Tennis Villa - La Quinta. Questa villa da tennis splendidamente ristrutturata presenta 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni. (Master camera da letto: King, 2a camera da letto: 2 letti queen size, 3a camera da letto: King). La spaziosa pianta del piano Masters è di circa 1.931 piedi quadrati. Questa casa altamente rinnovata ha una cucina ristrutturata, bei mobili di design, materasso per dormire, bellissimo patio per le serate nel deserto e molto altro !!! Capita anche di trovarsi vicino alla piscina principale e al centro benessere del La Quinta Resort, nonché al centro fitness del Resort. Prendi la tua racchetta da tennis e divertiti con La Quinta! Upgraded but could use a few minor touches to make perfect.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was very easy. We found the unit very nice. Quality sheets and towels. Mattress on main floor was a bit soft. Upper floor seemed better. Nice pool towels. Nice washer and dryer. Nice kitchen.DIshes were nice. SIlverware could use an upgrade. Mostly salad forks no regular forks. Coffee table very wobbly be careful. ** Caution when coming down the stairs the handrail stops 2 stairs before the bottom . The floor is all the same color so it is decieving that you are at the bottom. Two of us fell! Fortunately we are ok. Main floor bedroom could use a real dresser All in all I would recommend but agtoan caution on the stairs!

It looks newly updated and is decorated with clean, classic, comfortable and well-planned furnishings. It is stocked with everything you may need. We attended a wedding, entertained extended family, played tennis and relaxed by the pool! And managed to eat at two great restaurants in Palm Desert (Porta Via, Grapefruit Basil). The property manager was extremely kind and accommodated our Mother's Day schedule on departure day as well. We highly recommend this property and hope to come back again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an exceptional villa, well-located close to resort facilities, nicely updated with two walk-in showers. We have already booked for next year! The property management people were responsive, friendly and professional in every way.Small negatives:the mattress of bed in downstairs bedroom (we used as master) is a little "tired" and we expect the owners will replace; also the steep stone staircase to upper floor would be less scary if carpeted. Other than this, the unit was perfect.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As close to perfect as we have ever experienced. Very well-equipped rental unit, nicely updated and clean. Rental manager was fabulous. Perfectly located close to La Quinta Resort. Could have been improved by a new firmer mattress in lower level bedroom. Icing on the cake would be to allow Hilton points to be earned. Already booked for next year!
