What a beautiful condo.

We enjoy the condo. The most beautiful sunrises. The place was well decorated. Plenty of room for everyone.

Condo 508

We enjoyed our stay. The check in process was easy and contact with the property manager was seamless. The condo was In good shape and we would stay again. A couple of negatives would be the cleanliness of the pool area and the attitude of a condo employee.

I'm surprised to hear you found the pool unclean. We've never had this concern from any other guests at this building and most find the building to be very well-maintained. I do understand people can find the HOA staff to be abrasive. We do warn guests of the strict demeanor of the HOA staff in the property description as we want people to be prepared and be cordial with them. It's not a resort, so they are not obligated to be friendly to renters as any hospitality employee would be.

Amazing condo, awful complex to deal with

This condo was amazing. Clean, spacious, beautiful views, and great floor plan. The management and overall staff of the place is VERY uptight with looooooots of rules which led to some aggravation.

Safety and cleanliness are our #1 priority as an agency. To ensure all the properties meet our safety and cleanliness standards, they are inspected as soon as a guest checks out, then the property is cleaned, and then the property is inspected again. Regardless, any guest who feels a property is not up to par is requested (in the rental contract and arrival instruction sheet) to call our office so that we can send cleaners to the property immediately and address any concerns. We agree that this HOA is very strict with their rules and then enforcement of those rules. It is one of the nicest buildings in the area which is why they enforce their rules so heavily. We are trying to warn guests more in advance of this so that everyone has a great time.

Beachfront Condo

Great accommodations. Bathroom in each bedroom Comfortable living room furniture. Good beds. View from deck excellent up and down the beach. The only things missing were beach towels and beach chairs and a sharp set of knives. Other than that, there were no complaints with this property.

Daytona Beach Stunner

We enjoyed every moment of our 2 week stay. Beautiful condo, breathtaking sunrises and stunning views. The biggest issue?...leaving! We would definitely stay here again.
