parked in our parking spot and no one in the office until Monday morning. I wish the owner or office staff would have left a parking pass in the condo. I've stayed in the building in other condos, and that was want they did. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Last-minute getaway

We booked a last-minute week in March with our 10 year old nephew at this condo. The unit is beachfront, and directly overlooks the gulf and the pool. The view was lovely! The building was close to restaurants, activities (mini-golf, tennis, basketball in the park) and within a half hour drive to a couple of different MLB baseball stadiums as well as golf courses. The unit was in a great location. The building itself and the unit were a bit tired looking, but the photos were accurate. Given that we paid quite a lot for our week, my suggestions would be to have some beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, sand toys etc) available to guests, as well as more household products provided for guests (for example, there were only two dishwasher tabs provided for the whole week, minimal paper and cleaning products etc). Overall, it was a very nice stay and we’d return to the area.

All aboard for Tropical Storm Debby

Arrived just in time for the full impact of Tropical Storm Debby and (no fault of owner) due to many structural issues, the building was NOT able to withstand the heavy rains. Our sixth condo flooded severely. We spent the better part of the first two days mopping up the water pouring from floor boards, ceiling vent and ceiling sprinkler spigots! Once the sun came out, things calmed down and we were able to enjoy ourselves. The unit is comfortable ( compact but roomy enough for the two of us) what you need to function. Kitchen has plenty of dishes, pots, pans, glassware etc. but ZERO food stuff of any kind- salt/pepper, spices, cooking oil, coffee filters foil, food wrap etc. Beds were firm and comfortable. View from balcony was fantastic! The cleaners need to up their game- there was a LOT of hair throughout the unit( bathrooms, all floors, in the kitchen and even on dining table runner! YUCK!) Also, Be aware - you do need to bring ALL supplies you want to use- Garbage bags, Toilet paper, soap Over all a good stay

Clean The Condo

Location of condo is perfect. Condition of condo not so much. Kitchen updated and everything you needed was there. However, we had to wash all dishes and pots and pans before we could use them. The bathrooms were dirty. Hair on floor, toilet had feces around the top. We had to go buy cleaning supplies before we could use the facilities. Showers had what appeared to be crusty mold. Under the couch and beds was disgusting. Apparently not cleaned at all. Furniture in bedrooms broken. We have been going to this area for around 20 years and stayed at Holiday Villas lll a few times but never experienced this. You need to hire a new cleaning crew if you intend to rent this property. It’s a shame because this complex is great. Would not recommend renting this condo 🙁

This was a perfect place to stay for a week on the beach. The view was amazing and it’s right there on the beach which is what we love when we do a girls vacation. The check in was easy and the host is very quick at responding. Highly recommend!

Great environment for a family, no smoking on property, nice pool, shopping carts to take groceries to the floor, easy beach access, calm beach for a family. Property is well kept, same with the unit. The unit, or being on the beach, we were not affected by construction noise (balcony repairs) as the construction was on the other side of the building. No shops or restaurants within walking distance, but the owners provide everything you would need to cook in the kitchen. All in all, was is a good value.
