Very quiet neighborhood. Very relaxing, the air-conditioning worked great in the August heat. The pool was in great condition. Was able to see a couple of Dolphins from the private dock. Will be back.

House and pool were clean. Check in was very easy and host was very quick to answer any questions. We were able to watch Manatees almost every day from the dock and the grandkids loved it! Location is convenient. Would definitely recommend this location.

We enjoyed this property very much. We had fishing and swimming right there without having to go anywhere. If you want the beach you can drive or walk a few streets over and it’s right there. Also there is a strip that has lots of things to do. Shopping, putt putt, and more. The property is just close enough to all the fun but still tucked away to be quiet and peaceful. The pool is amazing and plenty big for the entire family. If you have any issues while you’re there you can reach out to Kelly and she will do everything she can to get you comfortable. I definitely recommend this property I really enjoyed it.

Located on a quiet street that is close to everything you’d want to do in Cocoa Beach. Pool is nice and the house has everything you need for a wonderful stay.

We loved our stay here for our family of 6! We have 4 children ranging from 1-14 and there was everything needed to keep them entertained and taken care of! It rained for the first few days we were in florida, but the pool and board games kept everyone occupied and happy, along with the bikes! It was really cool seeing the manatee’s every morning as well! We were even able to see an air show right from the house, that was definitely a core memory for the kids (and my husband)! We would definitely stay again!

Great choice! Master bed is super comfy and the pool is great! Its not the most updated place out there, but if you're looking for a clean, cozy home with nice neighbors and perfect location, this is it. Spotted manatees daily and its about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The host had the home stocked well and there wasn't a single thing we needed that couldnt be found. Bikes were great too! We will absolutely stay here again.

Perfect getaway

Best of everything Cocoa Beach has to offer with a pool, access to waterways and wildlife plus so close to the ocean! Felt like being at home with everything we needed available: fishing gear, everything for the beach and kitchen tools.

Awesome

We were celebrating a Birthday and really enjoyed the home.Plenty of room for everyone and the kids really enjoyed the pool.Its just a short walk to the beach which was also a great time. So fun to walk out to the dock to see manatees and dolphins.

Wonderful area, family friendly

Tara was amazing to work with, the home and area are in a perfect location for making wonderful memories. Plenty of games and toys for all ages made for a fun evening in and the bikes were a huge hit. Love staying here and would definitely stay again.

We loved this place!

Clean, comfortable, terrific pool and lanai! We saw a lot of manatees from the dock. Street is really quiet. AC was great, plenty of ceiling fans. We were looking for a quiet and inviting place to unwind after a busy trip to Disney… this location was perfect for us.
