Grande cucina gourmet completamente attrezzata. Gli elettrodomestici includono forno, microonde, frigorifero / congelatore, lavastoviglie e acqua in bottiglia disponibili nel lavello della cucina.
Un lavandino da bar con refrigeratore per vino a pochi passi dalla piscina privata.

Per il cuoco, il piano cottura è sull'isola. Goditi la tua compagnia seduto di fronte a te e goditi il panorama mentre cucini.

La spiaggia di Majuha è un tratto incontaminato di 3 miglia di costa. Lungo la strada ci sono ristoranti sulla spiaggia che servono piatti e bevande locali.

We had an absolutely fantastic time in Virginia’s condo. The space was impeccably clean. The view was sensational, and the complex was perfect. The pool was stunning and everyone there was super friendly.We often walked into town for delicious food by the water and would venture to Tronconoes daily. The beds were comfortable and space well designed. The second bedroom tha doesn’t have a great picture is large and very comfortable. I can’t wait to return.

All was good. The place is expensive, but it was one of the nicer places we have stayed. As my daughter said, “very boujee”.

Paradise in paradise!

We had an incredible time staying at Frida 1. Amazing style, super well equipped, fast attention, and really nice property. We baked bread, made ceviche, cooked lobsters, drank margaritas, all while celebrating our baby’s 1st bday. Truly memorable! Already planning our return!

Perfect spot

From communication, to cleanliness, to location, this condo was great. Nadia and her team are fantastic. Upon arrival, I was greeted at my car with a wagon to assist with my luggage. Great kitchen w all the tools youll need for DIY meals, although we tended to go out for dinner. Comfy beds. Nice view from condo. You won't be disppointed.

Beautiful!

This is an absolutely beautiful new condo, located on the coast, a few meters from a pristine sandy beach. The setting is truly idyllic. The condo is spacious, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. Everything you could possibly need is there, and the place is spotless. The condo development is very well maintained, with a stunning infinity lap pool overlooking the ocean. We found the owners and the condo staff onsite very helpful, providing useful tips about where to eat, etc.

A vacation in Paradise!

What a first class experience in every way! The owners were highly communicative and flexible as we needed to adjust our stay due to a family crisis. We arrived to an immaculate and beautiful home to heal and take some deep breaths. The owners made every convenience available and it felt like home. The property manager, Nadia, was fantastic and highly responsive with questions and suggestions. The condo, views and grounds are even more beautiful than the pictures. It felt safe and the folks were so friendly. We witnessed amazing sunrises and sunsets. This is our second time to Trancones and we will definitely be back soon. Love it so much we are considering ownership. Thanks again! Christina and Jim

BEWARE! The condo is in a complex that has VERY strict HOA rules. We were NOT told about any of this until after we started our stay, and were confronted aggressively by another condo owner that we needed to get out of the lap pool as they had booked it; we were told the pool is not to be used for anything other than laps, and you need to book that in through an online system, and you can only book 1hr every 48hrs. Children under 10 are not allowed in pool either. The main pool had construction (did not tell us) so we could not use that during out stay VERY disappointed. We have stayed in many condo complexes & we have never experienced the strict HOA rules as this one, you have to book any common area online, and only for an 1hr at a time (same restrictions as pool)- for pickle ball, volleyball, outdoor bbq area & even the gym (which also has a 10 fee per use). A few other inconveniences were the hot water didn't work in the unit, & even though we mentioned it to the host, they told us to wait for it to warm up, we left it running for 10min & it didn't warm up once. There was an issue with booking when we put number of guests in; & upon check-in they charged us 500 Canadian to add a young child (shared bed) to the booking & said it was an HOA rule; however in talking with another owner we learned this is not actually the case; but we paid it because we felt very bad about the mistake. We ended up going to beach clubs in the daytime instead for a more relaxed experience.

Fantastic Condo — fully equipped!

Thanks Ginny & Steve for sharing your wonderful condo with us. The four of us had a fantastic 3 weeks and your place is like coming home (nicely furnished and decorated).! We’re huge foodie people so enjoyed your fully equipped kitchen and spent many evening cooking and enjoying the fresh fish we got right off the boats outside the condo. We will be back for sure! Relaxing and Scenic !

Good communication w Hosts Steve and Ginny and their property manager Nadia when we had to adjust our check in . Nadia was helpful w some suggestions for buying local fish , veggies etc and we thoroughly enjoyed being able to use the excellent kitchen w all that we needed to prepare most all our meals w ease. The comfort and luxury of the apartment was superb, relaxing and the large pool area was great for swimming or hanging out around . Walk access to rustic Majahua beach restaurants , good seafood/ fish food and beach walking . 5-8 drive into Troncones by taxi or your own car for other options for food , night music venues .

extremely clean, beautiful view out the amazing sliders that open all the way across the main living area nice main pool area and handy to have a plunge pool on your deck we would definitely stay here again - would be nice to have a safety deposit box -especially being on the ground floor - or at least a key to the bedrooms to lock them up - the caretaker said oh there is no crime here and that might be the case but if my money goes missing I can replace it but a passport would be a lot more difficult - also a set of blinds in the master that actually gives you some privacy would be great - what is there right now is just a sheer set of blinds with the light on inside the room people can see right in (not that many people pass by) so these are really just a couple of suggestions - but really the condo has tons of room and has lots of utensils, pots and pans, glasses, dishware extremely well appointed - there really is not anything else you need - way more than is usually in a rental Nadia was able to get us some pickleball paddles and a bocce set Great vacation - do not hesitate to book - the condo is lovely as is the complex and you are just steps to 5 or 6 restaurants Hope to be back again soon

Wow. Just wow!

Our stay at Playa Majahua was wonderful to say the least! Initially, the architecture is mind blowing, unlike anywhere my family has stayed before!! The decor inside our suite was so homey and chic! Having wifi was a must, and it was great! Very spacious and luxurious feel on the property! Our own pool and yard felt very pampering! The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate me and my family, especially our host Nadia. Would highly recommend this location to anyone seeking a place to stay!

Great place in Paradise

The condo is great! Practically new, very well distributed and extremely well kept. Lovely place for a 4 member family. Nice terrace with private place, two good size bedrooms with very comfortable beds and a central space that includes kitchen, bar, dining and tv room. View is extraordinary!! The whole project is very well planned and kept. Steve and Ginny were always available and very quick to respond. Already planing on going back!!
