Spread out and relax in your multilevel Waterville Valley getaway. The three bedrooms and three separate bathrooms provide you and your guests the privacy and amenities to get comfortable. Full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and all the cookware needed for your meals together. Wifi, local cable and HBO provided. Air conditioning and Nest Thermostats to help you stay cozy.
Conveniently located minutes away from Waterville Valley Resort. Five minutes by car or catch a ride on the Valley shuttle stop, steps from the front door. A short walk to Waterville Valley's Town Square where multiple restaurants and JugTown Country store can meet your dining needs. Waterville Valley's Adventure Center offers access to various seasonal activities such as Cross Country Skiing, Snow Shoeing and Fat Bike. In the summer enjoy Mountain Biking, Frisbee Golf, or Boating on Corcoran's Pond.
Whether your spending the days on the slopes or exploring Waterville's expansive network of hiking trials, you'll always feel at home in your cozy mountain condo.

Rachel and Jeff have long talked about someday having a place of our own to take in everything the mountains have to offer, all throughout the year. We fell in love with the Waterville Valley area and on top of purchasing a home here we decided to celebrate our wedding under Osceola Arbor in August of 2021! While Jeff snowboards and Rachel skis we both love long hikes when the snow is melted and exploring the numerous networks of trails right here in our own backyard. We also enjoy cooking together at home but when we do feel like eating out, Waterville has multiple dining options to share food and drinks with family and friends! We hope that you are able to enjoy your time in the Valley as much as we do!

Our property boasts 20+ foot cathedral ceilings, giant windows and gorgeous views of the Valley in this corner unit condo. In the spring of 2023, we updated our main living space. You will now experience beautiful new floors in the entryway, dining room, living room and kitchen. We've updated our dining furniture and added a giant sectional in the living room to enhance your experience! Within the past year we have updated the living room TV, fridge and dishwasher. Enjoy! :)
