Thanks so much for the 4-1/2 stars and I’m glad you all had a wonderful time. We own all 8 houses in the gated community. Each of the 8 houses have an outdoor space that is unparalleled in the desert. You will not find a nicer or more private outdoor space near the Palm Springs/Palm Desert Area. You are renting your own Boutique Hotel. The various Palms and tropical plants surrounding the pools and mini golf area have no thorns and provide a unique ambiance. We have 2 Gardners who work diligently on the outdoor space and 2 Manitence managers who keep the 6 heaters, AC units, and water heaters pumping clean air and water all the time. The house has a 600 Amp electrical system designed for large Hotels. I have 3 small children and use our lifeguard service and swimming instructors or I sit in the island to watch the show. We tried welcome baskets and paintings on the wall (showing palm trees and actors) but prefer to focus on the outdoor space and indoor space. Every one of 8 bathrooms and showers worked perfect. Every wall was painted perfectly. Lots of pots/pans, silverware and Dishes. The Furnature is mostly from Restoration Hardware. The sheets are Egyptian cotton and the pool is cleaned 3 times a week. We run all 3 pool pumps/filters 24 hours a day. You will not find a cleaner pool in the desert. We try to make check in easy. That is why we can turn all systems on remotely before your arrival. The houses have the latest Lutron light systems & Aquí Link pool systems.

The pool system is iAquaLink. There are 2 heaters so the pool heats 2X as fast. One heater is for the pool and one is for the spa. When you want to heat the pool fast select both. If you want to use the spa you need to turn off the pool heater/pool pump so you don’t suck water from the colder pool into the spa. Code requires the spa heater not to be on for more than 4 hours. Our pool man comes 3 times a week and makes sure our equipment is in top notch shape and our pools are sparkling clean. We have 2 outdoor managers who keep the outdoor space super clean. We have a AV manager to help with music and TVs. We have a cleaning crew to help with indoor issues. We ask on our check in guide to text them directly for fast svs or text us directly. You emailed us the day before your departure. Please text us when you have a problem. We monitor all text messages 24 hours a day. If we miss a late night text we will respond by 7am the next morning. Stagecoast is our busiest weekend. Book early! When you wait1-2 months before an event like the music festival, tennis or golf you’re taking a big chance. You booked on the same date and same time as another traveler…We gave the house to you :) We agree the house is beautiful and ask that travelers booking Coachella, Stagecoast, Thanksgiving, New Years, and/or Chrismas inquire first and not just hit the instant book button. That allows us to give travelers optimal experiences. We manage and own 8 houses all in the same gated community.

Thanks so much Faye! We loved having you! You guys were awesome! Having 11-14 different sleeping options for the family is convenient. And the extra fold away beds make it cozy! We just hosted 20 golfers and they each had their own bed. They loved it! We even cooked for them! And yes the 8 AC units are top of the line! The house is only one year old. We have purchased 5 hair dryers and serviced the ice maker. We agree 6 ovens are awesome and will service the last one. It is a smart house. We can control the AC units, pool, and house lights, and 15 TVs with our phones. Call us and we’ll leave the jacuzzi on for you..or when you get l back from golf. Download the Sonos App for the music and the Roku app/remote for the TVs. The 2 Casitas each have their own oven (microwave), refrigerator and Coffee makers, However, we prefer that guest cook in the main house so we don’t stock the casitas with utensils…The casita microwaves are for heating your tea, making a cup of soup, or heating last nights dinner and the Casita Refrigerators are for your milk, drinks, snacks, etc. The Pool House has a large BBQ, outdoor fireplace, bathroom, misters, and TVs. it’s a covered outdoor living space. So any refrigerators would be outdoors. And refrigerators don’t work when it’s over 80 degrees. (The average temperature is 85). We suggest guests bring coolers and if you don’t have one…ask Chris and he will supply you with one! We agree the pool is amazing and the pool fire pit is actually a seating area in the middle of the river pool. The outside fireplace is in the pool house! When the river is on you can float around this seating area island. We wanted to build a bridge and may build one soon but we like it the way it is now. And yes June 21 is the longest day of the year in the northern hemisphere (with the most sun) but most Locals love the desert in the summertime! Especially since the 72 degree house (with 8 AC units) is 10 feet away and the heat is dry heat. Give me dry heat anytime over Humid weather. Also the golf courses and restaurants are less crowded. Furthermore often the california beaches are foggy, gray, and cold in June, July, and August….So most of the locals come out only for the Sumer months. If I’m on vacation…Give me the desert blue sky and sun anytime over gray foggy cold beach weather!
